Reform of the SBU. Ukraine turns into the US

Yesterday I was at the zoo. A strange animal - a kangaroo. It seems like everything else. But there is a small nuance. The main strength of a kangaroo is not in its paws, teeth, or intelligence. The main power is in the tail. I looked at these rather beautiful and originally arranged animals and did not understand mother nature. For which she offended them so much.
And then I remembered about the other "kangaroos". Those who rode on the Kiev Maidan a few years ago, wearing a colander from a nearby cafe on their heads. As time has shown, their main strength was not in the presence of the mind, but in the very “tail”.
Turn into insignificant historical the period of a flourishing country in ruins, to sell everything that is possible, to quarrel with all neighbors, to disperse your own people in different countries and set one against the other - this must be able to. Except for a kangaroo, at least in my memory, no one could do this. And one of the last "nails in the coffin lid" in this story was the bill on the reform of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Simply put, the law on the complete transfer of control over Ukraine to the West. She is so independent. We must do what they demand. Otherwise, the money will not be given. Ukraine is independent of the opinion of the people and the government. Aboriginal people have enough police and some semblance of security agencies to spy on those who wake up their brains. A slave should be happy that he is a slave.
Well we have nothing else
Over the past years, Ukraine has been actively selling Soviet property, destroying its own science, industry, education, history, even culture. This was done with the help of law enforcement agencies, and primarily the SBU. The security service of Ukraine not only caught the disaffected, but also itself controlled, and sometimes even created radical organizations from nationalists and Nazis.
In fact, most of the so-called reforms in Ukraine were carried out with the active intervention of the SBU. Most of the radical actions are also organized by those who must ensure the security of the country. In Ukraine, no one doubts that, for example, the famous radical Karas is a full-time employee of the SBU. As well as some well-known criminals who are not criminals who received in the Ukrainian courts ... nothing.
Today Ukraine has lost its economic interest for the West. The huge investments that any industry of this country requires for the development of modern production, the restoration of the destroyed Soviet heritage and, probably, the most important thing - the scientific and educational level of the people, will be able to pay off only in the long term.
There is only one interest left - the territory. Moreover, the territory serves as a springboard for military pressure on Russia. President Putin explained perfectly the flight time of missiles upon a strike from this territory yesterday. And he also explained about the reaction of our country to joining NATO for the dull ones.
There are many people in Ukraine who perfectly understand the fate of their country in the event of complete submission to the alliance and the United States. And these people will fight government policy. I don't want to be a prophet, but the struggle can turn into a military confrontation. A general civil war of all against all. Everyone understands this. Including the curators of Zelensky.
And this is where the updated SBU is needed. The only way to "calm down the people" is by massive repressions and the elimination of opponents inside the country. Can you imagine the millions of people who will flee from this territory? Can you imagine the level of terrorism in Ukrainian villages and cities? Can you imagine the level of danger of a world war in the presence of such a dangerous neighbor?
How the SBU is being reformed according to the proposed bill
What do we see today in the proposed bill No. 3196-d "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On the Security Service of Ukraine "? First of all, we see major changes after the first reading. Let me remind you that in the first reading the draft law was adopted by the Rada on January 28, 2021. The proposed bill can be adopted by July 23 this year. Remember Zelensky's statement:
"This is an important step in reforming the Security Service as the state moves forward towards liberalizing the economy and making it easier to do business in Ukraine."
It is under this sauce that the SBU will be reformed. This is what the electorate wants to hear. The famous "and we have something for what" works. We are not to blame for the devastation, for the deaths of Ukrainians, for the destruction of the state in the end. The SBU is to blame. It was the security personnel who protected those who destroyed. Alas, the reformatting of people is already a fait accompli. And it is precisely such sentiments that the majority of Ukrainians today quite sincerely express.
So, let's take a look at the project point by point.
First. The SBU will not have the right to work in the economic sphere. All economic issues will be handled by the Bureau of Economic Security. Thus, control over the economy is completely transferred to a body controlled by the West.
Second. The SBU is deprived of the right to make representations to the CEC for the removal of political parties or individual candidates from elections. Thus, Ukraine gets the opportunity to get anyone in the Rada and even in the presidency, up to the employees of the special services of foreign states.
Third. The SBU is deprived of the opportunity to somehow influence the information space. It becomes impossible to block information channels for national security purposes. Simply put, the owners of information resources can now deal with the "brains" of Ukrainians. Now only courts will be able to close the channels.
