The government made a final decision on raising the retirement age.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev after the meeting of the Russian government, held on Thursday, said that the Cabinet had made the final decision to raise the retirement age for Russians.

The government made a final decision on raising the retirement age.

According to the Prime Minister, the reform of the pension system will take place in several stages and will begin with 2019. During the implementation of pension reform, it is planned to achieve retirement for men in 65 years to 2028, for women it is planned to achieve retirement in 63 years to 2034. It was on this version of the retirement age that they decided to stay in the Russian government: 65 years for men and 63 for women. For some categories of citizens, the existing pension benefits will be maintained. Medvedev also added that employees with great experience will be able to retire two years ahead of schedule.

In a statement, the prime minister said that the decision on pension reform was long overdue and the upcoming reform would be aimed at raising the level of pensions above inflation.

Recall that earlier the government discussed two more options for raising the retirement age proposed by the Ministry of Labor: for men up to 65 years, for women - up to 60 or to 62 and 64 years, respectively.

If on duty, it arrives the next day at 17.00. He does 3-4 operations a day, does not sleep at night on duty, receives and examines patients in an ambulance.

“Good money” started paying since January 2018 (following May 2012 decrees), and before that it’s 20-25 sometimes 28. But this is not a salary, but premiums on compulsory medical insurance, can be canceled at any time, which they began to slowly reduce. To the authorities to one place, the problems of the Indians are not interesting to the sheriff. All who are from the department and above, already "political positions", provide the turnout and the result in the elections. In a nearby hospital, the head physician filed a declaration of income of 20 "Lyamov" for the year.

Most likely will survive, in my opinion the chances are great.
Firstly, the educated live on average longer than the uneducated.
                Women are longer than men.
Engaged in intensively specialized activities, which again contributes.
He also works as a doctor, which means he knows something about health, and has no access to medical care (he knows exactly where and to whom to go with) ..

But for you I’m not so sure.

                    Well I say
                    Women are longer than men.

It’s a little harder for us.

But in general it’s half the life to live on, on this pension it would still be nice to live at least a little for your own pleasure. My mother told me how my grandfather and grandmother retired early in Soviet times and still continued to work, went on pension money 2 times a year on vacation and joked "well, pensioners live."

And there is also a more important question. It’s not enough to live up to this pension, in the pre-retirement age you must also maintain your health if possible, and besides, you must also be able to find a job that suits you. Is it possible to get a job now after 50? Let not the super prestigious, the one that you are able to do well and live on income from it ...

I paint, the salary from September 2017 is 13 thousand Russian rubles, until January 2018 I received (thousand years of experience, a doctor of the first category) 20 thousand with 25 shifts per month. This is the average salary in our region. Since January 4, local officials with a “guber” at the head, had to finally comply with the May decree (2018) of the guarantor, where the salary of a doctor is prescribed 2012% of the average for the region. Now he gets about $ 200 per month. In April I went on vacation, received vacation pay according to a salary of 1000 thousand. Something like this. And we also have three children, 13, 14 and 12 years old. So the question arises, but is this money worth such stress if the children become orphans? At the same time, from the head of the department to the chief doctor, he doesn’t give a damn that the doctor is working (plowing) in such tension.

I absolutely agree, the military is completely unhappy people, and you exchange with men at our factories plowing for 12-15-20 thousand. Plus uniforms, plus food, plus free travel to the place of rest, plus free apartments (I understand that not everyone has it, but there is hope), but on the civilian he is all for what he has in his pocket. By the way, no one will drive the sensible hard worker either, but he lives in his hometown, and not like the military: today in Kalinengrad, a year later in Mozdok, after three in Chita. Therefore, by the way, they also get apartments. My foreman spent all his service in the barracks (prefabricated switchboard house), along with the soldiers, a toilet on the street, a “shower” in the basin. Twenty-odd years! So what? Dear, you cannot prove or refute anything with examples. Do not squeeze a tear. Only the military can speak with skill about the life of the military, and even then not everyone can.
Yes, I earned a living in my apartment, though I became an invalid of 2 groups and underwent 4 operations, two of them being performed on my heart. big words are clothes, guards, business trips - there is nothing special in them! Incidentally, I am familiar with the life of the military - nothing special, most do not. Therefore, many people have low pensions paid earlier and the police too. By the way, judging by our correspondence, you knock out a tear - you won over what conditions you painted. Once again it was a question of outfits, guards, business trips - there was both there and there - there is nothing in this, but I do not dispute your personal experiences.

