Evgeny Prigozhin appeared in public with three Golden Stars of the Hero

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the owner of the Concord company and, as stated, the private military company (PMC) Wagner, is not a three-time hero of Russia, as some Ukrainian and Russian resources claim. Prigozhin has one "star of the Hero" of Russia, the other two are awards from the people's republics of Donbass.

After posting on the Web a video with the appearance of Prigozhin at the funeral of the hero of Russia, a fighter of the PMC "Wagner" Alexei Nagin, some Ukrainian resources began to claim that Prigozhin is three times the Hero of Russia, since three "Golden Stars" of the Hero were seen on his chest, allegedly received " for Ukraine." However, this is not the case, although Yevgeny Prigozhin was indeed awarded the Golden Star of the Hero of Russia, but only once.

Information about awarding Prigozhin with the Golden Star appeared at the end of June this year and was not widely publicized. According to some Russian military experts, the head of the PMC was awarded according to the sum of all merits for eight years and completed tasks in Syria, Libya, the Central African Republic, Mali and Ukraine. The other two "Gold Stars" are awards from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. For what they were awarded, probably it is not necessary to tell.

Speaking about partial mobilization, Prigozhin said that there was no need to draft his son into the army, he already serves in the ranks of the Wagner PMC. According to him, his son served in the Russian army, after which he returned to civilian life and joined the ranks of a private military company, where he still fights. He is currently participating in a special military operation, but Prigozhin did not disclose details.

Yes, he participates in the SVO, but I do not see the need to disclose the details of what tasks he performs. Come to Donbass, ask him yourself

- he said.

and big wallets also need to take an example from him! Definitely deserved! And many times! In fact, for Ukraine, he needs to be given another Star of the Hero - his guys beat banderlogs harshly and professionally, he has the most stable successes in Ukraine, they only go forward and recently successful news is only about Wagner, the rest are just modest in the war. Even the dill in an interview agree that the Wagner military experts maneuver 3 times faster with an accurate hit on the target than the dill themselves, the dill simply do not have time to see and answer how they are already flying from the Wagner fighters. Prigozhin became a legendary man, an example for the Army and business in Russia, he invested all of himself in expanding Russia's influence in the world. BEAUTIFUL!

For success in command and control, commanders should be given awards, not a gold star. Otherwise, the meaning of the award is lost, if simply "in aggregate" ...

The meaning of awards was lost in our country even under the tsars ... Neither the communists nor ... the current figures have changed anything here ...

Back in the days of my Soviet youth, I heard a phrase somewhere that I remembered well
A good leader is not the one who has seven spans in his forehead, but the one who has seven deputies, each with one span.
Until now, as a leader, I adhere to the meaning of this phrase. There are deputies, each professional in his own direction, he does not climb into adjacent areas.
I won’t say about my spans - let others judge what kind of director I am, but my job is not to get into every minor problem, but to correctly place the leaders of the second or third level. And things are going. It seems to me - not bad.

he did not manage, but organized an entire army, for his earnings (not the essence of how, the main thing is for the benefit of the Motherland, not spent on offshores and yachts, but on the VICTORY OF THE HOMELAND!). This is already a feat in fact, which is already thundering all over the world, many colonial countries have sat on their asses from the successes of Wagner and, with their intelligence and special forces, cannot stop Wagner. Of course, Wagner once received a lesson in Syria, but that was the US army with turntables and combat aircraft against guys with machine guns and anti-tank systems ... now Wagner has his own aircraft and MANPADS, tanks and artillery - so not every US group will now pull against Wagner!

It is clear that he is not spending his money now on Wagner, but those that are allocated to him from the budget. It is not clear otherwise. What happens if Prigozhin wants to enter the Kremlin, for example? After all, in fact, he has a separate army.

In fact, for such statements you need to know the "accounting" of the "client" wink . The military business is very profitable. Prince, for example, even swung at Motor Sich, and his BW (no matter how he is called today) has his own air squadron. By the way, information slipped that he offered his services to Wagner on a subcontract :))), which indicates the proportionality of these two organizations. So, what he goes fishing on is just a matter of taste and imagination ... And the movement of his finances, I think, not every tax office will reveal. The awardees, I am sure, know who and for what and with what to award, therefore I will not discuss this part of the article.

In principle, there is nothing surprising in their combat skills, their combat path, unlike the army, is much longer, they have been fighting continuously for the last ten years, and the army for half a year! The Wagners are undoubtedly great, but the units of our army are also gaining experience and are fighting no less bravely and skillfully!

There are no large private corporations in Russia, so we have PMC Wagner only from the state and can receive money. While in the West there is a huge bunch of very rich corporations with interests in many dangerous regions, and they need to protect their property. Paying for lobbying to send troops to some other third world country is a very difficult, difficult and expensive process, and very unreliable with a bunch of political risks. While PMCs are always ready to send anywhere, as much as they want, and do exactly what the corporation needs.

Is PMC a competitor to the army? Wagner on the outskirts is fighting according to his plans? Separately from the Russian army? They say here that the mobilized sign contracts with the LLC, and not with the Moscow Region. Wagner is mobilizing? But if Wagner invests in his company and mobilizes, then why do the mobilized buy clothes and collect first aid kits?

