Victoria Nuland is not allowed into the territory of Russia

An international conference organized by the Russian International Affairs Council and held in Moscow on 20-21 in May this year was held without the participation of former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland, although she was among the invited guests. According to "Businessman" she was simply denied a Russian visa.
Victoria Nuland could not attend the closed international conference held in Moscow. By requesting a Russian visa, she learned that she was included in the black list, compiled in response to the personal anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the United States. Unlike the US sanctions list, which is widely distributed, the Russian sanctions blacklist is not published in full. Persons in respect of whom personal sanctions have been imposed, including a ban on entry into Russia, will often find out about this only when applying for a visa.
The Russian Foreign Ministry explained that Nuland was blacklisted by American citizens because of the Russophobic policy pursued by her for a long time. Since 2013, after her appointment as assistant to the head of the State Department, she pursued an anti-Russian policy in the republics of the former Soviet Union, especially having been noted in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, vehemently advocating sanctions against Russia.
Negative attitudes towards her among Russian citizens increased after she personally arrived at the Maidan in Kiev and distributed sandwiches thereafter, later called "Nuland cookies."
In early May of this year, Nuland spoke at a hearing in the US Congress, where she spoke in favor of further tightening sanctions against Russia.