But there are people in the civilian who can’t hack, “I speak with knowledge” and, believe me, it’s not easier for them. Pension, however, is usually less, but they all (whom I know) understand, yes, military straps are heavy.

This is a fairly good salary, a family of four lives quietly on it, a large loan is paid, a car is refueled and a house is built - this is from my own experience. I know many people, ordinary laborers in the factory, earn much less

At its current level of 10-15 thousand it is 1,2-1,8 million. The price of a one-room apartment in an average city. And for this good to plow all my life and give every month to the parasites PF ?? It will give the country at least some chance of changing the current system. And how this can happen depends on how much the "current elite" clings to power with a "death grip". Well no. There they can take away "everything acquired by overwork". You know, there are already such attempts abroad. So I don’t believe in it at all, although it would not be the worst option. And when the whole system of the "current elite" changes, if such a thing happens, the new one will, under the pressure of the people who have come to power, investigate the activities of the current ones. The logical result of which would be a real landing for a long time. But since there both family members and friends are “successful businessmen” and achieved everything themselves too, then together with families and friends. They will not agree to such a situation. So, everything will go to cling to power with all its might, and when it is no longer possible (that is, they will lead the people to the line) - then confusion. And do not think that this cannot happen. In 1989, if someone had been told that in 2 years the USSR would not be, they would have mistaken for a madman. And the Americans could not predict, overslept. And Lenin V.I. (the mind is still GREAT), also did not think that he would witness certain events. And Nicholas II, even more so, would not have sat at the station of the bottom, if he had not been sure that everything was under control. She’s such a life, often with surprises.

Do you seriously think that this is an initiative from Medvedev without the knowledge of Pu? Well, then this is a great joke from the president. Scared and canceled ... laughing Come on, you even chose the time for the World Cup so that the trade unions and the Communists and Grudinin didn’t get out with protests (it’s already funny itself). A pension is created not only and not so much from the contributions of workers, but mainly from that material structure, from the profits of those industries that created those retiring during their lifetime, as well as from the same industries created by previous generations! So did those retiring create nothing, or nothing work? So Medvedev, create the conditions for it to work. This is where to start!

Gardamir will also be thrown off by other opponents of raising the retirement age. These same dreamers can only throw slogans about the fact that the increase is bad, but think why they increase it - you need to think about it.

If one of them were the president (grandfather fir, gardamir or svarog), they would have retired at the age of 32. They would give each a mansion and make gas at 15 rubles.

Travel would have lowered the fee, for a flight on an airplane would be paid extra from the budget. Well, they would have made a pension of 50 rubles.

Only give free rein, but the usurper Vladimir does not let their wet dreams come true.

Oh, retirement age advocates have begun to appear. I am sure that before the signing of this law, the guarantor - they will simply be darkness (they will throw money on the Kremlin boats).
Now I will explain conservativeif he is not a kremlebot of course.
Firstly: our life expectancy has not grown by as much as the Ministry of Health tells us. Well, it doesn’t happen that after a presidential decree to increase life expectancy, it grew by 5 years. This is taking into account the closure (association) of clinics and the massive shortage of doctors.
A sharp increase in life expectancy is a clear fraud with statistics.
Secondly: instead of raising the retirement age, a progressive taxation scale could be introduced. But - this is not our method, but how to rip off the rich.
Third: do not spend money on PR projects that do not pay off (OI and World Cup on football)

Well, firstly, you can share in different ways, but at least with a progressive taxation scale. But according to your mood, I see that the search for such methods is not interesting to you in advance. Well, let it remain as it is now. And 0,1% of the population will, after some time, own not 60, but for example 70% of the total state. Will it be better? And those who are not 0,1% of the population do not mind at all, no?

