Humiliation cannot be refused. Olympic comma for the Kremlin

The slave always bows low enough

It seems that we are going to poke our nose again ... In our gullibility and, sorry, cowardice. And to poke quite deservedly: we really did not deserve anything else in this situation.

We are talking about the next, for the third time in a row, excommunication of our athletes from the Olympic Games. Yes, dear Russians, no matter how many comrades Mutko and Zhukov convinced us that after the shame in Korea everything will go well and the “partners” will forget all the accusations, the reality turned out to be a bit different. Although many expected ...

So what do we have? At the moment, approximately the following: The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has begun the process of depriving the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) of authority and relevant status. The reason for such severe sanctions was the alleged inconsistencies in the database of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory, transferred to RUSADA as part of a previous investigation. Then, I remind you, this was one of the conditions for lifting sanctions from RUSADA and the entire Russian Olympic sport. But, as usual, something went wrong ...

An important point: we are talking about the discrepancy between the database and the “original” already had by WADA, supposedly “merged” by an unknown informant. In the database provided by our authorized persons, WADA experts found some traces of corrections and inconsistencies. And they relate, of course, to the positive doping tests of Russian athletes. Say, it used to be, this information is in our sample base, and the Russians gave us a dummy. Punish!

So far, however, a loophole has been left for sport from RUSADA and Russian officials: they have been given a three-week deadline for submitting "explanations." The final decision should be made on October 23. And most commentators are wringing their hands in hysteria now: maybe there is at least some explanation ?!

Thomas nods to Yeryomu

So far, from the “explanations” only the traditional “I am not me and my horse is not mine” has been found. More specifically: for some time the bases were at the disposal of the Investigative Committee of Russia, no one knows for sure what they did with them. Maybe they cleared that up, but we are not to blame, let us go to the Olympics!

Another argument is absolutely in the same vein: the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory is a separate legal entity, does not directly report to RUSADA, and therefore “we don’t know anything, ask Rodchenkov” and so on.

Strictly speaking, if we were dealing with normal justice, all this story would not be worth a damn. Firstly, a reference to some anonymous database with which someone is checking there is completely unauthorized. Who transmitted it, under what circumstances, why the court should consider it a reliable source of information ... Only these questions would be enough to completely destroy the charges built on such a shaky basis.

But we are not dealing with normal justice, but with sports. Let me remind you that there is even a special international sports arbitration: an athlete who feels infringed on something has no right to appeal to a regular court, but only there, otherwise he may be disqualified. The same can be said of federations - national or sports.

But there are precedents for athletes to appeal to ordinary courts. And the precedents are successful: Bosman’s case, for example. In 1992, the Belgian footballer Jean-Marc Bosman, who had an expiring contract with the club, through a regular court, obtained the right to transfer to another club (after completion of the contract) without paying any compensation to the former employer. One of the inviolable rules of European (and world) football was not just violated, but instantly and fundamentally destroyed: since then, relying on this court decision, any European football player can freely move from club to club if the current contract has ended .

A similar situation was with restrictions on the number of foreign players in European clubs - only the threat of judicial sanctions made UEFA recognize all players with EU citizenship as “their own”. Before that, I recall, in each championship there were separate limits on legionnaires who had the right to simultaneously enter the field. And even earlier there was an even tougher limit on foreign football players who can be hired (as they say in the sports environment, “sign”) in one club. By the way, the Russian footballer Igor Simutenkov was also involved in the abolition of this rule, who was tried for four years because of this restriction.

That is, no matter how officials from various sports organizations puffed out their cheeks, courts of ordinary jurisdiction have an unconditional priority over decisions of the Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne. It is clear that this case is “muddy”, like any judicial casuistry, but another thing is obvious: in a situation of egregious arbitrariness and neglect of the rules of the right to appeal to the Sports Arbitration Court, it no longer makes sense: they will decide anyway as the main directors of the series “Russia” want at the Olympics under the white flag. "

Robot gymnast, "Williams brothers" and other "honest athletes"

There probably is no point in linking the intricacies of the near-sports legal system - all the same, we won’t be able to figure this out to the end. Moreover, there are almost no hopes for a fair decision on this issue. Rather, we should nevertheless draw some conclusions that have long been asked, but which for some reason we were shy or afraid to draw ...

First of all, the most obvious conclusion: you can never trust "partners". If they give "iron" guarantees and really want to believe, see paragraph one.

