June 12 - Day of Russia

96

The most important public holiday of the Russian Federation is the Day of Russia. It has been celebrated in our country every year since 1992.

This relatively young holiday comes to us every year on June 12th. On this day, back in 1990, the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Russia was adopted, which proclaimed the supremacy of Russian laws and the Constitution over the Union ones. It was then that the now familiar name of our state arose - the Russian Federation. Then we still lived in the Soviet Union, which since then existed for a little more than a year.

And then a year later, exactly 30 years ago, Boris Yeltsin won the presidential elections, becoming the first head of the new state. And no matter how they treat him today, after his coming to power, the formation of the very state in which we now live began.

The current president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, spoke about this on June 12, 2001. He said that this day was the starting point from which the newest story our country.

And although the holiday of June 12 has been considered a red date in the calendar in our country since 1992, it began to be called the Day of Russia only since 2002, and before that it was simply called the Day of the adoption of the Declaration of Sovereignty.

Today the Day of Russia has practically no political overtones. Now this is just our main all-Russian holiday, when we confess our love for our country, remember that we all, regardless of nationality, religion, age and political views, are one people - Russians.

Today, festive events, concerts and festivities are held throughout the country. Of course, the most striking events on this day traditionally take place in the capital of Russia - Moscow.

And although each of us has our own small homeland, where we were born and raised, on June 12 we will definitely remember that we have our united and immense Motherland - Russia.

On this day, the editorial board of Voenniy Obozreniye congratulates all Russians on the Day of Russia and wishes peace and prosperity to their country and its citizens.

They also talked about November 7, the day of the faceted glass.
. fills any holiday with meaning and makes the date of the holiday a physics teacher in a rural school.
and how the "aces" will be "marked" in Yekaterinburg or Voronezh is not important.

I never remember what a holiday on June 12th. My wife recalled last night. Then I call my friend (he is engaged in construction) and jokingly to him:

        - Will you celebrate tomorrow?
        - And what tomorrow ??
        - Russia Day.
        - Ah ... no. I'm working. Not before.

        Here is such a holiday.

This is what we are celebrating.

Until recently, the day of Russia was called - the day of independence of Russia. And for me this day is a symbol of the color revolution, the day of the traitor. On this day, George W. Bush was born, the man under whom the Soviet Union disappeared. On this day, Blue took office. And that's all. What is Russian about this day, to celebrate it like a holiday. Adopted a declaration of sovereignty. Sovereignty of whom from what? The whole is divided.

"Parade of sovereignties" (1988-1991) - the name of the conflict between the union center and the union republics, caused by a sharp exacerbation of nationalist sentiments in the republics of the USSR, in connection with a sharp deterioration in the economic situation of the USSR, as well as a complex of political internal problems and the subsequent widespread declaration of independence union republics. The conflict ended with the withdrawal of absolutely all union republics from the USSR
During the "parade of sovereignties", all Union (including the RSFSR) and many of the autonomous republics adopted Declarations of Sovereignty, in which they challenged the priority of all-Union legislation over republican legislation (which started the so-called "war of laws"), and took action to strengthen economic independence, including refusal to pay taxes to the union and federal budgets. This led to the termination of economic ties between the republics and regions, which further worsened the economic situation in the USSR.

            The collapse of the USSR
On June 17, 1988, a delegation of the Communist Party of the Estonian SSR at the XNUMXth party conference of the CPSU in Moscow made a proposal on the division of powers in all spheres of social, political and economic life in the USSR and their transfer to republican authorities.

On November 16, the Supreme Soviet of the Estonian SSR adopted the Declaration of Estonian Sovereignty, which established the supremacy of republican legislation over union legislation.

This was the first such act, which marked the beginning of the "war of laws" in the USSR.

On May 26, 1989, the Declaration of Sovereignty was adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the Lithuanian SSR [1].

July 28, 1989 - the Armed Forces of the Latvian SSR. [2]

On September 23, 1989, the Declaration of Sovereignty was adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR [3].

The first autonomous territory to declare its independence in January 1 in response to the Baku events was the Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Until December 15, 1990, all the Supreme Soviets of the Union republics of the USSR adopted the Declaration of Sovereignty.

