According to the latest data, Russian units, having suppressed the resistance of the 81st Airborne Assault Brigade (separate air assault brigade) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, defeated it and took control of the city of Izyum. The said Ukrainian brigade, after the advance of Russian troops, lost the ability to resist.