In addition, it is very likely that WADA may indeed have a certain “base” of the Moscow Anti-Doping Laboratory. Yes, we can doubt its reliability, but the thing is different. It seems that they are playing very seriously against us in this field, with the involvement of special services. And you need to answer in the same way: to get the base of American and English (as well as Norwegian and even more than any) athletes who have the so-called "medical exceptions." And then, on the basis of these data, arrange international scandals, demarches in the IOC, in WADA, demand the disqualification of Norwegian “asthmatics”, tennis players of the “Williams brothers”, American gymnast Simone Biles and other happy owners of outlandish diagnoses that allow them to legally train and compete , pumped up with horse doses of the most real, forbidden for all other doping.

In general, it's time to stop "being good" and patiently endure slaps in the face. After all, what a wonderful chance there was to ignore the Olympics in Pyeongchang - the results are all the same degrading, you could safely not go there at all. But no, the hysteria deployed in the media and the well-known liberalism of the Kremlin led to the prevailing position of the athletes: they say, we trained, we have to go.

And they went. The absolute majority - in order to dishonor their country. On ours, dear readers, money.

It is very strange that the authorities do not understand the harmfulness of such a policy. Although in part it can be understood: after the ban, many of our “sports hopes” would throw a tantrum, change citizenship, and go to Korea under any flag, even under the Ukrainian one. And this is also a blow to the well-being of the nation, to the authority of the authorities and the state.

But the loyalty of our most patriotic athletes is a slightly different question. Let's not talk about sad things, when everything is already very sad ...

In general, it looks like it's time for us to switch to “non-parliamentary” methods. And if an anti-Russian decision is nevertheless made, there will be no more humility: refusal to participate in any form, refusal to purchase broadcasts, prosecution in the Basmanny court ... And this is not a joke of despair, this is a little that we really can do in legal plan. And after how many years we will be able to arrest and take to Russia to serve the sentence the defendants in the case, the tenth question. Maybe in a decade, but let them live this decade with a sense of neighborhood with Russian bunks and convicts ...

Alas, I myself understand that it is unlikely that our “responsible comrades” will decide on something like that. Again, months of humiliation, requests, attempts to agree, some excuses ... And the customers of this action do not need anything else: give the Russians an excuse, and they will inflict a dozen slaps on their own ...

the answer must be the same: get the base of American and English athletes with the so-called "medical exceptions." Today the ball is ruled by the one in whose hands the "democratic and independent" media.
They will "prove" anything to the Western man in the street - from the "downed" Boeing by Russia and the "poisoning of the Skripals" to the "interference" of Russia in the US elections and the universal use of doping by Russian athletes.
And the western inhabitant obediently shakes it all.
Vaughn, German detective Josef Resch has information on the Boeing shot down over Ukraine, do they listen to him too much?
And the number of the anti-aircraft missile that shot down the Boeing, does anyone need information where this missile was stored?
Nobody needs the truth today, the "guilty" has been appointed, but if there are facts that speak of the opposite, so much the worse for the facts. Ignore them!
Just like Orwell - we want, and cancel the gravity.

. what a wonderful chance there was to ignore the Pyeongchang Olympics - the results are still humiliating

Russia took, instead of the usual place in the first three, only 13th place. But what joyful fanfares were on TV, as if we won first place there! For something, but in hypocrisy and lies, our authorities are exactly in the first place. And the rest - literally rolled around. Space and sport are the latest achievements of the USSR, in which Russia was not long ago in the first place, and now it seems that this is irretrievably lost. (with current leaders)

Our bureaucrats giggled all the positions on the Olympic Committee. And the committee itself turned into an obedient instrument of the Washington regional committee. For the money of taxpayers sent to the Olympics neutrals. Haha Send homosexuals there, and it will be possible to accuse the Olympic Committee of not tolerance. This is a joke.
The Olympics departed from the precepts of Coubertin, becoming an instrument of geopolitics. There is only one way out: to lower the Olympiad to a second-rate show, to hold commercial competitions "Bogatyrs" in Russia with very good prize money during the Olympics, inviting leading world athletes who love money. Losers who have not received an invitation to Russia will go to the Olympics. And the commercial fees from the broadcasts of "Bogatyrs" will stifle the Olympics economically, and the Olympic Committee will crawl on its knees to kiss RUSADA and Mutko, you know where.

However, all these "international games" at the country level do not cost little money, which can be directed to amateur, household sports, which are much more beneficial to the health of the nation. I am not against the "biggest sport", only if everything connected with it would be carried out, only at the expense of private investors, without the participation of the state.

Seriously? What about the fact that the liberal Uncle Vova will be replaced by someone else. And this other one decides to earn a little pr points and recoup for humiliating the country. And he will seek extradition. We know the principle of European officials will be surrendered for a sweet soul. In addition, there are many neutral countries that will meet Russia, say for a small discount on gas. In extreme cases, no one has canceled the garbage bag and the diplomatic trunk.