Fourth. The SBU cannot conduct a pre-trial investigation. At the same time, temporary detention facilities in the SBU remain. Simply put, there will be room for knocking out readings.
Fifth. A special counterintelligence unit with the broadest powers will be created, up to the kidnapping of people in other countries and their transfer to the territory of Ukraine. Most likely, on the basis of the former economic administration.
Sixth. The SBU will be able to conduct audio and video filming only by a court decision. Democratic and there is a great way to organize a suspect alert system. Even the time for the court decision was allotted - 6 hours.
Seventh. The SBU will not be able to deal with the fight against corruption and organized crime. These functions are transferred to other bodies controlled by the West. This is nothing new. Corrupt people will simply turn into lobbyists, as they call it in the US and Europe, and organized crime into one of the types of business.
Eighth. SBU is planned to be empowered to check applicants for important government positions. Thus, the appointment of prosecutors, with the exception of the prosecutor general, will be carried out “taking into account the findings of the SBU audit».
Ninth. After the reform, the SBU is removed from the subordination of the president and is reassigned to the government as an ordinary ministry. Everything is clear here. Why does Zelensky need castrated management? Like the FBI to Biden, for example.
I have listed the points of the future law that have already been formulated. In the course of the second reading, some changes are quite possible. Simply because the SBU really does not want to lose such a tidbit as the economy. After all, attempts to take away have already been made, but ended unsuccessfully. Deputies are people too. Which have a dossier ...
In general, we see a colossal weakening of the Security Service of Ukraine. The event is expected and understandable. New, according to the Western model, services have long been formed in the country. Moreover, they are formed without even hiding the fact that they are all under the hood of the Western special services. Under these conditions, the attack on the SBU had to take place without fail.
SBU will not be able to maintain its own structure
Who will win this confrontation - President Zelensky and K or the Security Service of Ukraine? Alas, Western curators have perfectly calculated the Ukrainian mentality. Desire to “drag everything into the hut”.
The fact is that back in 2017, the Kiev District Administrative Court, by its decision, secured the right of the SBU personnel not to submit income and property declarations to the unified state register of civil servants. This information was classified and could not get into open sources. Now imagine what happened next.
Let's keep quiet about the lower echelon, the main thing is the top echelon of the SBU. Fathers-commanders rushed to buy up elite real estate abroad. But here the West has included the following resource. In Ukraine, the information is classified, but in Western countries, it is not! Some of the readers remember several scandals with publications on this topic in the Ukrainian media. Judging by the quietness of the SBU leaders, the warning was understood correctly.
After that, last year, another piece was thrown to the SBU leadership. The head of the SBU, Ivan Bakanov, canceled the act that allowed the leadership of the special service not to submit open income declarations to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. Handsomely? And effective.
A quite understandable conclusion follows from this. There will be no opposition to the reform. The ransom payments have been received. This means that there will be reform. And this reform must be understood unambiguously. President Zelenskiy decided to strengthen his own power. Ukraine is moving towards dictatorship. Concentration of power in one hand does not lead to anything else.
Short summary
The reform of the Security Service is necessary not so much for Ukraine as for the West. It is not in vain that the ambassadors of the GXNUMX countries to Ukraine appealed to the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with an appeal to adopt a bill on reforming the Security Service of Ukraine. The call was repeated by an International Advisory Group of representatives from the US, EU and NATO.

It is no coincidence that in recent months, the voice of NSDC Secretary Danilov has been heard more and more often, discussing issues that until recently did not concern this body at all. Even Turchinov, not to mention Danilyuk, did not appear on the air as often as Danilov. And the most interesting thing is that this no longer raises questions in Ukraine. The NSDC became the main governing body of President Zelensky.
On the whole, the proposed reform should be viewed as a complete transfer of control over the Ukrainian government to the West. Independence turned out to be just a necessity to do everything that the West demands. Personally, it seems to me that the same concept that exists in the United States is being implemented.
With the external force of the presidential power, state structures, democratic foundations of the country, real power in the United States belongs to completely different people. What will happen in Ukraine? For example, you cannot legally defend yourself against color revolutions - you cannot cover up propagandists. The media, parties, candidates for deputies and for the presidency, which will openly call for rebellion and the destruction of the country, cannot be removed or closed. Even an incumbent president can be expelled by conducting a competent information attack through the media. Isn't it the USA before the elections?
