Control point of the universal target complex "Adjutant".
It is reported that the complex consists of a mobile control point, 5 types of targets that imitate various means of air attack, and means of launching them. A cargo module has been developed for the placement and transportation of equipment for launching, servicing and refueling targets.
"Adjutant" is intended for the training and training of combat crews, the conduct of all types of tests, both existing and newly created air defense systems, conducting combat shooting with the creation of a combined complex target environment.
The air targets of the complex provide work for the crews of air defense systems and anti-aircraft artillery systems, anti-aircraft gunners of MANPADS, as well as crews of radar stations. They are capable of simulating aerial targets ranging from cruise missiles to homemade drones similar to those used by militants in Syria.
According to the press service, 2 automated workplaces for operators are located at the control center, allowing to simultaneously control six air targets to create a complex air situation in various configurations.
State tests of the complex are scheduled to begin in April and be completed by the end of 2019.
The development of the Adjutant complex began in 2015 year. Its structure of construction from the first days was discussed with the military experts involved in the preparation of air defense forces. According to experts, the Adjutant is able to significantly improve the quality of combat training of air defense weapons.
