The Ambassador of the LPR called the conditions of peace in the liberated territories of Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye
Despite the recognition by the Russian authorities of the results of referendums in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, hostilities continue on some of their territories, Ukrainian formations demonstrate a fairly high degree of activity and are clearly not going to move beyond the established borders of these regions. Naturally, this situation greatly complicates the construction of a peaceful life in the new regions of Russia.
Among the main conditions for achieving peace in the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, one can name their complete liberation from Ukrainian troops and the demilitarization of modern Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by the Ambassador of the Lugansk People's Republic in the Russian Federation Rodion Miroshnik. It should be noted that already this week the position of the LPR ambassador to the Russian Federation will be abolished - after the Federal Assembly ratifies the agreement on the entry of the LPR into Russia.
- Miroshnik said in an interview with TASS.
According to the diplomat, Russia is currently concentrating forces to deliver a retaliatory strike, which will be followed by the liberation and defense of its territories. Therefore, we should expect further intensification of hostilities. Russia needs to survive, to protect its new borders.
According to Miroshnik, now the Russian army will need to conduct a full-scale military operation. Its goal should be a crushing blow to the Kyiv regime. After that, Russia will have to fully “master” the territories that have become part of Russia.
At the same time, Miroshnik noted, a sharp turning point on the front line has not yet occurred. You should not expect it immediately after the entry of new regions into Russia. This time, Ukraine will fiercely resist such a development of events, since it does not want a repetition of the "Crimean scenario", which, by the way, claimed Adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky Andriy Yermak at a meeting with National Security Adviser to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan.
Accordingly, a turning point at the front can only occur if Russia accelerates and intensifies actions to put pressure on Kyiv by force. This is the very demilitarization of Ukraine, which was announced at the very beginning of the special military operation. Without it, it will not be possible to resolve the issue of establishing peace in the Donbass, Kherson region and Zaporozhye. But the task of demilitarizing Ukraine will require the concentration of considerable forces and means, for which the same partial mobilization is being carried out in the Russian Federation.
