Citizens, take care of the government!

There are no statistical data on future “new pensioners”. It turns out that Russian statistics do not have data on either morbidity or mortality of those people whom the government will retire later. There is no data, for example, on men 60-65 years. The State Duma is in a hurry to consider a bill on raising the retirement age: the first reading will be held in July.

Hooray, the Russian national team threw balls into a bag of Saudi Arabia! The Kremlin media, and the world's biggest press are seething with a single ink choir. Pure sensation! The Russian team, about which almost the entire planet responded with such disdain, suddenly gave the championship a "fantastic start", "a fantastic start" (definition CBS News, USA). And now the team is preparing to repeat the initial success, extend it to the end of the match.

It’s no joke: President Putin himself is watching the championship!

While Putin is passionate about gambling on the field, his government is pursuing another cunning plan. That is the unpopular decisions clothed in the form of bills.

While playing football on the field, the Kremlin continues to play good king and bad boyars. Negative socio-economic news voiced by Medvedev, and after him, other officials of the highest rank. But not Putin. Yes, and not to face the president, who promised to his board not to raise the retirement age, suddenly come out to the people and declare a change of opinion on the opposite.

In September 2005, President Vladimir Putin сообщил:

At the same time, and I want to draw your attention to this circumstance, I am against the extension of the retirement age. And, while I am the president, no such decision will be taken. And in general, I believe that we do not need to increase the period of retirement.

It is clear.

A repetition of what was said sounded a couple of years later, in October of 2007,

A very important question: "Will the retirement age be raised?" I think there is no need to raise the retirement age in the Russian Federation.

The same was repeated by the officials, who are at the highest levels. And even at the top. D. Medvedev kept saying this when he was president. Quote dated November 2010 of the year:

We do not plan to raise the retirement age in the coming years. But not because we have no objective grounds for this, but because such decisions necessarily require very serious discussion and public consent.

Yuri Voronin, Deputy Minister of Health, 2011 year:

According to our estimates, even before 2030, even raising this problem is absolutely wrong. To solve this problem, you first need to prepare the system.

Tatyana Golikova, Minister of Health, 2008 Year:

As part of the proposals [on the reform of the pension system] that will be made, the proposals on increasing the retirement age will not be made.

Your lips and honey to drink!

14 June 2018 of the year at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers from Medvedev, mentioned above, who had long settled on the role of a “lightning rod” (the worst boyar of the ideal Putin czar) received a creative proposal to raise the retirement age in stages: for men to 65 years, for women - to 63 years . With the transitional period, the government will not postpone it: it will begin as early as next year, if, of course, the State Duma passes the law in the proper number of readings. And she, of course, will. Where to take doubts? After all, our deputies are not American congressmen, who are easily blocking the decisions of their presidents. We have complete unity of all branches of power, complete stability, we do not need Maidan, we are waiting for a bright future. How many years (more precisely, epochs) are waiting, only historians will tell.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on June 14 that the transition period will begin in 2019. It will last up to 2028 of the year (this is the designated period for raising the retirement age for men) and up to 2034 of the year (term for women).

According to Medvedev, who publishes TASSsuch a measure “will allow us to allocate additional funds to increase pensions above the inflation rate”. The head of government assured his subordinates (and at the same time the people) that "the changes will be smooth, the increase will take place gradually." Further, TASS seems to stutter, probably, from reporter unrest. According to Medvedev, the agency writes, “this will allow us to send additional funds to increase pensions above the inflation rate.”

It is appropriate to recall here the words of Putin, spoken by him recently on the “Straight Line”: “As for the retirement age, you know my position, I have always treated and are very careful and careful about this today. One of the key tasks that I formulated before the government is to increase the incomes of pensioners, and a significant increase. ”

And here's the good news, from which they should happily jump (if osteochondrosis allows) all those who have contrived to outwit the rulers and have already jumped out of retirement.

Medvedev told 14 June that, firstly, the current retirees will not be affected by raising the retirement age, and, secondly, pensions will increase annually by about a thousand rubles. They "will grow annually by about 1 thousand rubles a year," if we follow the stuttering TASS. Annually a year.

