New mining systems "Agriculture" worked out "blocking mining"

Engineering troops conducted a special exercise in preparation for the West-2021 strategic maneuvers. Practicing the actions of engineering units together with the Airborne Forces and the military police took place at the Mulino training ground in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

A video of the exercise has appeared on the web. The video was posted on its YouTube channel by TK "Zvezda". The description of the video says that during the exercises, the military used the latest robotic systems Uran-6 and Uran-14, as well as remote mining equipment.

The Ministry of Defense, commenting on the past exercises, said that the engineering troops for the first time used a remote method of "blocking mining". To install mixed minefields, new mining systems "Agriculture" were used, as well as the promising universal minelayer UMZ-K "Klesh". Engineering units have worked out the technique of directing the enemy into traps by installing blocking minefields. Passages in the enemy's minefields were made by the "Serpents Gorynychi" in service.

The new "Agriculture" mining system allows you to create minefields in especially dangerous areas at a distance of 5 to 15 km according to a given scheme, ie. any configuration. The system lays a minefield of any complexity, including those with ready-made passages for its troops.