Humiliation after humiliation, how disgusting ... The Union after a similar quirk in the 80th year spat on these very democratic ones and rolled up its Olympiad ... I remember that bear that took off into the sky ... I was proud and knew my country -we are not humiliated, we are a force that the whole world fears and respects ... And today with the current government ... ugh

But here it’s very interesting for me that among the main organizers of this Olympiad there were probably those who knew well that the USSR was left to live, a little more than 10 years, where there were relevant intelligence services, merrily clapped and knew nothing?

    You Victor Kuzovkov write
First of all, the most obvious conclusion: you can never trust "partners"

-That's right. But Kedmi is right: “they do what you allow them to”
—- Russia will not be allowed to play by the rules that partners use.

—- Sport has become part of the hybrid war. And Russia on this Olympic field is now losing with a dry score.
-In military operations, one of the strategies to avoid defeat is to not participate in the battle until you’re ready .... and give territory for winning preparation time. OV 1812 for example.
—- This means not participating where Russia is weak and does not have truly pure athletes. It's about a decade.
—- And during this time Russia will learn to use other means.
-Non-participation is not a loss, but a barrier to the lack of competitive qualities among athletes and officials.
—- There is nothing to play games where the shame of losing is ensured. The USSR did not go to the 1948 Olympics in London because it was weak in sports.

Strictly speaking, if we were dealing with normal justice

But we are not dealing with normal justice
That seems to be correctly written. The very essence, so to speak ... Here are just wrong conclusions. Instead of, at least in words, to defend the country and Russian sports, again an attempt to raise the rating with indistinct lamentations about "months of humiliation and slaps in the face." If you are dealing with, as the author rightly noted, ABNORMAL justice, then you need not whine about who we are "not like", but make sure that this "justice" looks not normal even in the eyes of those for whom it is intended. And for this one can begin to ridicule not the "object" of justice (in this case, our athletes and officials), but this justice itself. The path is long, but there will be more sense from it. In the end, this topic in the current perspective will soon be "fooled" again by every market rag. Sport, Olympic sport under "international control" is simply the place where we have nothing to defend against the absurd actions of "our partners". All the "instruments" of such "justice" are in the hands of others and under the control of others. All that remains is to discredit these instruments on a global scale.
It's not about sports. Win at the last election Sobchak or someone like Navalny and there would be no complaints about sports. For some reason I have such confidence. But we just need it?

In football with our refereeing the football authorities are already familiar and it’s not impressive! With hockey, it’s a bit better, but for now. Could there be a reason somewhere, somewhere else?

And if without emotions and nostalgia? Give an example when the Union managed to close the absurd accusation? Close to the entire world community, not just to yourself? That absurd accusation, which was no longer raised either during the Union or after its collapse?
The problem of both the Union and the Russian Federation is that we always try to play on someone else's field by someone else's rules. And at the same time we observe ethical principles and norms of our own morality. And we are sincerely surprised when we are faced with meanness towards us. And we try to justify ourselves, instead of acting in the same way. In the end, a "negative opinion of the world community" is already being formed about us, and if we sometimes correspond to this "opinion" (in those cases when it is beneficial for our country), then this "opinion" about us will not become worse.

I’ll answer you this way. Strictly on the topic, on sports. Do you remember a lot of cases of disqualification of Soviet athletes for doping? The reason is simple: there was someone to defend them (even in case of doubt). IOC Vice President Smirnov was very authoritative from the world of sports, and now? muddy and his followers? That’s not even funny. Absurd accusations, why did you get the idea that they are absurd? Caught. Why? I already wrote above, our sports pharmaceuticals are behind, very much. With regards to nostalgia? You know, I don’t remember alone those times with warmth in the chest. And emotions? Well, who do they have right now at the sight of everything that is happening? I answered you? Respectfully.

That is, the Union simply did not find itself in such an absurd situation? Did I understand you correctly? Then what's the point in your first comment? With the same success, you could cite tsarist Russia as an example. She also did not encounter such an absurdity in sports.
Times are changing, people are changing, and the ways of pressure and opposition are changing. If the media paid less attention to this moment, if there were several times less whining about this on social networks (moreover, whining directed not so much towards sports organizations, but mainly towards the current government, at politicians), then after the games in Korea this the topic would have come to naught by itself. For image and economic losses and costs as a result of this scandal are borne not only by Russia, but also by the IOC, and WADA, and those who pay for this "banquet" behind WADA's back. And no one needs useless expenses. But, apparently, the scale of "concomitance" in networks justifies the costs of continuing this absurdity ...