Your vehemence is understandable, but does not remove the obligation to reason sensibly.
Public procurement legislation will not allow you to buy the best, but obliges you to work with the one who offers the lowest price. If you want to get around this price barrier, your terms of reference should be cunningly crafted so that only the best sample for you matches it, but at the same time, all distinctive characteristics must be justified and proven by you convincingly enough to withstand a trial with those left overboard tender participants. How much is enough for you? How many like-minded people will you recruit to create a good principled and professional system? How happy will your bosses be with your work - after all, you came to destroy their well-established life and, possibly, income?
I repeat once again why the army does not have the best equipment, first-aid kits, shoes, etc. - this is how the procurement law is drawn up.

Are you really naive, or are you pretending to be? Everywhere, all over the world, PMCs are better equipped and armed than regular units. This is connected both with the specifics of the tasks performed and with the attraction of money from private business. And simply because they are numerically much smaller. Of course, the state also pays them budget money, since there are a number of tasks that need to be completed with the help of forces and organizations not directly related to this state

But attracting PMCs is the same purchase but at horse prices! Where is the savings here? Why was there no PMC in the USSR if it is such an effective tool? Why do enterprises not have private production organizations (PPOs)? Here the turner of the organization is so-so, but the turner of the CPO is a pro! Why is a private security company better than private security? What about the idea of a private country president (PPP)? Or a private State Duma (ChGD)? Let's expand the ideas of private organizations! I repeat Chubais? Is it then that we get rake races?

Over the hill, both our government and our corporations have many interests, and do you think that, for example, to protect Lukoil's oil production facilities in Iraq, the army should be involved? The main, if not the only contractor of the PMC is the STATE! And it doesn't matter if it's Wagner or, for example, the American The Academy. They take contracts from the state for certain services in the military field - this can be both military operations, and, for example, security and escort. Yes, read, finally, about the American and British PMCs in Iraq, about the same Black Waters. A lot has been written about them. Hence the money - contracts are concluded on completely legal terms, with this money the PMC equips its fighters and pays them a salary.

This is not even naivety, this is .... 1. PMCs are not included in the subordination structure of the Ministry of Defense - which means they can do what and where the "state" army for one reason or another cannot. 2. Equipment and weapons are purchased under direct contracts, and not, as in the Ministry of Defense, through tenders with the only minimum price criterion. This means that the equipment and weapons of the PMC fighters are better than the standard army ones. 3. PMCs are not constrained in tactics by army regulations, they can more effectively maneuver resources without being distracted by any coordination with the command. 5. For PMCs, there is one condition for earning money - the full fulfillment of the contract, the methods are not prescribed in the contract, therefore, they fight as it should to fulfill the terms of the contract and very rarely their commanders make stupid decisions. 6. You can throw poop at me, but an important point: they are not included in the DOD casualty reports, which makes the DOD look better. There are other reasons for the high efficiency of PMCs, if you look, you will find it yourself. Although, of course, PMCs will never replace a normal regular army.

If a state (the United States or another) hires PMCs to overthrow power or perform any tasks in another state and does not use its army, then this state seems to have nothing to do with it? And where are such PMCs registered? The state that registers such PMCs also has nothing to do with it? Then hired killers and customers are different? It's just a matter of principle. No wonder they say "A large family has its black sheep." The question is, what part of society do they make up? how many nits will make up a critical mass capable of blowing up society?
For example, for Ukraine, the critical mass of nits was 10%. Who knows a lot or a little, but that’s how many right-wing parties gained before in 2014 they began to build deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with machine guns and destroy Russians, supporters of cooperation with Russia and simply independent journalists with impunity. Those. 10% of Ukrainians were able to completely radicalize society and turn the majority against Russia.
For Russia, with its low population density in most regions, the critical mass % could be much lower. Therefore, the Russians need to be more careful and try hard on the spot to suppress attempts to undermine the foundations of the state and general human values.

This PMC has long been a brand of the state. If you look at the geography of travel of this company and the tasks performed, then the question will disappear. Because security pays a lot.
On what basis does she receive money? So everything in its name - "Private ...".
Why is there a private military company with an international activity in the state? Probably, it is beneficial for the state to solve foreign political issues without using official diplomatic and military channels.
Does she receive anything from the budget? Perhaps, because someone from the power unit is probably supervising her. But budget injections are a drop compared to official earnings on the side. And, probably, there is something to pay for this budget drop.
It is bad manners to count other people's money when it is clear what they are paid for.
There are many more incomprehensible people and organizations in the state that are sawing the budget instead of air.

