Remember how after the idea of ​​socialism turned out to be irrelevant and the republics of the USSR fled, the idea soared in society that the solution to all problems would be the transition from socialist common property to private property, as under capitalism?

What, in the end, happened?

Capitalism (private property) also turned out to be not viable, as evidenced by the increasing crises. And, moreover, it (capitalism) is fraught with the danger of unleashing wars in order to distribute resources. The USA and its vassals (colonies) continue to live at the level of exclusive distribution of resources in their favor.

Before the collapse of the USSR, the world economic crisis began, and only the opening of the borders of the vast post-Soviet space allowed the economic crisis to stop for a while. But, after a while, as we observe, the crisis returned.

The conclusion suggests itself that it is not at all a matter of who owns the property (capitalists or socialist society). It's not a matter of ownership.

The relations of structural units are built on the basis of functions that ensure the survival of society as a whole, T. Parsons identified four types of such functions:

1. Adaptation (the problem of rational organization and distribution of resources).

2. Goal orientation (the problem of defining goals).

3. Integration (the problem of maintaining the internal unity of the system - mandatory norms, rules, etc.).

4. Maintaining a model (the problem of motivation and alignment of personal motives with the goals and values ​​of society).

At present, the adaptation period has ended in our country. The period of goal-orientation and integration has not yet begun, which obviously explains the stagnation (crisis) in all spheres of people's lives.

I propose that the goal of society be defined as moral revival.

So, what is the technology of the moral (spiritual) revival of civil society in Russia?

Justification, formulation and essence of the problem

The rationalism of our century and time in its historical movement "neglected" the moral values ​​developed by previous generations. It got to the point that adults began to forget, and children could not and cannot acquire the traditions of the people, which destroys the connection of times and weakens the nation.

So, a Russian person has always lived, solved the problem transmitted to him from the depths of centuries like this: "How to live in order to be holy?"

Why is this understanding of the essence of being, saving for every person, disappeared from life, remaining in the past?

And if “on the march” of economic transformations the secondary importance of morality was not perceived as a danger, then in the last decades of the XNUMXth and early XNUMXst centuries the social and moral infrastructure turned out to be the weakest and most vulnerable.

The lack of attention to the social and moral training of the younger generation and adults fully explains the economic and social difficulties of our time, which are recorded in all countries: the decline in morality, the increase in crime and drug addiction, a decrease in interest in intellectual development, a lack of understanding of the salvation and nobility of any labor society needs , the manifestation of the motives of apathy, parasitism, nihilism, dependency, infantilism, hedonism, etc.

Management of upbringing is necessary to create such an infrastructure that would be most conducive to increasing the spiritual potential of the child and adult population of a single educational space, the central institution of which is the state, represented by television. The start of the implementation, including the constant maintenance, management of education in our time is possible only through a modern means of mass communication (television), including through the speeches of the top officials of the state.

When managing social and humanitarian systems, correctly implemented target forecasting is of fundamental importance, on the basis of which the system is modeled (life, human behavior in a given environment and situation), technologies are selected to achieve a result determined by the criteria for its assessment.

In the upbringing of people, this approach has not yet received sufficient practical application, which does not allow the purposeful formation of such relations between people that would allow the individual to behave steadily in the time measured by his birth, to overcome trials in life and gain strength in serving the cause and people.

In practice, there is generally no approach to educating people, just as there is no education process itself (moral / spiritual development). By upbringing, we mean care and examination.

It should be noted that the reason for the death of previous human civilizations was the decline in morality.

The expectation that morality will arise from somewhere on its own leads nowhere.

I offer all films and programs, incl. news, put on moral goals. The moral category is chosen in accordance with the goals of the program (today, unfortunately, there is not a single program that would be based on the corresponding moral values, the news is presented without evaluating moral actions).

The first stage is the informational aspect, the assimilation of the composition of the field of choice (components of moral categories).

The second stage is the motivational aspect, predicting an adequate emotional response to moral goals, the ability to recognize the components of moral values ​​in an ongoing event and give them an adequate assessment.

BUT, there are no moral values, they are either lost or completely lost ... None of the programs / films / books make it clear to the population what moral values ​​are in question, and even more so it is not clear what assessment they are given if they are intuitively present.

And it makes no sense at all to talk about whether the viewer will adopt the foundations of morality broadcast from the screen into his own behavior. Moreover, the intuitive propaganda of a positive attitude towards the negative components of moral categories is already yielding tangible negative results in the life of society.

It should also be noted that films and programs based on positive constituents of moral categories remain popular timelessly. But without the assimilation of the constituent moral categories and the ability to recognize them, the conditions for the transfer of moral experience to people are not presented. It is obvious that the high popularity of certain films / programs / literary works is caused by a person's instinctive craving for morality.

The third stage is the operational aspect, modeling creative behavior by self-education, transferring to the population of the country the skills of modeling their daily activities on the basis of moral values, subject to freedom of choice.

In this regard, the task is to form public opinion based on moral values, which, in turn, is the basis of the existence of a civil society.

The technologies for information, motivation and operations are field proven and surprisingly simple.