Here it is, the urgent fulfillment of Putin’s covenants by the government: on the wooden one for the brother! Annually! Significant increase!

So rich not for long. Maybe in offshore pensioners will start investing dollars soon. Following the example of our rapidly growing rich against the background of the impoverished country of the oligarchs. And citizenship will buy - who in Malta, who in Cyprus. Again, following the example of other Russian patriots.

Increasing the retirement age to 63 for women is the maximum scenario we are talking about. wrote some days ago. There was another: up to 60 years for women.

Apparently, the government decided to go ahead with bad news. A championship with a ball and five heads will soften the blow! We are all fans, all seventy-seven, eighty-six, one hundred and forty-six percent, right? What is our pension, what is our VAT, if our guys are scoring goals! That's where the real economy is. And we all have to work, to work a little more, two by two, three jobs each, otherwise there’s no bright future. And so we will live in a dark present, illuminated only by the lights of giant stadiums.

And the present is very dark. Top-level officials do not even hesitate to admit it. Unlike Putin, who deftly hid the true reform program from voters. At least, we don’t recall that on the eve of the elections in his “messages” the current president shared with the people his thoughts on the upcoming draft law on changing the retirement age. Putin’s electorate would be very puzzled to hear this. But no, Putin is good. Bad reports from us gives Medvedev. Despite the annual "lines" of Putin, the president should be recognized as a man of the bureaucratic system, a non-public person. This is probably his since the days of the KGB. And it's unpleasant to bring sad news to the people. In a word, there are “bad boyars” for this. This primitive strategy works perfectly for the Russian electorate, which Putin has not changed since the spring of 2000 of the year. Many of us are wondering what the “Putin’s cunning plan” is (abbreviation of HSP). But he is the one!

"Bad Boyar" Tatyana Golikova (Russian Deputy Prime Minister) spoke at a government briefing. I spoke on the same day when the unpopular decision was announced by Premier Medvedev. On the same day, when the Russian team threw five balls into an Arabian string bag (hurray, breakthrough, victory!).

While the fans were drinking beer, she told about two sad things.

Firstly, every second unemployed person in Russia is a young man. "Among the unemployed at the moment, the prevailing age of people from 20 to 34 years, 48,7% in total unemployment is made up of people of this age," - quotes Golikov Interfax.

Secondly, she reported that the Russian statistics (attention!) Does not contain data on "morbidity and mortality at the age of 50 years - 60 years for women and 60-65 years for men". According to her, the corresponding statistics are simply “no.”

These are the same old people, we note, that same age group, the “new” representatives of which will have to retire in the near future. It is likely that the government will urgently gather the missing data. But first, of course, the Duma will read and approve the new law. And there - where the curve of state fate will take out. Let's hope for Russian chance. Or on the national football team. Maybe the players will donate to the pensioners. Goalkeepers, forwards and coach - rich people. Or maybe the society will start collecting retirees for assistance through text messages. As sick children or people with disabilities.

However, why darken the already dark present? After all, Medvedev made it clear: there will be a thousand-dollar increase in retirement every year. This means that the current retirees will be very pleased.

Discontent will show the future. Those who risk remaining in the dark present instead of moving into a bright future. Split in society?

It is hard to say who the “new pensioners” will vote for in 2024, but the old ones, if they’re reached, can easily vote for Medvedev.

Medvedev - for the presidency! Only the presidential throne in Russia guarantees getting rid of the label of a bad boyar and finding the aura of a good king.

Look at the bags Medvedev has under his eyes. He needs to improve his health. Not that will not live to a new pension period!

Take care of the government, citizens! No one will take care of you.

If this is not enough in your large cities - your problems, but in the province it is VERY much. If my salary was growing at such a speed, I wouldn’t be indignant at all and sat quietly, so she still manages to fall.
And because of working pensioners, there is no work for young people, so everything is right here.

