Less than a third of UN members signed a statement criticizing Russia's special operation in Ukraine

41

After the last meeting of the UN Security Council, 58 member states of this international organization signed a statement marking the half year of the entry of Russian troops into the territory of Ukraine. The statement contains regret and criticism about the ongoing special operation in Ukraine.

The states that signed the statement recognized Ukraine's sovereignty over the territories within its internationally recognized borders. They expressed their commitment to the independence and territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state.

This statement was signed by almost all neighboring countries of Ukraine, with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Thus, the statement was signed by representatives of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova. The European Union and the United States supported the statement.

However, some very interesting points can be noted. Firstly, the statement was not signed by such largest countries of the world as China and India. If everything is clear with China, which is in difficult relations with the United States, then India is considered in Washington as an important partner in the Indo-Pacific region. But they did not betray their long friendship with Russia in New Delhi.

Secondly, there are currently 193 states in the UN. The document was signed by only 58 states. Thus, less than a third of the countries participating in the international organization supported the statement. That's all you need to know about the so-called "isolation" of Russia by the world community and the world's support for the course of the United States and NATO.

As practice shows, most countries in Asia, Africa, South America, that is, states that lie outside the "collective West" and are not its outright satellites, remain neutral on the issue of a special operation in Ukraine or support Russia. This circumstance testifies to a deep split in the modern world. It will never be the same again, the era of American global dominance is over, and the special operation in Ukraine is an excellent confirmation of this.

So far, this is the only opportunity to bring your point of view to the world community. And the fact that the UN requires reformatting and withdrawal from the preventive influence of the United States has long been known. The question is how, where and with whom. Today there are no longer those historically formed countries that we until recently considered traditionally neutral! We need a new platform and territoriality that will guarantee international security and morality.

So what?? for some reason, when they destroyed Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq, these "signatories" were not indignant. Or "it's different"? Therefore, Russia on this piece of paper (I don’t know how to write so that they let it through).

And why should these countries be indignant? Imagine that you are the president of some Ecuador in the 90s. The USSR has already collapsed, the Russian Federation has not yet risen, China is generally not considered seriously by anyone, the United States is the undivided masters of the world. And here you are, driven by a sense of justice, start to roam the States. Can you guess the outcome?

And this is progress, because. earlier, at least 2/3 of the documents, or even more, were signed for openly anti-Russian and unjustified criticism of her documents. Many have simply got tired of the Anglo-Saxon pressure on this site and the cynical lies broadcast by them.

Moreover, if you have not been blocked from accessing the English-Russian dictionary, then you can read that this statement was adopted at the initiative of the Ukrainian representative to the UN, Sergei Kyslitsa.
It would be strange if Ukraine did not sign essentially its own text.
          And your sarcasm is understandable.

Moldova itself is also present there! With one hand he votes at the UN, as the hegemon ordered, and with the other he signs a petition to Gazprom, so that they would give a respite and throw gas, otherwise the neighbors carry firewood at night ...

58 signatories live in a parallel world. But they buy oil and gas from our world. With the start of the international tribunal in Mariupol, the fairy tale that we are fighting the "young Ukrainian democracy" will turn into a bloody horror. Since everyone already understands what the international institutions for the settlement of the IR have become, I consider it necessary to start creating alternative ones. You can start by creating similar organizations for a group of countries (for example, the SCO, or even "countries of the non-aligned movement"). So that not a specific country deals with the current lawless people, but a certain and legitimate organization within the framework of the still existing international laws, attractive precisely by fairness and impartiality (if possible, alas). Of course, the "watchers" do not recognize it, but they will be forced to reckon with it. Well, something like this.