On March 11, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania announced the restoration of the Lithuanian Constitution of May 12, 1938 [4].

Lithuania became the first Soviet republic to announce its secession from the USSR.

Before the August putsch of the State Emergency Committee, 5 union republics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Armenia and Georgia) unilaterally announced their independence, only one (Moldova) refused to join the proposed new union (SSG) and the transition to independence.

At the same time, the autonomous formations of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, which were part of Georgia, as well as the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and Gagauzia proclaimed in part of the territory of Moldova, announced the non-recognition of the independence of Georgia and Moldova, respectively, and their desire to remain part of the Union.

None of the Central Asian Union republics had organized movements or parties with the goal of achieving independence.

Among the "Muslim" republics, with the exception of the Azerbaijani Popular Front, the independence movement existed only in one of the autonomous republics of the Volga region - the Ittifak party of Fauzia Bayramova in Tatarstan, which since 1989 has been in favor of the independence of Tatarstan.

Based on the new reality, in December 1990, the President of the USSR M.S.Gorbachev proposed a draft of the updated Union Treaty.

He was supported by the IV Congress of People's Deputies of the USSR [5].

Within the framework of the so-called Novoogarevsky process, in the spring and summer of 1991, a working group developed a project to conclude a new union - the Union of Soviet Sovereign Republics as a soft, decentralized federation. The signing of a new union treaty, scheduled for August 20, was thwarted by the August coup of the State Emergency Committee and the attempt to remove M.S. , Moldova).

After the failure of the State Emergency Committee, work on a new Union Treaty was continued, but now it was about the creation of the Union of Sovereign States as a confederation.

Meanwhile, Gorbachev, who had returned to the capital from Foros, in fact thanks to the decisive position of the Russian leadership, began to finally lose the levers of control, which gradually went to the President of the RSFSR B.N. Yeltsin and the heads of other union republics.

On September 6, the USSR State Council legally recognized the secession from the USSR of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

On November 14, the heads of seven of the twelve union republics (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev made a statement of their intention to conclude an agreement on the creation of the CIS. The signing of the agreement was scheduled for December 9 [source not specified 1413 days] 1991, but the day before, December 8, 1991, the heads of the three founding republics of the USSR (RSFSR, Ukraine, Belarus) signed the Belovezhsk agreement on its dissolution and the creation of the Commonwealth of Independent States as an interstate organization, to which 21 more republics joined on December 8 in Alma-Ata.

Some of the states that proclaimed independence after the collapse of the USSR were not recognized by the international community.

If it were not for the snickering partocrats in the heads of the Union republics, who smelled the smell of easy money, there would have been no "parades"! The people worked quietly and they "didn't care about" the imposed problems of languages and "independence"! Independence from the laws raked up the top, which is still used today!

In general, the day of Russia is a controversial holiday. In my opinion, the main state holiday of Russia should be celebrated not on June 12, when the declaration on the sovereignty of the RSFSR was adopted, but on September 21 - it was on this day that the Russian princes on the Volkhov River in 862 met and agreed to create a single state of Rus. And it was 1158 years ago, not 31 years ago!

            This is somehow explainable.
            What is June 12?
The country of Russia has been formed?
Has Russia freed itself from someone's oppression, conquest?

              Complicated attitude to this holiday.

On the one hand, in every country, Independence Day is indeed the main holiday of any country. And in Russia someday, when people who remember the entire history of this Russian holiday die out, it will be celebrated all from the heart, with all the Russian scale.

But in this case, many people still remember well the entire history of its origin and who introduced it. And on this day - June 12, 1990 - the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Russia was adopted, which served as a powerful catalyst for the collapse of the USSR, which is mourned most Russians. And the unforgettable Yeltsin, “highly respected” by the Russian people, with the same “deeply respected” comrades, "struck" the Declaration, destroyed the USSR and adopted a law on this mourning "holiday", which in 2002 became known as the Day of Russia.

Should we celebrate this holiday? Everyone's business. Sometimes they have fun at funerals too ...