It is only true that the use of some young people is exactly as much as in your statement-ZERO.
Why? Just because the level of education, level of knowledge, level of responsibility, level of morality are all visible on the example of young and early in management. Chivalry and indifference, decision-making based on momentary benefits, orientation solely on Western patterns in behavior is what leading the generation gap.

“Nice car,” I said when he got out.
“Well,” he said, noting my admiring glances. “Work tirelessly, spare no time, and next year I will buy myself a car even cooler.”

This is not the main thing. The main thing is that pensioners will return to the level of purchasing power in 2013, with such a dollar, in 15 years. Thanks to our authorities.
And you, a lot of 1000 rubles or a little. This 1000 is half depreciated.

If only half. The scenario of 91 g is quite possible when my contribution to 1000 Soviet rubles became 1000 Russian rubles of the sample (God forbid 1994).

If you take into account that I could buy 1000 Soviet rubles for a TV, a refrigerator and a phone, then for 1000 Russian I bought only a phone for myself.

            So here.

PS And by the way, 1000 rubles is just a year or the monthly pension will increase by 1000. The difference is significant.

              The difference is substantial.

1 Soviet ruble is estimated to be approximately 120 Russian .. and the payouts are not at all ..
Here the data for 17, now 18 and the dollar is growing again, respectively, the price of the Soviet ruble is the same.
As of June 2017, $ 100 at the official rate, and not speculative, but used in real payment and settlement relations with foreign countries, cost 54 rubles 36 kopecks of the USSR.

We look at the website of the same Central Bank the rate of the modern Russian ruble against the dollar. Not today, but on June 30th, to be completely accurate. So, on June 30, 1 US dollar with a slight rounding cost 59 rubles 9 kopecks. Thus, $ 100 yesterday cost 5909 modern Russian rubles.

Using a completely uncomplicated mathematical operation, we find that the exchange rate of the Soviet ruble to Russian is 1 to 108,70, that is, one Soviet ruble costs 108 rubles 70 kopecks today), as of 2017.

The current ruble exchange rate for reality is very weak. It is more correct to compare purchasing power. Of course, it will turn out different in comparison of different products. Usually compared to the cost of living.
If we consider the minimum wage / pension for the USSR as a living wage, we will get completely different numbers. This figure will be from 190 to 290 Russian rubles per Soviet.

In fact, the conversation was not about specific numbers, but that this unfortunate thousand, even after a couple of years, could turn out to be a couple of kopecks.

Regarding the 3rd term and the abolition of age restrictions for the presidency. Here it is, the Oberon window in action! The same scheme as with raising the retirement age. But what, the constitution under Putin was changed (4-6) without any stupid referenda, and nothing, everyone swallowed and wiped themselves. So what will prevent it from extending for the 3rd (4th, 5th ...) presidential term?

You will have to pay more for unemployment benefits than for pensions. Then what is the point of saving on the elderly? belay The general global trend is the automation of production. In Europe itself, there is almost no full-time or weekly work. There was an inviolable principle in the USSR - not a single new law can worsen the rights of workers, children, disabled people and pensioners that are in force. As we see, the liberals also poher what our fathers and grandfathers fought for and shed blood. Now, not only faith in the future, but the future itself has been taken away from us. winked
Really, Putin does not understand that pension reform with increasing age will first of all hit him. And no Rosguard will help. You can’t do without a referendum. But for this it is necessary to declassify all the data on our demographics, and not to "assign" everyone to live up to 80 years.

It turns out everything goes to the 6-hour working day? There are four shifts in production, if you work at one and a half rates, then 9 hours.

The Bolsheviks won with the slogan of an 8-hour working day, so that Communist Party has something to think about without an increase in salary, the transition from 8 to 6 hours a working day, because the automation of industrial lines is leaps and bounds, robotization of production, the development of a separate from the global network, the branch of the industrial Internet for remote control of industrial. zones ..........

