The IC of the Russian Federation appealed to the court with a request to arrest police officers in the Golunov case

Five suspects who had previously worked in the police were indicted on three criminal charges. In this regard, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation appealed to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow with a request to arrest suspects who had previously worked in the law enforcement bodies of Moscow.

About this news agency TASS the press service of the Basmanny Court said.

Former police officers Maxim Umetbaev, Akbar Sergaliev, Roman Feofanov, Denis Konovalov and Igor Lyakhovets are accused of abuse of power, drug trafficking and falsification of evidence. The latter served as head of the department for combating the illicit trafficking of heroin, synthetic drugs, psychotropic and potent substances.

The representative of the Basmanny court specified:

They are charged under three articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: “Abuse of official authority”, “Falsification of evidence and the results of operational investigative activities” and “Illicit drug trafficking”.

The investigation claims that police officers illegally purchased drugs and then planted them with Meduza journalist Ivan Golunov to launch an illegal criminal investigation against him.

At the moment, the accused have already been brought to court.

That's it. How many completely innocent people are in prison? How many judges were broken, how many families broke up, how many mothers and fathers died of grief? Do not count. The main thing, where customers of this crime?

Customers (if this is an order) are known, I just think I didn’t order it, they are executors of the command (verbal order or direction) “from above”, which DOES NOT justify them, because nobody bothered them to make an officer’s decision. From the fact that now what is happening to them is clear one thing that they did everything very unprofessionally, so to speak a novice.
Sometimes they do this (unprofessionally) in the hope that everything will fall apart on the way to court — it seems like the team was executed before the authorities and they bent and the person “easily got off” ... But this is all for them to such a “circus” in eventually turn around, they did not expect. Well, here, as they say, neither from prison nor from scrip.

Yes, and now they will not pardon them - they didn’t throw hashish (if they did throw it all the same).

Ps I consider minuses to you undeserved.

The situation will go something like this: the accused will not give the customer, they will take the blame, in return the customer will try to ensure the minimum time and early release.
But this is if they are even arrested, while only thinking.

They did not initially surrender it. And the one who began to untwist all this, hopes nevertheless to pinch the customer. Therefore, they close them and close as a result. These are not the last names on the part of law enforcement agencies on this side.

The fact that the former police officers will be guilty is unconditional, but not less, and in the first place, those who ordered the “accused” to give drugs to the drug should be directly condemned, so that all guilty lawless people would go to places not far away.

Khmyr is not a khmyr, he was not such an influential figure to eliminate him in such a strange way. Some game for me personally. Real lawlessness cop (otherwise these in uniform can not be called). If the order was fulfilled then whose? But who could this Golunov cross the road to?
Bulk with his company replicates much more revealing videos, moreover, he doesn’t throw drugs on specific individuals from the cast of “respected people” and no one throws drugs on him or his accomplices.
Maybe the initiative was local, so to speak? Those. themselves decided to work without a pointer from above?
The most interesting thing in this story is to understand what pushed people in uniform so brazenly and clumsily to fabricate an innocent case.

        - Bandits! - with irritation said Spikelet. - Honestly, gangsters!
In fact, the duty of the police is to protect the population from robbers, but in reality they protect only the rich. And the rich are the real robbers. They only rob us, hiding behind the laws that they themselves come up with. And what, tell me, is the difference, according to the law, they will rob me or not according to the law? I do not care!

Interestingly, where did you get such unhealthy erotica? Forgive and don’t judge what you post - the Stone Age. Some buzzwords, or rather childish-intakes. But it’s not a matter of emotions that overwhelm you, like that substance (dough) into which yeast was thrown. The meaning of your message, if translated into a public language
next: yes, an innocent person was charged with a serious crime with the creation of artificial evidence of the prosecution. But this same person is not a good person, which means they did everything right. But they clumsily fabricated, for which they should be punished. In 1937, the price you would not have been. My position regarding not only Golunov, but also regarding your post:
“I do not agree with any word that you say, but I’m ready to die for your right to say it” (option: “I don’t share your beliefs, but I’m ready to die for your right to express them”))
Regarding the election of a preventive measure, the detention of ex-policemen, birthday men, so to speak. The detention itself is not evidence of the guilt of the accused. It is elected solely to ensure the normal course of the criminal process: so that those who are free do not destroy evidence, do not influence the course of the investigation, do not hide from the investigation and the court, and do not commit new crimes. None of these actions can be taken by these accused. Unless to hide, than worsen their position. And this is not. It has been a long time since everything secret became clear. Nobody hid. Again, family, children, apartments, parents. On the run, eat, drink, hide. It’s hard. So, theoretically, there are no grounds for detention. Question: for what then, and even after so much time after the commission of crimes? I can’t pretend to say that you need to know the materials of the case, of course. But I can assume that the investigation has reached an impasse. Being at large, probably no one will recognize anything. And even worse, they refuse to give any evidence at all. And without them, it will be difficult to disclose the subject of evidence on all four grounds of corpus delicti. And without this indispensable condition, the decision to bring as an accused will be unspecific. What deprives defendants of the right to defense. I don’t know whether the archaic institute of further investigation, the ersatz of acquittal, has now been preserved in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. If so, the investigators will get the case back, and even with impracticable court orders. If it is not preserved, which is unlikely, I will not indicate reasons, then this is an acquittal. Which is unrealistic. And they press on top: the public demands forger heads. The only way: to send into custody, and then push them together with their foreheads, convince them to testify, make a deal with the investigation. Yeah. I do not envy investigators.

Of course I have. In medicine, opiates are used in full swing as painkillers. The best cold remedies, back in Soviet times, were based on codeine.

Currently, no company in the world produces or sells heroin as a medicine [6] - it is legally produced and sold only for research purposes or for use in palliative care (to alleviate the suffering of hopelessly ill patients) and in very small quantities by chemical corporations, for example , Sigma-Aldrich. In particular, in the Fluka catalog (a company belonging to the above corporation), the cost of 25 mg of heroin was 270 euros (catalog for 2011) [9]. (Wiki).