In 1994, the decree of President Boris Yeltsin secured the solemn date of JUNE 12 as "the day of the adoption of the declaration on the state sovereignty of the Russian Federation." FROM RUSSIAN CITIZENS.
"... The population must clearly understand that the government does not guarantee a place of work and a standard of living, but guarantees only life itself ..." Chubais. The note is an intellectual substantiation of the program of market reform of the new (which turned out to be the last) government of the USSR under the leadership of V. This is a prestigious university, its diplomas in the west are valued higher than Moscow State University (if you do not take the fierce specialties of physics and mathematics from Moscow State University) For example, HSE has a lot of 2 degree programs with Western universities. How many of them does MSU have? Ambassadors, economists and many distinguished professors from the West speak at the HSE. Here you have to look at the specialties, economic - it is better at the Higher School of Economics. And so, HSE is the third university in the country, if that. As for education, they are better when I can easily choose a subject that is not related to my specialty. After all, the dominant majority of students who enroll do not know for sure whether they want to study in this specialty, and HSE helps to understand what is really interesting.

The USSR fed at its own expense 120 rogue countries rushed into the arms race, which put the military-industrial complex in first place in terms of budget expenditures at the same time it gained exorbitant obligations on the same social infrastructure and everything else, in the end, all expenses did not pull and the 80's there was a crisis associated with the budget deficit which in 86 sharply escalated due to the same drop in raw materials income by 50% and the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant - the USSR did not even have a currency piggy bank for a rainy day and what kind of stash because everything was consumed and spent in such a situation, the leadership had only two options, or to raise prices or to reduce costs. The same shock therapy - and this is political suicide, but there were no other options. Further government actions only exacerbated the situation in the economy and politics. The sad outcome was inevitable. In Russia, with all of the above, everything is fine, the real economy is how much we produce and sell for money, that's why we live 120 countries like 13 republics on subsidies from our own pockets we no longer hold social obligations according to the means there is competition and most importantly the country makes money and has stash and piggy banks on a rainy day there is a rich poor middle class - all the pros and cons of a market economy.

For a moment, try to think about the fact that under the USSR, half of Europe used rubles in interstate payments, like a number of "developing" countries. About 120 parasites, also amused. The same countries like Guinea, for the assistance of the USSR in the development of industry, have always paid with raw materials, the same bauxites as Guinea, etc. As for the 13 republics of "parasites", it is even more stupid. Where did the cotton, uranium, etc. come from? Do they not teach this in Russian schools? Or are they just gaps in education?

With the parade of sovereignties, how did they start to finish off the USSR?

This holiday is the result of the criminal activity of the commies. The division of the common house into maximally autonomous "national apartments" took place in accordance with the policy of the party and the government. And the Constitution with "sovereign states" and "the right to exit" was also written by the commies.
Excerpt from the 1977 Constitution of the USSR - "Article 72. Each union republic retains the right to freely secede from the USSR."
Article 76. The Union Republic is a sovereign Soviet socialist state, which has united with other Soviet republics into the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. "
By 1991, each republic of the union had its own ministries, they were self-sufficient and the constitution of the USSR made it possible to secede from the union. In Central Asia, the Soviet republics generally degenerated into appanage khanates.
Citizens of the USSR are a fiction, each union republic had its own Criminal Code and Civil Code, respectively, the citizens of these republics had different rights from citizens of other republics. Plus other features.
For example, a citizen of the RSFSR had the right to live in a personal one-story hut on chicken legs, and a citizen of the GSSR had the right to live in a two-story private house.
In a car shop in the RSFSR there were only spare parts for a sewing machine, and in Georgia Muscovites, Zaporozhians, Java and the Urals were sold in hardware stores, etc. etc.
The Commies carefully nurtured an independent Ukrainian people with their own separate history and language. These commies were transferred to Ukraine by Russian lands with Russian people. We presented Crimea with a fleet base in Sevastopol. They arranged forcible Ukrainization in the shortest possible time - with the dismissal of those who did not learn the language, and without observing labor laws.
As a result, in 1991 the RSFSR was left on the Black Sea without a fleet base, dry docks and ship turbines.
At the same time, at the time of the collapse of the USSR, the West made a strategic mistake - they did not kill us. And what does not kill us makes us stronger, so what do we observe next.

