Now young parents of the Russian-controlled regions of Zaporozhye can enjoy the same benefits that families with newborn babies in Russia are entitled to. The fact is that in the Zaporozhye region, the issuance of Russian birth certificates has begun.
About this news agency RIA News Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the regional military-civilian administration, said.
He noted that now Zaporozhye young parents have the right to receive all those support measures that young families of Russians have.
The official said that the issuance of these documents began in Melitopol, Energodar and Berdyansk.
At the moment, the entire Kherson and partially Zaporozhye regions are under the control of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the south of Ukraine. In these territories, local self-government bodies have been updated, television and radio broadcasting of Russian media has been organized. In addition, trade relations between the southern Ukrainian regions and the Crimean peninsula and a number of other regions of the Russian Federation are being established.
Local administrations of Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as most of the inhabitants of these regions, are in favor of joining the Russian Federation. A referendum on this issue is likely to be held in the very near future. A number of sources suggest that this will happen as early as September.