Oleg is one gang, they all understand, they don’t understand only one thing - they will finish their vile life on a pitchfork.
Yesterday I came across a movie on YouTube of Navalny, the anti-corruption fighter (I’m not at all a supporter of this company, they are still those guys, but the facts that Lesha brings are holy truth). Namely, the story is about a house of a simple official (he was just a vice-prime minister recently (well, almost a vice-king), which is not very far from the buildings of a residential village, too, very simple people from Skolkovo (there is such a sawmill for the budget). And they live in the same house in this village for ordinary rammers and helpers with a wall without windows, so that their envious eyes do not look at the house, or maybe a palace or even a palace complex.
The teams of architects of this house were exhausted, so that they could not keep the vice vice and the residents of the house depressed. But coped with a couple of Western creators.
In general, technical progress, drones, Wi-Fi, cameras on quadcotters - this is sheer harm. Good people interfere with life if they fall into the hands of bad people who like to spy and expose the simple life of ordinary rowers from the guarantor's galley.

If a person receives a disability in the category of disabled, then his pension is assigned ahead of schedule, i.e. until retirement age. This system works now and is unlikely to be canceled. Although it’s impossible to promise in this matter, it does not depend on us.
As for the author's article, as always, it is too one-sided and sins with understatement. In fact, for the past 27 years, since the collapse of the USSR, in the government and around government circles every year someone has necessarily declared the need to raise the retirement age. Then they looked at the reaction of the population, and most likely they looked at the state of the budget and other officials, including the President and the Prime Minister, announced that it was too early to think about the increase, so this question was postponed until better times.
That is, the country's population was purposefully and methodically preparing for this "significant" event, and now it seems that this moment has already arrived. The law has not yet been adopted, but the topic is ready to be considered and discussed. Of course 1000 rubles. in the year of the premium, this is certainly not serious and may even be ridiculous, but capitalism is capitalism and this should be taken for granted. Perhaps some of the politicians will now announce a return to socialism and its social justice. Maybe. If a person receives a disability in the category of disabled, then his pension is assigned ahead of schedule, i.e. until retirement age. This system works now and is unlikely to be canceled. Although it’s impossible to promise in this matter, it does not depend on us.

The money paid to people with disabilities, apparently, is worth the fact that nepotism and blat flourish in the regions (and even more so in small regional towns). For natural offerings to doctors (butter, meat, eggs, etc.), if you have an acquaintance, you can arrange anything. Well, it turns out that healthy, but thieves with disabilities spoil the statistics, and real evidence of disability is often blinded by hook or by crook, regularly put in the hospital for “treatment”, etc., but they don’t give disability.

Why grind in vain with the tongue, setting citizens against power? Yes, they once stated that they did not raise their retirement age, but the financial reality and the approaching consequences of the demographic abyss took their toll. Therefore, the retirement age will increase. Smoothly. And the retirement benefit will also increase smoothly. Everything is natural.
The tale of bad boyars and a good king is already sore. To read about the division of power into good and bad is not comme il faut. There is a power common to Russia. And the authorities know better what financial changes our country needs. You can agree or disagree with these changes, but in the end you have to accept them.
Nothing catastrophic will happen. Gradually, life will go its way. People will begin to more closely monitor their health, will abandon bad habits, take life more seriously, without shifting responsibility for themselves and their well-being onto the shoulders of the state. I have not heard of such governments that would suit everyone and everyone in any country in the world, so any high-level government official should be ready to take unpopular measures and criticism from the population. This is a given, which a priori rests with a certain burden on any government of any country. Neither V.V. Putni nor D.A. Medvedev is not perfect and I hope that they realize this. Oh, here’s a new training manual from edrosov, the Putin-Medvedev mantra.
The traitors who seized power in Russia do not have a task for a person to work up to 65. The main thing is NOT to PAY until 65. For an ordinary pensioner gets into the pocket of the offshore servants of the people. Occupational criminal power robs the people under the patriotic mantras of the Guarantor.
Vlasov invaders have one goal - the genocide of "Remembering the USSR." The anti-Sovietism of the Vlasov-Ederasov (they are “Our Home Russia” black-eyed) is no less, but finer than Bandera's evil spirits, and the goal and attitude are exactly the same - Death to the Soviet people and their memory!
Rejoice that you did not set a life expectancy of 72 years, and not 100 years, lifting it SUDDENLY from 58 years. Otherwise, I could retire at 70. Imagine "how beneficial it is"

And if you think of rebelling .. The Russian Guard will suppress all living things, if that ... 1905, "Bloody Sunday" ... with their own hardships ... They kneel down before the tsar because of hopelessness ... and these are former Soviet free people!

