"Kupol" will present an exposition at the Industrial Forum in Izhevsk
From 12 to 14 October Izhevsk will host the 20th anniversary Industrial Forum.
Traditionally, the Industrial Forum in Udmurtia presents the best Russian and foreign production technologies on its site.
The forum is supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. It is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Udmurt Republic, the Udmurt Machine-Building Cluster, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the Udmurt Republic, and the Udmurtia Exhibition Center.
Every year this professional platform of Udmurtia attracts more and more business leaders and specialists in various industrial sectors. So, according to the organizing committee, in the past 2021, the forum in Izhevsk was attended by 3,5 thousand managers and specialists of industrial enterprises of Udmurtia and other regions. The platform of the Udmurtia forum then united about 50 enterprises from 9 regions of Russia.
This year, 2022, about 50 companies and enterprises from 13 regions of Russia, as well as enterprises from Belarus and even Taiwan, announced their participation in the forum in Izhevsk.
Of course, republican industrial enterprises are represented on a large scale at the forum. Izhevsk motorcycle plant Aksion-Holding, Aksion concern, ECOLUMEN company, JSC Belkamneft named after Volkov, and other Udmurt industrialists will present their expositions.
The expositions of the forum participants will present a wide range of solutions and services for industrial production, from engineering, technical re-equipment, industrial equipment and tools, and ending with developments in the field of civil and industrial security.
The Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant Kupol, which is part of the Concern VKO Almaz-Antey, will also present its products.
This enterprise, one of the largest in the republic, belongs to the military-industrial complex of Russia. Established in the middle of the last century, the Kupol plant continues to make a significant contribution to strengthening the country's defense capability and its industrial sector.
It was here that the legendary Osa anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as ultra-modern, best-in-class anti-aircraft missile systems of the Tor-M2 family, were developed and created. The enterprise not only manufactures anti-aircraft missile systems for the needs of our army and Russia's military-technical partners, but also carries out repairs and modernization of military vehicles produced.
At the same time, the Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant "Kupol" is one of the leaders of the Russian defense industry in the production of civilian products.
Today, the IEMZ "Kupol" production base produces unique gyroscopes (these products are produced only in three countries of the world - in Russia, the USA and France), as well as equipment for nuclear power plants and for the production of hydrocarbons. Kupolom also manufactures central air conditioners, heat exchange equipment, electric infrared heaters, liquid fuel and gas air heaters, industrial wastewater treatment facilities, and other products from civilian products.
It should be noted that the program of the 20th anniversary Industrial Forum includes presentations by specialized speakers, panel discussions, business games, round tables and other events.
