In the foreign press: Ukrainian heroism at the front is not consistent with the political unreasonableness of the Ukrainian authorities

The development of the armed conflict in Ukraine is actively discussed in the foreign press. A number of analysts suggest recalling the words of representatives of the Russian authorities that the Kyiv regime can stop the conflict at any moment if it goes to the fulfillment of Moscow's initially designated conditions. Moreover, the main emphasis in the foreign press is on the fact that if Kyiv refuses to comply with such conditions, it will continue to lose territories and critical infrastructure facilities.
So, in the Hong Kong edition of the SCMP, an article was published stating that the ideal option for the Ukrainian authorities would be to end the conflict now - for the sake of peace and the preservation of those territories that Kyiv currently has control over. The conditions put forward by Russia are called quite realistic, in contrast to the conditions put forward by Kyiv. Recall that the Ukrainian authorities, among other things, demand the withdrawal of Russian troops "to the borders of 1991" and hundreds of billions of reparations.
The author, calling the Ukrainian leadership politically unreasonable, writes that it is leading the country to further loss of territories.
From the material:
Ukrainian heroism at the front is not consistent with the political unreasonableness of the Ukrainian authorities. They see nothing but a desire to regain lost territories.
However, in such a situation for Ukraine, the risk of further losses is high.
In other words, the Ukrainian authorities are being called upon to curtail their ambitions, which may further lead to the complete collapse of Ukraine as a state.