And I. Yefremov warned about this at the time. Our greatest scientist = paleontologist and writer of beautiful science fiction novels.
          From diary
          "1969:

All the destruction of empires, states and other political organizations occurs through the loss of morality.

This is the only real cause of disasters in history, and therefore, exploring the causes of almost all disasters, we can say that destruction is self-destructive. The incompetence, laziness and playfulness of “boys” and “girls” in any endeavor is a characteristic feature of this very time. I call it an “explosion of immorality,” and it seems to me much more dangerous than nuclear war.

We can see that since ancient times, morality and honor (in the Russian sense of these words) are much more significant than swords, arrows and elephants, tanks and dive bombers.

When honest and hard work becomes unusual for all people, what future can humanity expect? Who will be able to feed, dress, heal and transport people? "Dishonorable, what are they now, how can they conduct scientific and medical research?"
In general, what is described as the planet Tormans and the population divided into KZHI and GI are what all these curls, Medvedevs and others like them are preparing.

Why grind in vain with the tongue, setting citizens against power?

If citizens will warmly approve of any, to put it mildly, foul initiative of the authorities, they will no longer be citizens - citizens or slaves, as you like.
..financial reality and the approximation of the effects of the demographic abyss have taken their toll

But what, until recently, no one knew about the abyss? Of course they knew, they just said what was nice to hear.

Yes For me personally, all this fuss with age is a direct challenge, and I accept it. Therefore, there is a new goal that everyone needs to achieve in spite. But again, this is my purely subjective attitude to the issue, which I do not impose on anyone. And yes, I have a moment (rather, a fad): You will be surprised, but at the moment I consider myself in some way obliged to the state. It is thanks to the participation of the state that for the fourth year now I have my own housing (before that, my whole life was spent in Leningrad communal apartments with a break for a student dormitory), which I purchased without any fucking mortgages. Yes, of course, somewhere lucky, the stars came together, but nevertheless ... Here, at least, an elementary conscience does not allow us to demand something in excess. Obviously, any power is fed at the expense of the population of the country that it governs. But at the same time, any normal government takes care of its "feed base" and develops it. Judging by what is happening, the current government and those advising it decided to forget about the project of "great Russia", skim the cream and retire home - otherwise there is no way to explain. No one cuts a chicken that lays golden eggs - at least as long as it hopes to get those same eggs.

Marina, to set up or not is a hypothetical question, but there is also a skin, a skin that does not wear out of seats in state Duma and other pleasant places, but from work, say, in the north in harmful conditions ... and I naively believed the state and worked, in the expectation that I’ll receive a pension at 45, you say they’ll not touch these categories, but they will touch because the buns are considered on the basis of the exit rate for everyone - in general, again a fraud. Investing in yourself, taking care of your health - it's all great when there is something to do, I just planned to start from retirement but alas, ah. About the fact that the PF has no money again, I'm sorry, but where did it go? The employer paid ... the government (probably good), so maneuvered that they were not there again. Okay, next, how long is the estimated survival time? That's right - 19 years old ... how long is the average duration for men in the ward? 72? Fine? 72 - 19 = the economy should be economical, and reforms should not worsen the condition of citizens. But what are we talking about “pensions” - their destiny is a happy old age, let’s talk about youth and adolescents, given the care for pensioners who will now not retire until they are brought out ... yes, yes, yes they do not have jobs, but part-time contributions to the Pension Fund will be so insignificant that they won’t allow you to get the right amount of points for acquiring pension rights in the future ... it’s nonsense, but more interestingly, there’s no work - there is no family or there is, but not in this state, labor emigration and loss of able-bodied population and taxes Naturally, for examples, far from it is necessary tiyskie States, Ukraine, Moldova, etc. I am not an economist and I do not pretend to be true, but how Slepakov sings - and what * if yes?