Cherishing my love for Russia, for the Russian World, I perceive this date only as a mark, when the destroyers of my homeland, the USSR, pointed out to me that the song "My address is not a house and not a street - my address is Soviet Union" was the anthem of the homeless. I immediately realized that I was deceiving, because as soon as the words "My address is not a house and not a street - my address is the Soviet Union" ceased to sound in the vastness of my homeland, the USSR, from that moment the country itself became a beggar beggar, with a hand outstretched towards the West ... And very soon this date began to indicate that the declaration of the state sovereignty of Russia is the registration of the rejection of the state border of Russia 400 years ago. That is, most of what was collected with great difficulty by the Great People of Russia, starting with Ivan the Third the Great and ending with Stalin, and for which the blood of millions of people was shed so that the enemies of Russia would not get these Russian lands, most of these lands and territories will be abandoned and lost without any war or external intervention. Moreover, it will be abandoned with twenty million Russians and Russian-speaking people loyal to Russia. And what, this is such sovereignty!
So what a holiday for Russia today, if on those lands that she herself abandoned, she considers the Russians left there today as second-class people and even unsuitable for indigenous people ...

On March 16, 1917, the Provisional Government recognized the independence of Poland

        Finland
The abdication of Nicholas II from the throne on March 2, 1917 automatically terminated his personal union with the Grand Duchy of Finland.

        Ukraine
On March 4 (17), 1917, in Kiev, at a meeting of representatives of political, social, cultural and professional organizations, the creation of the Ukrainian Central Council was announced.

In mid-July, a Ukrainian delegation arrived in Petrograd to approve the composition of the General Secretariat by the Provisional Government. The delegation brought with it the Statute of the General Secretariat, the preamble of which stated that the Central Rada is the organ of revolutionary democracy of all the peoples of Ukraine, its goal is the final introduction of the autonomy of Ukraine, the preparation of the All-Ukrainian and All-Russian constituent assemblies. The government commission, however, rejected the Statute of the General Secretariat and on August 4 (17) replaced it with the "Temporary Instruction to the General Secretariat", according to which the General Secretariat was turned into a local body of the Provisional Government, its competence extended only to 5 provinces (Kiev, Volyn, Podolsk, Poltava and Chernigov), secretariats of military, food, court cases, communications, post and telegraph offices were liquidated. The number of secretaries-general was thus reduced to seven, and quotas were introduced on a national basis; at least four out of seven had to be non-Ukrainians. There was not the slightest mention of the July agreement in the document of the Provisional Government. Of course, the appearance of this document only increased the tension, and the Rada, in its resolution of August 9 (22), characterized it as evidence of the "imperialist tendencies of the Russian bourgeoisie towards Ukraine." The appeal contained in the resolution for "an organized struggle ... of the working masses of the population of all Ukraine" testified, according to M. Sokolova, of an obvious escalation of the confrontation between Kiev and Petrograd, as well as the Rada's boycott of the State Conference convened in Moscow on August 12 [10].

From September 21 to September 28, 1917, on the initiative of the Ukrainian Central Rada, the Congress of the Peoples of Russia was held in Kiev, represented mainly by separatist movements. The main issue discussed at the congress was the issue of the federal structure of Russia.

At the end of September, a new Declaration of the Secretary General was published, in which the July agreement was no longer mentioned - this document in Ukraine explicitly introduced the very management structure that the Provisional Government banned by its "Instruction" dated August 4 (17). Moreover, the Declaration stated that the Secretariat for Military Affairs (the creation of which the Provisional Government unambiguously prohibited) should be given the right to appoint and remove "military officials in military districts on the territory of Ukraine and in all Ukrainian military units", while for "the highest military the authorities "recognized only a purely formal right to" approve "these orders of the Ukrainian authorities. In response, the Provisional Government, referring to the absence of an official decree on the establishment of the Central Rada, decided to consider the Central Rada itself, the General Secretariat, and at the same time its "Instruction" of August 4, "non-existent." A week later, the Provisional Government tried to summon three leaders of the Rada to Petrograd "for personal explanations" - VK Vinnichenko (Chairman of the General Secretariat), AN Zarubin (Controller General) and IM Steshenko (General Secretary). Rada ignored this challenge, stating that "it will not allow an investigation of the Ukrainian revolutionary people's institution" [10]. The resolution adopted in the same period by the All-Ukrainian Rada of Military Deputies called for "ignoring" the appointment of the Kiev Commissioner by the Provisional Government and to consider any appointments to posts in the Kiev Military District unacceptable without the knowledge of the Central Rada, and it was also prohibited to carry out the orders of any official, appointed without the consent of the Central Council. This was a direct step towards the collapse of the unified statehood, even before the October Revolution and the overthrow of the Provisional Government.

