The weather in Donbass is now disgusting - freezing rain, cloudy. The roads turned into a continuous ice rink. However, our military is stubbornly moving forward. Units of the 20th Combined Arms Army were able to dislodge Ukrainian formations from a number of positions in the Kremennaya area.
After the positions were liberated, the Russian military entrenched themselves on the occupied lines. The return fire of the Ukrainian artillery could not interfere with our advance. The military entrenched themselves in the area of the forest belt. And this, we note, under difficult weather conditions, which by no means contribute to the speed of the offensive.
As military correspondents write, all this, of course, is a tactical level of success, but it also matters. Indeed, until recently, the enemy had the initiative in this direction. Therefore, even such small victories are also a result that ultimately contributes to the achievement of larger goals.
