Surrender and captivity: more and more groups of militants leave the Azovstal plant in Mariupol
Information about the ongoing surrender of militants at the Mariupol Azovstal plant is being confirmed. To the 265 militants who capitulated the day before, most of whom represent the Azov extremist formation banned in Russia, today more than 200 have been added.
Reports from Mariupol say that another 7 buses left the territory of the metallurgical enterprise, where the surrender of the Ukrainian garrison was carried out.
On the informal channel Deputy Minister of Information of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov presented photographs with captured Ukrainian militants who are in buses. On some buses - car numbers of the Rostov region. At the same time, as previously reported, the prisoners are taken to Yelenovka, on the territory of the pre-trial detention center, where Donetsk and Russian investigators work with them.
Transportation is carried out in escort mode, with security, including inside the buses. You can see that the militants have a lot of things with them - backpacks, bags.
Convoyed captured militants:
Today, during the day, Ukrainian troops hit the very Yelenovka with particular intensity from artillery, where the Azov militants * and other units that capitulated at the Mariupol metallurgical plant are brought.
The commander of the “Vostok” brigade of the DPR, Alexander Khodakovsky, reports that during the day, enemy groups of different sizes came out of the cellars of “Azovstal” to surrender: from 8 to 80 people. It is noted that militants first destroy their phones, because the memory of gadgets clearly contains evidence of numerous war crimes committed by militants. But the evidence for a trial (quite possibly open) is already enough. Therefore, the destruction of smartphones will not help capitulated militants to avoid trial in the DPR.
According to Alexander Khodakovsky, up to XNUMX militants can be released for surrender in a day.
