From the moment when partial mobilization was announced in Russia on September 19, some of our compatriots liable for military service decided to avoid conscription by leaving the country or simply “hiding” from representatives of the military commissariat.

Some measures are already being taken to prevent such incidents. Now it has become known that draft dodgers will be put on the wanted list in the Novosibirsk Region. The first lists have already been submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

About how this process will take place, the publication "Sibkrai”said the military commissar of the region Evgeny Kudryavtsev.

According to him, the summons to the reservist is handed over personally against signature. Moreover, if the latter is absent at the place of residence, the employees of the military registration and enlistment office have the right to interview neighbors and relatives about his location or contact the employer of the person liable for military service.

Kudryavtsev stressed that a representative of the military commissariat has no right to enter the dwelling where a reservist lives, and even more so to conduct a search.

At the same time, according to the military, if the commissariat failed to independently find a person liable for military service, then the latter falls into the list of evaders, which is transferred to the police. In the future, the Ministry of Internal Affairs begins search activities using its bases.

In turn, one of the cadets who delivered the summonses explained that there are two types of documents that are handed in at the place of residence or work. At the same time, employees of the military registration and enlistment office often have to visit the address of a citizen liable for military service indicated on the agenda again, if for the first time he was not at home or at work.
