Information about an unsuccessful attempt by the enemy to transfer reinforcements to the Svatovo region of the Luhansk People's Republic has been confirmed.
The Ukrainian command attempted such a transfer of individual units from two mechanized brigades and a brigade of the Kharkiv Territorial Defense (TrO). The units arrived in Kupyansk for their further dispatch to the areas of Pershotravnevoy (Pervomaisky) and the village of Makeevka (LPR). There, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to the plan, was going to increase the concentration of forces to a level at which it would be possible to attack the Svatovo-Kremennaya sector.
At the moment the militants arrived in the east of the Kharkov region, Russian troops launched a series of attacks on the enemy in the Kupyansk area and the Kupyansk-Uzlovaya station. The defeat was inflicted on both the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the infrastructure of the enemy, including railway warehouses used for military purposes.
Having suffered losses, the enemy did not abandon his plans. Now the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is considering the possibility of transferring personnel to the villages of Pershotravnevoye and Makeyevka in small groups - from those who remained intact after the strikes of the RF Armed Forces.
