Chinese Kremlin Strategy
Today you often hear this Chinese wisdom: "If you sit on the river for a long time, you will see the passing corpse of your enemy." It seems that our Kremlin analysts have developed their own version of this Chinese strategy, or perhaps borrowed from the chess players: without making sudden movements, just strengthen their positions. Spokeswoman Dmitry Peskov formulates it something like this: we are looking for friends, not enemies, which is logical: the enemies themselves will find us.
The Kremlin methodically strengthens its position where, perhaps, it is mistaken, not without it, but with such a strategy, mistakes do not lead to obvious failures, makes corrections and continues this strategy. Outwardly, it does not look very advantageous in comparison with the “strong” moves of other world players; Moscow, as it were, does not respond to their attacks, which causes disappointment among our opponents and our supporters. But this is precisely what, in our opinion, lies in the art of Vladimir Putin to win party after party with “weak cards”, which is confirmed by a number of well-known Western experts.
In the Ukrainian direction, Moscow made a quiet move with the “Steinmeier formula” for the implementation of the Minsk agreements and silently watches how the remaining “Norman” trio began to fuss in search of a way out of this situation. Kiev habitually tries to lower everything on demagogy and political performances, Berlin and Paris do not know what to do, because US special envoy Kurt Walker vetoed Steinmeier’s formula. The question is: who does Kurt Walker really represent if President Trump explicitly did not give such an indication in this case?
Moscow, on the other hand, put Zelensky’s signing of the "Steinmeier formula" an indispensable condition for a meeting in the "Norman format" and, apparently, is preparing for some kind of solution to the gas issue with Ukraine and Europe. 2 Nord Stream continues to be built, and Moscow seems to be quite enough.
In the American direction, Moscow is just friends with Trump, and that’s it. And with whom else can one be friends in America? And he is trying to strengthen his “negotiating positions”, in particular, in Latin America. Venezuela remains an important trump card in this party, and Moscow is not going to surrender it, as evidenced by the recent visit of the President of Venezuela Maduro to Moscow. Trump's assistant, John Bolton, broke off his teeth, in particular in Venezuela, and resigned, and Moscow does not even understand what kind of help Maduro is providing along with his Chinese comrades, but he stood up and feels good.
Trump's Cold War continues with the Democratic Party and its presidential candidate Joe Biden. Trump threatens Biden with a Ukrainian corruption scandal, apparently, very seriously threatens, because again the “deep state” arose and went into a decisive battle against Trump. Perhaps, through the active actions of his envoys like the personal billionaire lawyer Giuliani Trump, he simply “got” this “state”: is the dirt on Biden already on the way?
The first fiddle in a new attempt to impeach Trump is again played by US intelligence: they leaked a confidential telephone conversation between Trump and Zelensky, where he insists on fighting corruption in Ukraine and investigating the Biden case. Democrats in Congress took advantage of this and are trying to initiate the impeachment of President Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is uncompromising: "The facts are obvious, the president has violated his oath."
However, in a telephone conversation with Trump Zelensky there is no explicit crime of the president. The US Department of Justice has officially stated that there is no reason for impeachment of President Trump in a telephone conversation with President Zelensky. Most experts believe that Trump will stand again, but former US Vice President Joe Biden is out of the presidential campaign.
As a result of this landmark scandal, the whole world sees the great truth about American democracy as the dictatorship of the special services and fake news under the guise of the US Congress.
We also see that Trump easily passed Zelensky. A telephone conversation between the presidents compromises Zelensky, not Trump, who speaks only general phrases and does not promise anything. As a result of this telephone scandal, the reputations of Biden and Zelensky were crushed, and Trump remained in his own interests, it is not even clear why the Democrats organized this telephone drain from the special services?
