Head of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine appointed Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the IMF

It became known about the next ostentatious nod of the West to the Kyiv regime. Seeking every opportunity to announce "support for Ukraine", the West has officially demonstrated that the leadership of the World Bank and the IMF is a puppet. A demonstration of this fact was the appointment of Serhiy Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
Marchenko himself called this fact "historical event." According to the chief Ukrainian financier, such an appointment to senior positions in the board of governors of the largest international financial organizations was made for the first time in all the years of Ukraine's independence.
Marchenko:
My appointment will improve the effectiveness of cooperation with international financial organizations and member countries of the IMF and the World Bank.
It can be stated that, perhaps for the first time in history, a person has been appointed chairman of the Board of Governors of the IMF and the World Bank, who completely transferred the work of the Ministry of Finance in his country to the rails of waiting for financial receipts from abroad. And this appointment is not an advance payment for Marchenko at all. It's just that Wall Street promoted the Ukrainian minister to the leadership of international organizations for even more active promotion of American interests through him. And there can hardly be any doubt that Marchenko will defend some other interests in the IMF and the World Bank.
The appointment of the Ukrainian Minister of Finance to the above position actually puts a bullet on at least some authority of these international financial structures.
