The commander of the so-called dobrobat (volunteer battalion) "Carpathian Sich" Oleg Kutsin with the call sign "Kum" was eliminated in the Donbass. Information about this is actively disseminated by Ukrainian Internet resources.
According to currently available information, Kutsin was eliminated in the Izyum direction, it was there that the "Carpathian Sich" battalion operated under his command. The method of liquidation is not specified, most likely it "flew" with a rocket or an artillery shell, although other options are possible, which is not so important. Most importantly, another admirer of Bandera went to his idol.
As Kyiv publics write, the loss of Kutsin for Ukrainian radicals is very serious, he was an ardent supporter of Tyagnibok and fought in the Donbass since 2014. The volunteer battalion "Carpathian Sich" itself was originally formed as a "volunteer battalion of special police patrol service" from members of the right-wing radical party "Svoboda", later became part of the 93rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2015, volunteer battalions "Karpatskaya Sich" and "Sich" entered the "Legion of Freedom" created by Tyagnibok, which united the radicals who fought against the DPR and LPR in the Donbass. Kutsin stood at the head of the "Legion".
"Carpathian Sich" was disbanded in 2016. On May 19, 2022, part of the newly formed volunteer battalion "Carpathian Sich" entered the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as the 49th separate infantry battalion of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under its own name. Exactly one month later, Kutsin was eliminated.
On Ukrainian resources, "crying" for "Kum" has already begun. It is stated that Ukraine has lost a "defender" and so on and so forth, they promise to "revenge".