With privatization, unemployment, and reformist terrorism, the government itself sets itself up against itself. Who creates “financial reality” in Russia, if not the government? A mobilization economy should be natural, but it does not exist, and there is concern about raising the retirement age — this is a sure sign of the menopause of power.

Is the power sacred and "Our nationality consists in unlimited devotion and obedience to autocracy"? They caress us in the pre-election periods ...

“Nothing catastrophic will happen” - whence the confidence that the adaptive capabilities of people are not undermined?

You are absolutely right in that you do not need to shift "responsibility for yourself and your well-being onto the shoulders of the state." The words - "Every nation has the power that it deserves" - should become the motivator for everyone.

Big difference! It is one thing if a person produces something useful for the country. Honor and praise be for it!
But it’s completely different if the trader: in one place he took a cheaper one (stole) in another he sold more expensive, without producing anything. This is a speculator. Mind for this is not much needed ...

Who said? Well, for example, the oldest encyclopedia - Britannica

Socialism, social and economic doctrine that calls for public rather than private ownership or control of property and natural resources. According to the socialist view, individuals do not live or work in isolation but live in cooperation with one another. Furthermore, everything that people produce is in some sense a social product, and everyone who contributes to the production of a good is entitled to a share in it. Society as a whole, therefore, should own or at least control property for the benefit of all its members.

Capitalism, also called free market economy or free enterprise economy, economic system, dominant in the Western world since the breakup of feudalism, in which most of the means of production are privately owned and production is guided and income distributed largely through the operation of markets .

Then you can see what Marx and Engels wrote, how they understood what capitalism is and what socialism is, respectively. And you can refer to a certain “event 90” as much as you like, this will not change the universally accepted terms.

Socialism (French. Socialisme, from lat. Socialis - public), 1) the first phase of the communist formation. The economic basis of socialism constitutes public ownership of the means of production, the political basis is the power of the working masses with the leading role of the working class led by the Marxist-Leninist party; Socialism is a social system, precluding exploitation of man by man and systematically developing in the interests of improving the well-being of the people and the comprehensive development of each member of society.

And don’t say, they won the Great Patriotic War against a united Europe, they launched the first artificial satellite, the first launched a person into space, hundreds of millions of families continue to live in apartments built by the very Communists who believed in the very dogmas, and after that they were given free, etc., etc. . Death, alienation, collapse of the country, not otherwise.

Actually, judging by what kind of nonsense you are, you are one of those "communists" who are actually burnt capitalists, but they prove to everyone that the dictatorship of capital = communism or in our case socialism. Well, as in China, where you have socialism, and whose Foxconn is owned by a private person (and part-time billionaire) children work, it is by no means an 8-hour work day and records are set for suicides among workers. Well, here is the obvious socialism, a special Chinese way, not otherwise, we do not understand the scoops. Well, the fact that some Stalin and Lenin came up with it, Marx and Engels are all “dogmas” and “agitprop”. Only I have one simple question: Why did people like you ruin and plunder the country, and Stalin and others like him, leaving it with a plow, left with a nuclear bomb?

One, not even a stone, but a whirlpool, which will simply drag out all your efforts and wash away the system built from 90. If it is necessary to carry out simple cottages, according to the Law,
electricity, gas, water, but what are the prices for connecting ?? Pensioners simply don’t have that kind of money, and cottage villages like Rublevka are a completely different type of mind and life, having nothing to do with how ordinary people live.
Example? From b / y poles, a decommissioned transformer, for services, one and a half km of network and connection, you need to collect 2 million rubles — who are able to retire from 9 to 15 thousand from pensioners, even to collect such money? not to mention the attempts to tax almost to the toilet on the site .. Yes, people are already throwing everything, because they do not pull all these requisitions .. This is the Stavropol Territory ..
There are “successful” examples when Madame, who worked in the North and invested her trillion p, ten years ago, spent, light and gas, everyone now bow to her for connection .. But where is the help from the state? But she is not.
A colleague, spits, his son and wife, already in the suburbs, bought a summer house, or rather a plot, are being built. For connection. Just 50 meters to the transformer and 75 to the gas distributor-1 million 700 thousand, what is this ??

