The US State Department directly called Russia an "aggressor" in relation to Ukraine
72
The US State Department continues to support Kiev and blame Moscow. After various accusations from the United States against Russia, the State Department bluntly declared that she was an "aggressor" and that Ukraine "had nothing to do with it".
The United States again saw no signs that Ukraine was somehow "provoking tension." According to Washington, Kiev has not taken and is not taking any steps to provoke Russia "to attack." At the same time, the Americans clearly saw that Russia was doing this, showing its "aggression" on the borders with Ukraine.
This opinion was reached in the US State Department, and it was voiced by the official representative of this department, Ned Price. Speaking at the briefing, he did not forget to add that all accusations of Ukraine of creating tensions from Russia are Russian misinformation. In fact, Moscow is engaged in provocations.
Of course, the State Department did not forget to once again express "concern" about the situation on the border, where Moscow is "demonstrating aggressive actions."
In principle, there is nothing new in Price's statements. In Washington, they keep repeating the same thing like a learned mantra. Either they are indignant at the movement of the Russian army across Russian territory, or they do not understand the ongoing exercises. And the explanations voiced about their concerns are "not obvious" to the United States. So "concerns" will continue to sound.
