The Russian Ministry of Defense continues the practice of delivering pinpoint strikes with high-precision missiles on especially important military facilities of the Ukrainian army, as well as enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine and the railway. In addition, as the military department clarifies, at the time of the strike there were 15 "foreign specialists" in the Center for Electronic Intelligence, who arrived from one or two Western states, from which, it is not specified.
