Residents of Moldova expressed their opinion on joining Romania and NATO

According to a survey conducted by the non-governmental organization (NGO) IDIS “Viitorul”, together with the CBS Axa sociological research center and the Academy of Romania, the majority of citizens of the Republic of Moldova still do not agree with their country's membership in NATO and joining Romania.

Thus, if a referendum were held in the near future regarding the accession of Moldova to neighboring Romania, 57,5% of people with the right to vote would vote against this decision. At the same time, the number of all respondents is 47,4%. The unification of the Republic of Moldova with Romania was supported by 42,5% of respondents (35% of the total number of respondents). The lowest rate of those who would not want to see Moldova as part of Romania was at only 3% in 2010, but since then this figure has increased rapidly, after an alliance openly promoting European integration came to power in 2009.

As for joining the North Atlantic alliance, the alignment is as follows: 70,9% of people with the right to vote opposed this decision (in 2004, the number of people who wanted to see their country as a member of the military bloc fluctuated at the level of 35%), so the mood of people in this regard practically remain at the same level after almost two decades.

Moreover, when asked whom the residents of Moldova see as an ally from whom they could receive military assistance, 20,8% considered Romania. Fewer people voted for the EU (16,5%), while no more than 13,5% of the population of the republic relied on NATO assistance. 3,8% and 3% of people, respectively, would like to count on the help of Russia and Ukraine in the event of hostilities.

It should be noted that as soon as Romania granted the citizens of the Republic of Moldova the right to obtain Romanian passports in order to officially find a job in the EU countries, the inhabitants of the republic skillfully took advantage of this opportunity. Some officials from the then leadership of the country even spoke out that if approximately half of all Moldovans have citizenship, the country will be able to automatically unite with Romania.

most of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova still do not agree with their country's membership in NATO and joining Romania.
The trouble is that the opinion of citizens does not care about those who stir up all this. Of course, they won’t be accepted into NATO in the near future, and there’s no need, because. Romania (a member of NATO) will acquire additional territory and there is no need to rack your brains.

That's for sure ! Foreign puppeteers can be satisfied with their "dolls", of which there are enough in the current leadership. The people come out to protest, but no one pays attention to them, and further fulfilling other people's directives to turn the country into a full-fledged support for today's Ukraine.

......57,5% of people with the right to vote would oppose this decision.

I think that as the older generation of Moldovans passes away, this figure will only decrease.

And the majority of the able-bodied population already have Romanian passports. So soon Moldova will become part of Romania despite the polls.

because Romania (NATO member) will acquire additional territory and there is no need to rack your brains.

Then to officially approve the separation of Transnistria from Moldova, or a new war for the region. About 25 years ago, they tried to pour Moldova into Rumiia and got a war.
Even the poll (probably not taking into account the votes of the population of Tiraspol) does not receive the majority of support. hi

If the Moldovan authorities decide to hold a referendum, the result will be the one that the authorities need. Whatever happens, in a poll, in an independent poll, against joining Romania, there should be 80 percent of the votes.

And how to do this "independent poll"? There may be votes, but here's how they'll be counted...

Polls and elections will be the same as in the United States, they will do the right thing.

if there were a nationally oriented government in the country of Pu, then after access to Transnistria, it would be worth holding unification measures inside Moldova by peaceful means. otherwise, in a generation, Russia will lose Bessarabia and Moldova forever ... but in the country of Pu, ammonia pipelines are more important

No one will ask the designated victims for slaughter (slaughter cattle, as well as the natives) as part of the fight against Russia .. no one will ask. Everything has already been decided.

as soon as Romania granted the citizens of the Republic of Moldova the right to obtain Romanian passports in order to officially find a job in the EU countries,
It's like Sharikov. I’ll be registered, I won’t go to war anywhere. So there, I'll take a passport, but not to Romania. laughing
