Iran's central bank says it can help Russia bypass sanctions

The Iranian authorities are ready to offer Russia data on mechanisms for circumventing foreign sanctions. Recall that Iran has rich experience in this area. Despite the fact that all kinds of sanctions have been introduced against the Islamic Republic, up to the oil embargo, the economy of this country has not only not collapsed to destructive values, but often shows impressive growth. Thus, from 2000 to 2013, Iranian GDP grew by more than 120%. For example, in 2007 growth exceeded 30% per year. True, the Iranian economy has been characterized by instability in recent years. For example, in the pre-pandemic years of 2018 and 2019, it fell by more than 40 percent.

According to RIA News, options for circumventing Russia's sanctions are offered by the deputy head of the Central Bank of Iran, Mohsen Karimi. According to him, Iran is based on extensive experience of working under sanctions. And this experience allows us to get away from American economic and political dictates, as well as from pressure from other countries.

According to Mohsen Karimi, Iran is now offering these mechanisms to Russia.

In Iran, high inflation is currently recorded - more than 18%. Today, however, high inflation rates are typical not only for Iran, but for the whole world.

Meanwhile in Kazakhstan... They are currently saying that they will not carry out any purposeful work to support Russia in terms of circumventing sanctions. This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Timur Suleimenov. According to Suleimenov, Kazakhstan is a member of the EAEU, but it is also part of the international community.

However, Western experts believe that the Kazakh authorities in this regard can be cunning in order not to impose sanctions on themselves.

Yes, you were born yesterday. One Venick-Jackson Amendment is Worth It In 1962, NATO countries approved a ban on the further supply of large-diameter pipes that are used in the construction of pipelines. Washington convinced the Europeans that, by helping the Union, they were contributing to the creation of the military infrastructure of the Warsaw Pact. As a result, West Germany began canceling contracts already concluded with companies that had drawn up an agreement with the USSR on the import of about 135 tons of steel pipes. etc.

We have been under sanctions since the time of Ivan the Terrible.
When they imposed sanctions on our merchants, forbidding them to trade in furs abroad, and they bought it for nothing.
As for the current sanctions, I think there is no need to circumvent them.
                They need to be strengthened.
In general, prohibit all trade with "unfriendly countries" and prohibit the exchange of their currencies.

Sanctions are introduced not only as restrictive methods. Sanctions allow you to flexibly maneuver and manage situations, and when working with a weakly intellectual contingent, catch them on their mistakes. It is not that simple .

Yes, it's not worth a damn thing compared to today's number of sanctions already imposed against Russia. 5500 sanctions is a pound of raisins? Yes, Iran did not have so much in the worst years for it.

The US Treasury provided explanations on how the US sanctions against Russia, which have been tightened in the past two weeks, affect its energy sector, in particular, trade in Russian energy resources in dollars. Earlier, the agency issued a general license that excludes transactions involving sanctioned Russian banks “related to energy” from the influence of sanctions. Now the US is clarifying that this does not mean that Americans can directly interact with blocked banks in this area. Special bypass transactions will be needed - and the US has instructed how to implement them.
        That's it!
“Energy payments can and should continue,” the US Treasury said. The issued license allows what is “normally known as U-turn transactions,” the agency says.
And then all the sanctions, sanctions. They banned it, they allowed it.

Iran is the oldest civilization on the planet! The interfluve of the Tigris and Euphrates is the cradle of mankind. The very moral support of such a state is worth a lot. And they can easily buy our goods, sell their oil not for dollars, vote in the UN in solidarity with us. And this is not enough in today's bad conditions.
And if there was a BIG misunderstanding with shooting and breaking dishes, blocking the Strait of Hormuz for the Yankees would be worse than jamming the bells in the door ...

Kazakhstan has no other options now. No one is merging anywhere, this is a very reasonable step to preserve their interests without going into direct confrontation. Many countries do this, including Russia.
For kitchen conversations, yes, Kazakhstan, a scoundrel and a traitor, coveted Western values. If you figure it out with your head and wool information, everything is much more complicated.

No, well, in general, Russia itself had to enter NATO itself and resolve what is happening from the inside. Were there any offers?

Try to tense up and think about why it was said so, what processes are currently taking place in Kazakhstan. About 90% of the comments are at the level of grandmas on a bench that suck on drug addicts and courtesans lol
Clearly and constructively, why did Kazakhstan take such a step, while being a member of the CSTO?

A little bit about foreign exchange transactions bypassing Iranian-style sanctions:
"You said you can change euros here." He said, "No problem. We just need to stop." We stopped, a crowd of men immediately surrounded us: "Change, change." I opted for a gray-haired, lean man. Age must be respected, honored. "There was a bakery. There were rolls, muffins, pies on the shelves. A young man joined us, probably the owner of the bakery or the son of a gray-haired man. Forces were equalized, two against two. Russia against Iran ...

The gray-haired man picked up a calculator, pressed the keys and said: "Change 12. How many euros?" I asked Nick, "Is this a good course?" He said: "Good. The guys changed over this." I started trading. He took away the calculator from the old man, highlighted: "230". He threw up his hands: "Today the rate is 12!"... We got excited, began to shout at each other, blushed. The calculator wandered from hand to hand. Nick, who must have been present for the first time at such an auction, was embarrassed and stepped aside.

Continuing to bargain, I thought in my mind: "12 thousand 230 is in fogs. In rials there will be 122 thousand 300. 122 300 times one hundred euros ... How many days can this money be enough? After all, I do not know the local prices. In Canada they can be spent in a day. Maybe change more?". The old man stood his ground and, like a charmed man, murmured: "12." I pretended to give up: "Okay. Change at 230." The old man was amused: "You need to change 12." I figured in my mind: “There are 299 fogs in euros. How many will be 12 fogs in terms of euros? Probably, there will not be a hundredth of a cent. Maybe, well, bargaining? No! " and firmly stated: "240 is my last word." The old man laughed. We shook hands.

The old man went to the pantry and returned with a pile of bank packages. "Ten million. One million, two million..." He gave out the last hundreds of thousands in 50 bills. He held one in his hands. "This, please give it to him." He pointed to the young one. "Gift". I gasp: what am I fighting for? Nick side whisper: "It's a penny. Fifty cents will not." I say: "Good. Let this be a gift. But let him also give me a gift" and point to the appetizing puff lying on a tray in a pile of others. The young wrap the puff in paper and say with a laugh: "Tomorrow evening come here. I'll drink you whiskey." I say "I come with it" and show to Nick. The young continue to laugh: "Both come." https://atsman.livejournal.com/2474952.html
A pie will be given when the sanctions are circumvented!

    And whiskey promise!
    Good...