It’s natural that they will be released. And according to the plans of the government, by the year 35, the pension should reach 25 thousand, forgetting however that in our country the tendency of capitalism is only on the rising line, as today, for example, with the same gasoline .. I already wrote that my father in 2003, I could buy as much as 2 thousand of average at those prices as much as I now by 11 thousand of my Sakhalin at current prices .. The pension in terms of money seemed to grow, but the purchasing part forgot to grow ..

You’ll be in England, take a look, there at the National Museum in London a whole ancient Greek temple was taken out on occasion. You will be in France, stop by in Monaco, there in front of the princely palace is a monument to the founder of the Grimaldi dynasty, the oldest ruling dynasty in Europe. In his hands under the cloak he does not hide the bottle - the knife with which the local garrison cut out. If you’re in Italy - go to St. Mark’s Cathedral in Venice, there is not a single thing that was not stolen in Constantinople, more precisely, there is only one - the icon of Palo d; Oro. (Mark himself, relics, by the way, the Italians also stole). Tired of listing. Yes, so we don’t have such monuments yet. We respect the law of God!

And profanity with debate, which can be looked at as the performance of clowns, is his merit. “That's when there will be a real alternative to Putin” there will not be any alternative with him, but not him, he will push through his own, as the EBN once put the right person. So it is necessary to change the GDP along with the entire system that has developed under the EBN. (with GDP, it outwardly mimicked a bit, but the essence remained the same)

Why should we focus on other countries?
Or rather, why should we be guided by other countries in the question of PENSION AGE?
Why do not we see how things are with hospitals, roads, salaries, with officials in other countries, but choose our own special path, but how about fines or retirement age, so immediately “look like they have” ?!

Yes. Let's not focus on other countries and make a pension in 20 years. Do you agree? As for everything else, just everything is constantly blaming the roads and hospitals. And for some reason they were silent about retirement.

"The retirement age in France is 62,5 years for both men and women with an average life expectancy of 82 years. After raising the retirement age from 60 to 62,5, a wave of rallies took place in the country, but this did not change the decision of the government. But for representatives of certain professions, such as miners, have the opportunity to go on vacation earlier, railway employees can also exercise the same right; people who have become incapable of work due to an injury at work; former prisoners of concentration camps; who have begun working up to adulthood. This includes some art workers. Despite the right of every Frenchman to receive a pension, in order to rely on the maximum size, you must work at least 40 years. For each missing year, a decreasing coefficient is applied. Of the maximum amount of the pension in this about 1,2% is deducted for each missing quarter of work experience. "

We will have to raise this issue under more favorable circumstances.

I am very skeptical about the liberal-market wing of the government.
But one plus in the irremovability of power is still visible, is continuity.
The period is now special (although they told me that Russia has no and never had other periods)
If our rulers decided on the changes that led to the year 2014, then they are given the cards, as they say in their hands. Now they are still clinging to the old "market" schemes that are of little use for Russia, they are hoping for Russia's further entry into the "world economy", but reality will prompt other solutions. I hope so.
          Sanctions should help a lot.
In the 17th year, the “hated tsarist government” was thrown off, but was it easy for ordinary people to live? In any case, they also ate a quinoa, and counted the work-days.
There was no other way out.
From the point of view of any government, even Soviet, even liberal, the good and satiety of the people is, if not the tenth, then deeply secondary.
Well, pitchforks .. Our trade unions are completely "manual", employers have no problems with them. The bulk of the people and do not understand why they are needed. Many write statements and quit unions.