Retirement money is never enough. Where do they come from if they come from tax payments from the pocket of the employer for each employee. If the employee's salary is 10000 rubles, then you will have to pay the same amount on top of deductions. And employers, in addition, owe a lot of payments, plus their expenses for mandatory payments. We have to look for workarounds to reduce the load. As a result, minimal deductions or not at all go to retirement. And tax burdens only increase. It is easy to understand that there will never be enough money for pensioners. And here is a great idea. Raise the retirement age so that as few people as possible survive to retirement. Then this meager pension budget will definitely be enough for the remaining ones. It is better to raise the retirement age to one hundred years. Then there will definitely be no problems. Medvedev's Nobel Prize for a brilliant invention. Well, the other members of the medal.
Especially for retirement at 7000 rubles. You can live only three or four days. All the same, one will have to work in retirement in order to survive. And since everyone is working anyway, then the pension is not needed. As Siluyanov kind of said. Iron logic. But in foreign policy, everything is cool.

I was born in the first half of the eighties, that is, retired children of the late nineties will have to feed me. There was no or no birth rate. I’m afraid or they will raise my retirement age to 100 years or in general they will cancel my pension. Although I pay taxes of about 130000 a year, many of them are in the FIU.

And someone without emotions tried to look at the situation? Without emotion, think about what this reform can be caused (except for memorized cliches, such as robbing people). I, too, am not a supporter of such decisions, but I thought something about the fact that there may be objective reasons, because the discussion of this issue has been conducted for a long time (based on the text of the article, already from 2005). After all, it is said that the increase will be gradual. For men, they want to gradually increase their retirement age by 5 years. Taking into account the terms indicated in the article, it turns out that they will increase by 1 year every 2 years. From my point of view, this is not so critical. It is clear that the government is trying in this way to fulfill the tasks set by the president to increase the income level of the population, using a cunning combination. On the other hand, future retirees get extra time to increase their pension. Yes, people of pre-retirement age are being hired poorly, but it seems to me that this is precisely because the age is pre-retirement, and if you increase it, then this border will shift. True, I would prefer to first complete the task of increasing the life expectancy of the population.

In Ukraine, in the 2000s, the statistics of "surviving to retirement" of Ukrainian male citizens were voiced on average for 57 years request and the Ukrainian authorities were going to make 63 retirement age for us (now, in general, some Maidan bureaucrats from the social policy system make semi-official statements that they do not need to pay pensions, but do it in Chinese, let the children inspect and supplement their old-age parents , and those who don’t have children are to blame themselves, so is it necessary, they will die faster?)! But, probably, the Russian men are not so short-lived, but stronger and tenacious than the Ukrainian ?! wink
Back then, the men and I were joking that the pension didn’t threaten us, even if pensioners-beneficiaries and light-working people from Zrada lived on our pension contributions and didn’t deny themselves anything, who received 50 pensions with an average of 1500 in Ukraine, although the largest part of labor pensioners received about 850 hryvnias of pension per month!
Can it be that even Russian insurance companies do not have statistics on the average life expectancy of Russian citizens in various age categories ?! smile Something your official blisses, gives her own “ignorance” for the ultimate truth — at least kill me, but I won’t believe that the Russian government does not have statistics on age-related mortality of the population ?! winked

If something happens, help neighbors either there at the construction site or in M who are ill, come, ask and if there is time, and if I want to, I’ll go, I will put concrete (or something — laugh) for fun, and I’ll sit with the guys at the beer in the evening , cheer for Washington and Ovechkin. About women. Statistics have determined that women live longer than men. And therefore they need to increase their retirement by 8 years. Poor women, they fell under the bureaucratic approach to this topic. It was not statistics that established the centuries-old order, but
Nature itself. Nature is designed in such a way that the female should live longer. Now many layers are in favor of increasing age
retirement. Why don't these people raise the retirement age in the first place? And such categories make up a considerable percentage in Russia.