So the collapse of the Republic of Ingushetia came even before the Bolsheviks and the October Revolution, through the work of the interim government, and if you dig even deeper, it was launched by Nicholas II himself, who plunged the country into the senseless slaughter of the First World War and did not want to resolve the main sore issue of the Republic of Ingushetia, the land issue.

The enemies of the communists are only now returning what was donated by the communists to other republics ...
If the Union still existed, it is not known which territories of the RSFSR would have been transferred to other republics ...

The USSR is remembered here. With all his greatness and achievements, do not want to remember how he appeared, due to what and who did he achieve such greatness and achievements?
Surely even then, there were people like here who also reasoned and condemned November 7, etc. etc.
So, no need to blame the mirror, and the Day of Russia is no longer about us and not so much for us, everything is clear with us, this is a holiday for our children, grandchildren, for future Russians, in the end.
Otherwise, we will now come to an agreement and we will lose Russia, but there is nowhere to go further.

What future can our children and grandchildren have with those who imposed this "Holiday" on Russia and the Russian people? And so already 30 years of one degradation, impoverishment of Russia, impoverishment and extinction of the Russian, especially the Russian people.

"And so already 30 years of one degradation, impoverishment of Russia." This is what I have not noticed the poor for the last 12 years - at the beginning of the 2000s I saw few of them now - there are poor people.

There would be something to celebrate. We all remember that it was on this day that the vile separatist Yeltsin, through the secession of Russia, began to split the union. There is little festive here.

The USSR as a single social state and its planned distributive economy already had a cap at 91 - even if no one was going to Belovezhskaya Pushcha and nothing was signed to the collapse of the country and a sharp transition to market rails was inevitable with all the ensuing, the same path of the 90s, well, maybe softer.

Even there were options. For example, along the Czech or Polish way. Yes, at first it was hard, but then they built a fully working economy, where there is no place for oligarchs. But we chose the most non-civilized option.

For example, along the Czech or Polish way. Could not have had a different economic situation, and the political situation was the same, and even head over heels in debt were. "Then they built a completely working economy, where there is no place for oligarchs" There are no such market economies in the world everywhere market relations private business and their attendant billionaires and millionaires in China, despite the Communist Party, there are more than 1000 billionaires in the country and some part of the party itself, but in Russia from the same European countries and China there is a scourge to the whole lazy and thieves mentality of the people; therefore, what works in the west does not work for us and will not work.

The RSFSR was renamed the Rosst Federation (Russia) on December 25, 1991. And according to the 1993 Constitution, the Russian Federation began to be called. By the way, the RSFSR was unofficially called simply the Russian Federation or Russia in Soviet times. Tosno also called the Ukrainian Ukrainian SSR Ukraine, etc.

12 June... On this day, back in 1990, the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Russia was adopted, which proclaimed the supremacy of Russian laws and the Constitution over the Union ones. It was then that the now familiar name of our state arose today - the Russian Federation.

On December 25, 1991, a meeting of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR took place, which approved the Law of the RSFSR No. 2094-I "On changing the name of the state Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic". A new name was established - the Russian Federation (Russia). On the same day, this law was signed by Russian President Boris Yeltsin.
By law, during 1992 it was allowed to use the name of the RSFSR in official acts and other documents, in the text design of state symbols, as well as in the names of state bodies, their seals, stamps and letterheads. Subsequent laws became known as the laws of the Russian Federation (the numbering procedure was retained).

I love my homeland. I love Russia. I don't feel the holiday on June 12, only notes of great betrayal ...

When a bad mood rolls over on such a day, I turn on the 1986 movie released by the. Gorky - "Attack".
The words of the commander, at the end of the film should be cast in granite, and knocked out on the forehead of the current leaders. A dozen of such lieutenants Yermakovs, and such a commander - and everything would have been different in 1991 ... sad
