Ex-leader of Azov: Ukraine should prepare for the military liberation of Mariupol, but this takes a long time
The former leader of the Azov Regiment (* an extremist group banned in Russia) Maxim Zhorin gave an interview to the Belarusian opposition channel Belsat, whose office is located outside the Republic of Belarus. Zhorin's statements, according to his own idea, were supposed to focus on the glorification of the neo-Banderites who were at the Mariupol Azovstal plant, but it turned out to be chaotic and contradictory.
According to Zhorin, “Russian troops managed to enter the territory of the plant, but the main part of it is still controlled by the Ukrainian military, who are in shelters.” Under "shelter" refers to the basements and bunkers "Azovstal". In this regard, for any sane person, the situation is quite understandable: it is impossible, being in the basement, to control the territory of the plant. You can hide and call for the so-called "extraction", occasionally carrying out sorties from the "burrows".
Zhorin's further statement finally dispels the myth about the "heroism" of the Azov militants*.
Zhorin:
So if they control everything there, why don't they come out themselves? ..
And then Zhorin states that “it is necessary to prepare for the military liberation of Mariupol”:
Continuing to contradict himself, the ex-leader of "Azov" * said that we still need to focus on "a diplomatic solution to the problem" with the involvement of a "third country". At the same time, Zhorin said that "Russia cannot be trusted."
Against this background, it became known that the spouses of the Azov militants *, after appealing to the Pope, who promised to "pray for the Ukrainian military," now turned to the Chinese authorities. So far, there is no data on Beijing's reaction to this appeal.
Regarding Zhorin's statements, it is worth adding that for the Azov militants, apparently, all appeals and interviews according to the script should be recorded against the background of a white brick wall ...