Second half of the 80s, the city of Frunze, Kirghiz SSR. A group of teenagers from one micro-district of the city is having fun ... The city is divided into districts not only Leninsky, Sverdlovsky and others. but also to unofficial ones: Karpinka, Dzerzhinka, Shanghai, Zhiloy, Pentagon, Boston, Blacksmith Fortress, Vostok. Transbaikalia, etc ... Children are waiting for entertainment on a dark evening, looking at passers-by, lonely and even groups ... Their goal is not weak "nerds". but strong, athletic-looking young people ... The weak and the couples do not touch, this "zapadlo", and not interesting. And then a goal appears, a young guy, tall, with a well-developed muscular figure, there is a sports bag, apparently returning home after training in the evening. The fun begins ... Person 8 are hiding in the dark. but not a tall, puny and rustic-looking teenager is sent to meet the guy, who, incidentally, has been attending a section of one type of martial arts for several years and is quite successful. The puny one comes up to the "big man" and asks for a smoke with an impudent look, having been refused. whether a passerby is interested in an athlete? Having received an affirmative answer. demands a ruble for a movie in a brotherly way ... "The big man" sends an impudent "drishch" in 3 letters. in fact, that's all ... The game is done, the "big man" is surrounded by guys, some are not inferior to him in size, and in hand-to-hand street fights they are superior, but he does not know this yet, but already realizes that he is "hit". He is presented "for rudeness" and "hitting" a "weak" (he only looks like that). They offer a choice with whom he will be "once at a time", as a pledge of his things. he makes his choice, gets hit on the head (or blows on the head, but this is very rare!). They shake him off, hand him things, pat him on the shoulder and release him. In this group of hooligans, a couple of CCMs in wrestling and boxing and several dischargers, some have parents, employees, party comrades with experience and weight in their circles. and a neighborhood with a couple hundred teenagers. including CCM, dischargers, parents. Who is "piling" on them? This is the USSR from 1985 - 91, I remember personally, according to the stories of the "senior" comrades - "it used to be tough." wink

    And then the article.
In the subject, as they say.
Now I will express my point of view not only on this situation, but also on a more global one - throughout the sport in general.
I know that many will not agree.
But I do not insist, but give the opportunity to comprehend from all sides one of the factors of influence on our country.

Sport in the USSR was amateur.
Because the athletes did not set themselves the task of making money, didn’t they love and respect less?
And so we came to the conclusion that sport has become a business.
Football, boxing, martial arts, tennis, cycling, auto racing - this is a business.
Big business. A lot of money.
And money is spinning. Money replaces the basic human qualities - love, respect, honor.
and the fans will forgive me, but thinking with my feet, and beating my head, and even cooler - putting my head under pood fists is not out of a big mind.
And the lack of intelligence among the "idols" of millions - such as Kokorin, Mamaev and the hedgehog with them - this is where modern sport leads.
And what about the citizens of Russia (specifically, pensioners and low-income), famous Olympic champions, world champions? From a big mind? Or from great love and compassion for one's neighbor?
    And why?
Selfishness is the basis of sport.
Even collective sports - hockey, soccer, volleyball, etc. , this is also the height of selfishness.
Achieve more, push back your opponent, climb the pedestal and get a "minute of glory."
And in a year or two or three, only a few can remember about you?

    Okay.
    More is not given!
But there is one more thing.
No less, and even more terrible - pride.
Which, in fact - is a mortal sin!
    Here the pride is hypertrophied.

And we are surprised that eminent athletes with such specific sets of personality traits allow themselves to speak and act like that?
And the height of hypocrisy, from my point of view, is that the state allows athletes to perform under an incomprehensible rag, instead of their national flag, the head of state considers it possible to "bless" them for a "feat", and the athletes secretly tell everyone that they are from Russia.
It was hard to imagine such a shame several decades ago.

