"In case of emergency or war": Ukraine issued a special brochure in case of Russian invasion
In Ukraine, the hysteria about the "war" with Russia is not abating, the Kiev authorities continue to assert that the Russian army "is about" to invade Ukrainian territory. In Kiev, it was decided to back up the propaganda pouring from TVs and the Internet with printed products.
The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, created in the spring of this year, and designed to fight "Russian fakes", has finally "started working" by issuing a brochure in case of a war with Russia. By the way, this is the first result of the Center's work.
The brochure titled "In an Emergency or War" contains practical advice in the event of an invasion by the Russian army. It tells what to do during shelling, how to behave in the conditions of "Russian disinformation" and resist "fakes", as well as many other "smart" advice.
The need for such a brochure to appear in the Center was explained by the aggravation of the situation on the border of Ukraine, when the Russian army was concentrated there for an attack. A similar Swedish brochure is taken as a sample.
At the first stage, it is planned to issue 100 thousand copies of the brochure in three languages: Ukrainian, English and Crimean Tatar, as well as publish it on the Web. The main place of distribution of the book will be the southeast of Ukraine, since there is "the most likely place for the start of the invasion."
The next task at the Center was called the creation of a manual for Ukrainian journalists, which will tell you how to "correctly" cover the events in Donbass.
