A terrorist attack planned under the control of Ukrainian special services was prevented in the Volgograd region
FSB officers prevented a terrorist attack in the Volgograd region, prepared on the instructions and under the control of the Ukrainian special services. According to the TsOS FSB, two terrorists who tried to undermine the oil pipeline were eliminated.
According to the report, the blowing up of the oil pipeline was prepared by two Russian citizens who adhere to right-wing radical views and are members of the Restrukt group, founded by the late neo-Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich, nicknamed Tesak. The attack was prepared under the leadership of the Ukrainian special services.

When trying to detain the right-wing radicals put up armed resistance and tried to blow up the planted explosive device, but were eliminated. On the spot, a high-power home-made bomb was seized, with the help of which it was planned to undermine the oil pipeline, as well as two traumatic pistols converted to live ammunition.
As established by the FSB, two other members of the right-wing radical group "Restrukt", who are currently in Ukraine in the ranks of nationalist battalions, were directly involved in the organization of the terrorist attack. Andrey Chuenkov, born in 1986, a citizen of Russia, is fighting in the national battalion "Hurricane" and a citizen of Ukraine Ionov Yuriy, born in 1988, a militant of the national battalion "Azov" * (a terrorist organization banned in Russia). The general leadership was carried out by the Ukrainian special services.
