1200 tons displacement - small fleet. You will fall into a storm on such a thing - you will tie yourself with belts to the berth so as not to fly out.
I am always interested in another question: what exactly has been done in Russia?
      Only the body welded?
In such news, they never indicate the most interesting:
      1). Manufacturer of main engines.
2). The manufacturer of helical speakers (azimuths, or whatever is installed there).
3). Auxiliary engine and emergency manufacturer.
4). What are the brands of accessories and crane on deck.
five). What element base is made of main switchboard, logical controllers of whose production?
6). Manufacturer of electrical equipment: electric motors and generators.
7). Manufacturer of lifeboats and rafts, surround fire extinguishing systems, fire extinguishers (I think Russia, but not exactly).

              But I noticed ...

This is not a thruster designation.
Here is the steering wheel sign:

I can only give a link, it is impossible to insert a picture from the phone, a question for the developers of the site.
And he has the letter N in the yellow circle in his nose. This designation I have not seen before.

                From the wiki: The main electric power plant consists of two 1200 kW diesel generators with power transfer to two full-rotor helical columns with VFSh in nozzles (ADG-550-4 electric motors, 750 kW each) and one bow thruster, the aft location of the engine compartment and the middle location of the machine-boiler compartment [1] [4];

I know how PUs are designated, for from "these". I just already met this designation PU.

I don’t know, but I suspect ... I would like to know for sure. Moreover, propeller-driven columns and internal combustion engines are domestic. So it’s interesting how things are going there.

The most amazing thing is that on this vessel intended for the setting and removal of navigational sea buoys and milestones, servicing coastal and floating facilities, no DP (Dynamic Positioning System) was installed. This is understandable, they simply do not have Russian production.

          Does this boat need DP?
Worked on a steamer with an uncertified DP. The vessel holds a position by means of two SRS and a steering wheel in the bow against the wind or current.