The goal was. And there was also what one old woman formulated on the train when answering my question about how they lived before: "Under Stalin, every day it was a penny cheaper."
About the Soviet you are summarizing it in vain. For example, the people's commissar of food, Comrade Tsuryupa (also, apparently, a Ukrainian) fell into hunger at a meeting of the Council of People's Commissars and was sent to a sanatorium for two weeks by a special resolution of the Small Council of People's Commissars. Everything was. (Yes, about the later distributors and about the Holodomor, after the cattle in the eastern provinces were cut out upon entering the collective farm, I know you can’t write.)

Only no one wants to remember the history of 20 years ago - in pursuit of cars, apartments and a sweet life, memory (along with brains) has dried up. That in 98 the prime minister was Kiriyenko (“Kinder Surprise”) and the crisis was his merit. And eliminated and raked this shit Primakov-Maslyukov-Gerashchenko. And certainly not Putin. This triumvirate for 8 months of its work pulled us then and did so much that we still use it. And then they were removed and who came to everything ready ?. Right future "savior of the fatherland." After all, the measures of the triumvirate just began to give a positive effect. As they say, on someone else's hump he entered paradise. And slowly, drop by drop, these measures were removed by 18 years. Well, the propaganda inflated. But their brains then. Thinking who will be uncle?

Do you know why? Because he is bad and evil. I'm talking about the one that Gardamira and Dedupihto need to reel in order to find happiness

About wet dreams. Well, come on to harsh reality. Whoever of you Zaputinians will explain here are such simple questions that I have: As a result of increasing pensions. will an increase in unemployment occur? And the pressure on the labor market and the level of salary? There are a lot of jobs where the salary is 15-18 thousand, even in cities and rural areas this is also normal. At this pressure, does the salary increase or decrease? Putin also said that this is to increase wealth. : “Russian President Vladimir Putin at a press conference commented on the idea of raising the retirement age in the country. According to the head of state, the payment system“ needs to be balanced because there is a risk that pensioners’ incomes will be reduced. ”
And no one, especially those working, will have it? Once write about the dissatisfied, "and think why they raise it - you have to think about it." Just think and answer. VERY waiting.

There is one misfortune: there are not so many people who now retire immediately after reaching retirement age, and it is unlikely that in ten years the situation will change for the better.
So, perhaps, such a sharp increase in unemployment will not happen, especially if the officials are smart enough to limit the import of slaves from Central Asia.

The Central Bank's policy of reducing purchasing power will stabilize inflation at 4%. Let's tie our belts and belts tighter and rush into the demographic hole. 8 extra years for women and 5 years for men will fly by. Let's give them all our pensions, let them take the whole pack to their England or some island, and we will finally hold fair, competitive elections. This government deserved a 5+ resignation.
I remember once he, I mean Dmitry, said that we should reach the European level in gasoline prices, and so in Finland, which is poor in natural resources, it costs about 1,4 euros, about 110 rubles, well, We are waiting for another surprise.

There are many more retired officials themselves.
Why in Russia does a person who left his health in a hazardous occupation receive a pension of 10-15 thousand rubles, and some official who spent his whole life sitting in an office receives 50 thousand rubles? High pensions for officials and deputies are ensured by federal laws that they wrote for themselves. This is an insurance pension for the common people, but for civil servants it is considered completely differently. Nobody converted them into points. Upon retirement, officials receive 55-75% of their salary, depending on their length of service. Their salaries are high, and their pensions are decent. And it is not the Pension Fund that pays them, but the federal budget. At the municipal and regional levels, local deputies, mayors and governors prescribe in laws various allowances and additional payments to pensions. One head of the city set his future pension at 320 thousand rubles, another at 260 thousand, a third at 245 thousand. And the majority of pensioners in these regions receive 13 thousand rubles a month. Do you think this is fair? What kind of pension should officials have and what should it depend on?

