"Mayor of Kharkov" showed the project of concrete stops in the city

Kyiv proteges in Kharkov announced that a project was being implemented in the city to "protect the civilian population from Russian shelling." The so-called "mayor of Kharkiv" Igor Terekhov said that the project provides for the creation of 25 concrete public transport stops. These are concrete structures that are planned to be placed in the immediate vicinity of regular bus stops.
According to the plan of the Kyiv proteges, people can hide in these concrete structures (stops - "bomb shelters") "in case of Russian shelling."
At the same time, the same Terekhov does not cite a single fact when Russian troops fired at public transport stops. And he does not cite such facts for one simple reason - Russian troops strike at military facilities.
In connection with the plans for the construction of "concrete pens" (as the project was dubbed by the Kharkiv residents themselves), it can be assumed that these objects are not created in order to hide civilians in them, but in order to create protected firing points on the main streets and avenues of the city in case of an operation by the RF Armed Forces to liberate Kharkov. For the Ukrainian regime, it has long been a hallmark of the use of civilian facilities for military purposes. And in the event of an attack on a firing point, they will spin up a propaganda machine that "Russia is hitting civilian targets - stops with civilians."
