Japan continues to seek a peace treaty with Russia

Despite the change of head of government, Japan continues to strive to conclude a peace treaty with Russia. This will not be affected even by the cooling of Russian-Japanese relations due to the situation in Ukraine.

This statement was made by Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, opening the extraordinary 210th session of the country's parliament.

Russian-Japanese relations are in a difficult position, but we strongly adhere to the direction of solving the territorial problem and concluding a peace treaty

- said the head of the government of Japan.

Fumio Kishida said that Tokyo, as before, adheres to a peaceful path to resolve its territorial claims against the Russian Federation. He seeks to put an end to storiesassociated with the outcome of World War II.

At the same time, the Prime Minister noted, the country's government pays increased attention to the issues of increasing defense capability. Among other things, Tokyo will consider the possibility of delivering strikes in response to the actions of a potential adversary.

Despite the fact that more than seven decades have passed since the end of World War II, a peace treaty between Russia and Japan has not yet been concluded due to territorial differences. However, our country also does not have a peace treaty with the Golden Horde or its successors, and this has absolutely no effect on anything.

            Brad.
Russia has been open to a peace treaty since the time of Khrushchev.
And on territorial disputes - they were offered the joint use of the islands.
Would like to sign - would have signed.

At the very beginning of the Russo-Japanese War, few Europeans believed in Japan's victory.
Here is a cartoon from a French magazine, Charlie Hebdo's "grandfather":

But the French were right - having lost in 1905, we bent the samurai in 1945, forty years later. True, not Nikolai, but Stalin was already dressed in armor then ...
This is the nature of our people.
We can be defeated. But it's impossible to win.
The donut hole will get the narrow-eyed, not the islands.

For the Japanese, a "constructive dialogue", after which they are ready to sign a peace treaty, means that we "constructively" give them the islands up to Sakhalin and Sakhalin together. And there they will also be ready to talk about Primorye.

For us, constructive negotiations fit in the words of their own Y. Komura - the head of the Japanese delegation at the Russian-Japanese negotiations on the conclusion of the Portsmouth Peace Treaty of 1905 -
War crosses out all treaties. You have failed, and let's proceed from the current situation

In short, let's all go to the garden.

      And yes.
How can you sign a peace treaty with a non-sovereign, occupied country? Today we have a peace treaty with them, and tomorrow the invaders from their territory will fire missiles at us?
They will expel all the invaders, finally let them go with their crazy ideas about the "northern territories" - then we'll think about it.

Not at all. As the experience of Japan shows. In order to conclude a peace treaty with them, you first need to inflict a couple of nuclear strikes on them, then occupy Hokkaido. And then they will sign a peace treaty, and later on for another 100 years they will lick their ass.

I won't speak for the Kremlin... Any kind of betrayal can be expected.

Well, yes. That's how it should have been. only Japan is an occupied country, and the occupiers will never allow anything like that. And the Japanese hate all whites in a row, and even more than the Chinese and other Easterners, which seems impossible. Such people. They hate everyone. At one time, I somehow inadvertently watched several Japanese low-budget films for their domestic consumption. Oh what they are, it turns out, guys! Just surprisingly.
The possibility of not concluding a peace treaty with us enables, first of all, their politicians to rise. The Japanese really dream of pinching at least someone, at least in something, and they are very pleased to bite Russia on the sly.
And secondly, they are waiting for a world war. We are against the USA. When both we and the United States are exhausted and in ruins, the Japanese will come to feast. Both to us and to the Americans. They will kill everyone they reach, they will capture everything they like ... such is their national dream

Poseidon is a means for doomsday, as the Pentagon itself says !!! There will be enough Poseidons for everyone, because our President answered "we'll drag it with us." No one will win the Third World War, although it began at the beginning of the 21st century, namely, at the beginning of the sanctions, then the coronavirus from the United States, then the explosions on the gas pipeline .... And what's next? Either the continuation of the spread of new strains of coronavirus or some other US-British crap, or nuclear war. And we need to put heavy pressure on the dollar, by replacing it with national currencies, to negotiate with the Saudis, it is possible with the Taliban in Afghanistan. After all, there is still a difference between the Russians in Afghanistan and the Americans in Afghanistan, and they also began to understand this there.
