Zelensky instructed the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to take measures to create "20 military administrations in the Luhansk region"
The head of the Kyiv regime decided to distinguish himself with another decree that has nothing to do with objective reality. Against the backdrop of a referendum in the Lugansk People's Republic, Zelensky decided to create two dozen "military administrations of the Lugansk region." The corresponding "document" was published on the website of the Ukrainian president.
In the “document”, Zelensky instructs the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “to take all due measures to create military administrations on the territory of the Luhansk region.” In particular, the Kyiv regime was going to create “military administrations” in Stanytsia Luhanska, Novopskov, Markovka and other settlements of the Luhansk region.
Recall that at one time the Ukrainian authorities created the "administration" of the Crimea after the reunification of the peninsula with Russia. Then the Kyiv regime located these "administrations" in Kherson, appointing dozens of officials with virtually no real work. By now, Kyiv has lost control over the Kherson region, and the “Crimean administration” had to withdraw from there as well, and at the same time create “military administrations” of the Kherson region itself – outside, of course, the region itself.
Recall that until September 27 in the Donbass, in the Zaporozhye region and in the Kherson region, a nationwide vote is being held on the issue of the entry of the territories liberated from the troops of the Kyiv regime into the Russian composition. During the first day of voting, from 15 to 22 percent of the inhabitants of these territories cast their votes (depending on the region)