Where does PMCs get modern weapons from? And then ask yourself - why ALL THIS is not with the regular army and the National Guard

Heard this version. An important background: the USSR did not suddenly and did not collapse on its own, but was defeated in the Cold War (including with the help of the betrayal of the party nomenklatura). The winners not only tore the Union to pieces, but also put their people in all key management positions - in almost all areas. These Gaidars / Grefs / Chubais were specially trained to rule the defeated Russia in order to keep it in a slave colonial state. The people's property was transferred to the ownership of the oligarchs - transfer pumps that remove resources from defeated Russia. (The mere transfer of radioactive materials accumulated during the Soviet era for a pittance is worth something!)
And so: defeated Russia was not supposed to have economic growth (the economy was reliably suffocated by a high interest rate, which makes any serious development impossible), have a capable army (and combat training has almost ceased, the most dangerous weapons have been eliminated / cut), and so on - in all sectors. Russia's resources were pumped FREE OF CHARGE and steadily to the West (only in recent months did it begin to dawn on the broad masses that if in exchange for your goods - for example gas - they give you the type of "money", but then they do not accept it for payment, then this is not at all money, but the usual mechanism of robbery. But even a year ago, many believed that Russia had foreign exchange reserves!)
It is physically impossible to defeat this hydra of "effective managers" (serving the overseas master) head-on, according to the law (especially since the laws, including the Constitution of Russia, were written by those very "Western partners" of Yeltsin. This is generally a separate and very interesting topic).
If Putin wants to withdraw Russia from colonial dependence on the West (and a lot of facts over the past 20 years speak precisely about this) - then how should he act? The position of president does not allow you to get a sword and rush into the attack on a crowd of Western agents (you can try, but as they say, only once ...). Therefore, the only possible path was chosen by the Supreme. Not to conflict with every reptile, but to unite everyone, find common interests, and slowly force them to work for Russia (concessions and bargaining are inevitable, alas, and something had to be sacrificed ... The same extradition from captivity of the leaders of the Nazis, which cannot be explained to others).

And solve the key issues already not as president (the president's speeches are advisory in nature, and the execution of presidential decrees is somewhere at the plinth level), and in "manual control" mode (through personal connections and various cunning schemes).
Well, Finally, we come to PMCs: if for some reason the RF Armed Forces cannot be “officially” well equipped with everything necessary (the proteges of the West are blocking - both in industry and in the Defense Ministry), then it remains to use an unofficial structure such as PMCs, where no one will interfere with solving all problems for money.
    PS:
In the absence of anything more intelligible, for me this is now a "working hypothesis". If someone explains the situation more logically, I will gladly consider any versions.

Yes, the entire NMD should be dealt with by the regular units of the Ministry of Defense, including special forces, with the participation of the Russian Guard and other law enforcement agencies as necessary, but they should not sit in the trenches and storm cities. But in the current situation, which has developed for unknown reasons, one must proceed from real conditions and therefore the participation of PMCs, the Russian Guard, Chechen formations, and so on. you need to welcome, and not blow your nose to be interested in money. Maybe not in the topic, but today, just in the "Sunday Evening" the topic of mobilization was touched upon and FOR THE FIRST TIME ON THE CENTRAL CHANNEL a journalist's proposal was made - not to appoint people to "warm" and simply public positions who "hooked" from the army ... This is what I was talking about when I proposed introducing a number of restrictions on people who have not fulfilled their duty to the Fatherland for unknown reasons.
Another proposal was made to the rich "Pinocchio" to share in the funds mobilized and their families, which chickens do not peck ...

In the light of the article about Prigozhin and the decree on partial mobilization, there is a proposal to conduct an audit in the ranks of officials (especially in the military registration and enlistment offices). The effectiveness of this connection is an example for study and imitation, a positive experience for the relevant structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation .... Perhaps then the question of "volunteer movement" for equipping the aircraft with modern equipment, means of observation and communication, and effective SPMP will disappear. The current fighter on the "red line" looks much "more modest" than his comrade from "Army 2022" ...

I have nothing against PMC Wagner. May I ask, what are the troops doing in the NVO that are not included, unequipped, unstimulated, legal, law-abiding, ineffective? They urgently need to be replaced with the complete opposite, the Wagnerites and they will do everything in the best possible way and they won’t spoil the statistics, and they won’t ask questions about them. Did I understand you correctly? Or is there not enough money for everyone?

We live in a capitalist society and an official cannot work for 40-50 thousand a month, when he is offered many times more every day, no, well, of course there are white crows, but I don’t think that the fight against bribery will be productive, everyone is fighting it countries, even "communist" China, have not yet won.

And with such money he must carry out such important work. Therefore, of the men in the military registration and enlistment offices, only those who can somehow influence the issuance of the WB and the military commissar themselves are detained, and the rest are either those who are not needed anywhere at all, or the wives of the military, who work, as it were, for themselves!

Here, a heated argument broke out about equipment and other goodies. My question is even simpler: on what basis does a private company have heavy weapons, armored vehicles and even aircraft? The Weapons Act does not allow this. I myself work at an enterprise with special statutory tasks, but we are not even allowed to use live ammunition, only "civilian" ones. Now the most incomprehensible thing is: why is the law not written for someone?

But you yourself said that this is their bread, this is their niche. Or is our PMC fundamentally different from theirs, our pacifists and do not obey the law, whoever pays orders the music? Especially being abroad, where our legislation does not apply. They protect the good of Lukoil. Essentially an oligarch.