The problem is not that the retirement age will be raised, but how disgustingly this process is organized. Even on the eve of 18.03.18/5/37, everyone was silent about this, waiting for successful elections and the opening of the championship. When everything went according to plan, it was time to include “unpopular measures.” And who will now listen to the government’s future assurances, except zombie idiots? I don’t argue: the retirement age needs to be raised, otherwise one working person will soon support several non-working ones. Besides, although our pensions are crap, our retirement age is practically the lowest in the world. But it was necessary to act honestly, and not by scamming: first, launch a nationwide discussion, present all points of view, arguments of all sides, actively involve the media, involve labor collectives, trade unions, political parties, etc. Conduct objective research on various factors: economic, demographic, medical, etc. And only then make decisions. And stretch out the process over time, so that no one is offended, so that it doesn’t turn out that two people are a year apart, and the difference at retirement is 45. Well, in fairness, since we are going to raise pensions, then everyone, including and the military. I don’t want to offend them in any way, I myself am one of these, only I hastened to leave the army ahead of time, which I later regretted (my former colleagues became military pensioners at 20-XNUMX, and their pension is no match for civilians, but for me will still rattle for XNUMX years). Of course, in our difficult times, one cannot offend the army, but why turn the service into a profitable business, make sure that they go there not “at the call of their hearts,” but for a “long ruble.” This will not affect other categories, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, for example. I have nothing against the guys who participate in hostilities, special operations and peacekeeping operations. But those who wipe their pants at military registration and enlistment offices or passport offices... Well, excuse me. There is not the slightest doubt that parliament will support everything that the government proposes. What did you want, “dear Russians”? The tale of bad boyars and a good king is already sore. To read about the division of power into good and bad is not comme il faut. There is a power common to Russia. And the authorities know better what financial changes our country needs. You can agree or disagree with these changes, but in the end you have to accept them.
Nothing catastrophic will happen. Gradually, life will go its way. People will begin to more closely monitor their health, will abandon bad habits, take life more seriously, without shifting responsibility for themselves and their well-being onto the shoulders of the state. This is how citizens of very, very many countries of the world live. So we will live. Everything will be fine, will return to normal. No need to panic.

Stubborn, where did you even come from? I'm tired of reading your ever-patriotic nonsense.

At the top, their intelligence is completely turned off; they still cannot determine how to create a powerful economy, at the expense of what, by what means. They are jumping about sanctions, rising oil prices, now pension reform, it’s just some kind of misery. But they allow themselves to criticize STALIN, but compared to him, they are boys in short pants wiping their snot. Here Saudi Arabia is lowering the retirement age, and all they have is oil, WE know how people live in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar. We have OIL, GAS, uranium, gold, diamonds, fresh water, forests - WE HAVE EVERYTHING, the entire periodic table, this is approximately 40% of the world's reserves of natural resources. The question is, why do we live poorly, why do we have 22 million people below the poverty line, according to official statistics, about 30 million according to unofficial statistics? That the highest authorities lack intelligence, professionalism, political will, and strategic thinking. The Chinese have enough, the Arabs have enough, the Vietnamese have enough, the Indians have enough, what are you missing? When will you start thinking up there?

As Zhukov already said, 1000 per year per month. Whoever lies is all.

The main issue of this Reform is citizens' pension contributions. That's billions of dollars every month. This is a type of insurance for the population. I don’t understand how the insurance fund can be “seized” by someone from the St. Petersburg organized crime group. I cannot understand where the pension savings of the majority of the population of our country will go if they do not reach retirement age. But this is precisely the scheme that is proposed to us. Concern for improving the duck’s living conditions, new vineyards and offerings to the Tsar results in a “color revolution”. What if it's just a riot? Will they manage to escape or will they end up like Ceausescu?

I remembered. In the old days, the Japanese took their old men to the mountain and dumped them from there. This is what was to feed the grandchildren. But the Japanese left this, and WE GO!

It’s not us who are coming, but Mendel and Putin and their ilk, the aligarchic riffraff. They don't seem to have anything to feed their grandchildren.