Personally, I think that raising the retirement age is the best thing that has happened to Russia over the past 18 years. Just imagine, the backbone of Putin’s electorate - people from 40-50 years old will now retire much later, at the same time, old people who are already pensioners themselves have chosen to raise the retirement age for their children and they understand this. Both of my grandmothers are still alive (both voted for Putin and both proudly admitted this to me) sincerely cried that their children (my parents) would retire much later.
It would be nice if the freed up money was used to increase pensions, or, for example, to restore the prestige of a teacher. I'm afraid that this money will go to the security forces, Timchenkos and Rottenbergs.
So guys, you made your own choice and you won’t live long enough and your children won’t see your untouched savings.

I specifically highlighted here this squeal of a stoned duck under the Belarusian flag accusing Putin. Note not Lukashenko, who has already raised the retirement age in his country! Apparently it’s scary to blame Lukashenko, despite the fact that the Belarusian pension is significantly less than the Russian one! To be honest, I don’t want to particularly comment on the words of the comrades under the Azerbaijani flag, whose residents are pouring into Russia in the millions to feed their families! Like other representatives of the former Soviet republics!
The situation has developed where in Russia today there are 120 pensioners for every 100 working people. There are only two solutions to this problem! Either stop indexing pensions or double the payments of employers to the pension fund! This is an objective problem and it must be solved very thoughtfully, and not bawled!

Tell us about these 5 pieces! This is an objective situation! The ratio between those working and those not working dictates this situation! Why lie then?! I don’t have any special sympathy for Medvedev, but the accusations must be fair! Besides us and Uzbekistan, all post-Soviet republics have already raised the retirement age. I'm speaking from memory, but I think I'm not mistaken. The current retirement age was set in the 30s! Back then, the average life expectancy of men did not reach 50 years! The communists here, under red flags, are not happy with the fact that in Russia this value is much higher?! Why all this lies on topic here! But it is very difficult for us to emerge from that demographic hole, despite all the serious measures taken in the country! Can you tell me about maternity capital?! And let all these lovers of building socialism, before babbling about justice, remember which government was the first to “liberate” a woman, so that she was the FIRST in the world to legalize the murder of unborn children! And then in the USSR this generally became the norm, and now, as soon as a voice is raised that such a situation is not acceptable, there is a wild howl from the left about discrimination against women! And is it Putin’s fault that there is no one to work?! And also the communists, you always give us great communist China as an example... Please tell me what percentage of Chinese elderly people generally receive these pensions?! Guys, you need to read more, be interested in life and history, and not listen to loudmouths who, since 1917, climbed onto an armored car and never got off it! Let's take it off. It's time. And further. How many pensioners do we have now?! They will receive an increase in their pension. Are you against it? I'll work some more. Nothing.
The normal situation is when there are at least 150 workers and 100 pensioners.
        1. 0
          14 June 2018 22: 08
Is this a normal situation? data for 2017: Rosstat published operational monitoring of the civil service. In some regions, the statistics were perceived as a mockery of common sense: in the Oryol region, for example, the ratio of able-bodied Oryol residents paying taxes to government officials receiving salaries from the budget is seven to one. The pension supplement for officials is provided in the amount of 75% of the average earnings for years of service in the state structure, and if previously you only had to work for 3 years to qualify for this bonus, then from 2017 the period is increased to 10 years. Now even if you want, you won’t be able to kick out many.

There are not two solutions to the problem, but many more. The pension is determined not only and not so much by the relationship between workers and pensioners, but by the materialized labor, production, factories, etc., which generate profit and which these pensioners created. Until they start working, until the Government creates conditions for this, you will not really decide anything. This is, if you think about it.

Heart attack or stroke from work. Ambulance with flashing lights. Next is medicine. Another question. I looked. What we are told and what actually happens are two very different things. Relatives stand behind the patient like a wall. They are looking for passages and medicines. Otherwise, in the box. Lately, everyone simply doesn’t live to see 65. A rather interesting picture emerges. They announced that we will live until 80+. If the previous decrees failed, then do you think the new “jumper” ones will be overcome? Everything works out just like in the states. We walk in full image and likeness. There is clanism and the same thing here! They always told us one thing, but did their little things on the sly.
