Ukrainian talks about the provision of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian soldiers fleeing their positions, including those who end up in captivity, often say that they were thrown to the front without proper equipment and weapons. The message is about the same for everyone: no uniforms, no food, sleep - and then nothing. Is it so?
One of the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded a video where he claims that uniforms are issued according to a high standard of security. A variant of equipment for those called up in the cold season is described.
In addition to the military uniform itself, a capacious bag made of water-repellent fabric is issued. The composition of the clothing allowance of a mobilized soldier includes a karemat (aka a tourist rug), an insulated jacket that can be worn under the main winter jacket. Two khaki T-shirts with characteristic crosses on the chest are also issued.
The video also indicates the presence of a waterproof raincoat, first aid kit and other devices and tools.
At the same time, individual citizens, including those who managed to take part in the battles, had questions for the author of the video. In particular, the question of how he is going to transport all this, if he really ends up on the front line. If you count on a delivery from the support service, then to what extent will such expectations be justified, for example, in the situation in which the Armed Forces of Ukraine found themselves not so long ago in Lisichansk?