And because of such a scanty number of athletes, the whole of Russia must endure humiliation and spitting? Who will answer how much money the Olympic Committee of Russia spent on its own and on payments to the IOC? The so-called OUR ambitious athletes have long been dumped abroad for permanent residence, and if they stand for Russia, then for very good money. Sport has long become PROFESSIONAL, not amateur. Any performance at international competitions is money and advertising contracts for an athlete and only for him. And what about the country? Declare that we perceive these actions WADA, etc. HOW I HAVE PAID THE ORGANIZED GOVERNMENTS OF USA, UK AND CANADA Next, introduce sanctions against officials of these countries, not necessarily sports. And to declare, for example, the removal of all restrictions on arms supplies to Iran and the DPRK. For example, offer Kim s400 at a discount or old discontinued c300 from duty. And start long negotiations on the transfer of weapons technology to both of these countries. But the most important thing is to publicly link all this with the sanctions imposed against us in sports. It is better to look inadequate than a country that can be humiliated with impunity. In order for you to have allies, it is not necessary to have a lot of money. To do this, you just need to be strong, courageous, decisive and clearly see the goal to which you must go without paying attention to obstacles. That is, one must be a scumbag in the good sense of the word. And then allies will appear on your own. People and countries are so arranged that they are drawn to the strong and decisive. But if you let a very polite and law-abiding lick, lost in the three pines and not knowing where to go next, then you will never have any new allies, and old companions will send you to a well-known address. What we have been observing for the past five years.

The strategy of the hostile countries of the EU and the USA is understandable: it is necessary to ensure that the most powerful, healthy and talented Russian citizens go abroad, get citizenship or a residence permit there, and completely sever ties with Russia, transported or abandoned their parents, relatives and friends. Thus, our people are considered as genetic (breeding) material suitable for reproduction then in the host countries, thereby improving the genotype of their own citizens, which, alas, has greatly deteriorated over the past 50 years. The social upheavals of the late 60's played a role here. XX century. And the AIDS epidemic, the personal licentiousness of the ruling elite after the collapse of the USSR, which felt impunity in everything, but above all with regard to its citizens, who are at the lower levels of the social ladder. It is no secret that in many US cities sterilization programs for asocial elements - drug addicts, prostitutes, thieves, etc., were carried out. But is it only among these groups? ..
Therefore, provocations against our sports youth are nothing more than the struggle of Western countries for survival. While we are playing it with a bang. According to media reports, about 17 thousand professional athletes from Russia left their homeland. The toothless and sometimes insane policy of appeasing the aggressors, in fact encouraging emigration, when it is said that "let people leave if they want it", is supported by endless provocations in sports, science and education from the outside, apparently, good organized and funded centers for organizing emigration from Russia. That is, they are hitting the most socially unprotected areas of the socio-economic structure of Russia.

There are about 146 million people in Russia. A few hundred athletes left is nothing. And why are you the most? Now the level of sports achievements depends most often on the amount of resources invested by parents. A bunch of talented people just quit sports at the school section due to the fact that money needs a lot or live in the wrong place. Not everyone will decide to move to Moscow, and there may also be no money. Another thing that attracts talented students, but it's about athletes.

In general, it's time to finish with the support of professional sports. The exhaust from it is zero. It’s time to revive mass sport, thank God at least here a little bit off the ground. In our city in that year, a new municipal fitness center with a swimming pool was opened, this year the private trader opened a new gym, before that, a workout area in the city park was built.

For many years now a simple thought has been gnawing at the brain: why should such a strong power as Russia not stir up its own analogue of the Olympic Games (the name is not the essence)? Why is the "sport leadership" diligently sagging under the next humiliating demands of all WADA, FIFA, and what else is there? How much can you endure the worldwide shame, and even for your money? I am sure that there are enough countries that would gladly send their athletes to such new games.

All these "Olympic Games" have long ceased to be a guarantee of a fair fight and competition, but a means for earning money and political pressure on opponents. Athletes in DYUSSHOR-s train free of charge and at the expense of the state. Sports and fitness training are two different things. Those who say that they spent their whole life on sports, could put it on science or work, or business, because this is Their decision, you should not blame others. I agree, everything here is the same as in “simple life”: once you bend, that’s it, you’re a loser, they’ll punish you. And everything that you thought, said, hoped was of no interest to anyone.
And yes, as far as I can judge, athletes (yours, Russian ones) now receive very good additional “prize money” in their homeland, upon returning - I don’t remember exactly about apartments, but prestigious cars - many times. So there is no need to talk about such a reason for “performing in white and faceless”, as, they say, “I’m dying of hunger, I’ll go to competitions - at least I’ll earn a piece of bread.”

They poked our faces into the fecal matter several times, but we just swallowed and wiped ourselves off. Well, the time has come to poke us there again. As we know, only the lazy don’t hit a coward. And if this concerned exclusively and only sports, it would not be so bad. The trouble is that this happens in almost all areas. The only explanation that comes to mind is that coprophiles are in power in the state, and they simply like this procedure - lowering their face into fecal matter. In fact, one cannot seriously consider the version that they are simply fiercely afraid that in the event of their bad behavior, respected Western partners and senior comrades will take and take away everything that they managed to earn through back-breaking labor in the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, take it there senior comrades
