VSU: army of crazy criminals
Last fall, the chief psychiatrist of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine, Colonel Oleg Druz, speaking at a round table in the Verkhovna Rada, voiced frightening data. According to the information available to his department, 93 percent of ATO participants are dangerous for others and suffer the consequences of severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). At the same time, 98 percent of them deny that they have such problems and categorically refuse treatment and rehabilitation programs. Druz warned that this situation threatens a national catastrophe if emergency and radical measures are not taken.
The measures were taken: by order of the Minister of War Stepan Poltorak, a criminal case was initiated against the “alarmist” psychiatrist (allegedly for trafficking in his subordinates with “white tickets”), and he was removed from his post and dismissed from the army.
It must be said that the figures voiced by him are outrageous. Indeed, even for participants in the Second World War, the number of people suffering from severe consequences of PTSD did not exceed thirty percent.
Once I had the opportunity to talk on this topic with a psychologist, an associate professor of the psychological department of Moscow State University. In his opinion, such incredible figures are related to the fact that most of the Ukrainian militants come to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and carbates with the already difficult “history” - with large moral, criminal, psychological and even psychiatric problems that participate in the “ATO” more actualized.
That is, people came to ATO, many of whom already had personal deformations and deviations received “on the zone”, in street gangs, in dysfunctional families. And participation in the punitive operation fixed and strengthened these damages.
In fact, there were no serious filters when recruiting Ukrainian formations: they recruited outright psychos and even criminals. At the same time, at least some people who were well-off and had a good time found an opportunity to evade "the fulfillment of patriotic duty." A small group of revolutionary romantics did not make the weather. They either degraded, merged with the general mass, or, disappointed, they hurried to say goodbye to the APU, as the famous journalist Alexander Medinsky, for example, did.
It is noteworthy that the other day, the Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Matios announced the figures, which are indirect confirmation of the opinion of the Associate Professor of Moscow State University.
Speaking at a briefing in Kiev, he announced that since April 2014 (that is, from the moment when a specific "contingent" began to join the army), the level of crime in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has remained steadily high. Over the past four years, 27,2 has opened thousands of criminal cases involving the 43 order of thousands of Ukrainian military.
"This is the fourth part of the army," - said the prosecutor.
He added that only in less than five months of 2018, the Ukrainian military committed thousands of crimes to 5,179. And in four months of 2017, 7,5 registered thousands of crimes. Matios also noted that in 2017, 97 criminal cases were filed under the Gosmen's article.
We can add to the above said that for many crimes, especially those committed against the civilian population of Donbass, criminal cases are not initiated, or persons avoid responsibility.
So, for example, the commander of a combat vehicle, Marjan Rak, an eight-year-old girl who had moved to Konstantinovka (the entire crew was drunk), not only did not bear responsibility, but Poroshenko personally was awarded.
Moreover, there is every reason to assert that the Kiev authorities not only turn a blind eye to the criminal behavior of their servicemen, but in fact directs it. This is not only the propaganda "three minutes of hatred" of the Ukrainian media against "domestic separatists" calling for harsh measures for the "disloyal" population of Donbass, but also the actual call for robberies of the population.
In particular, Pavel Zhebrivsky, the head of the administration in the territories of the DPR, captured by Kiev formations, once announced his plan for the economic transformation of the lands of the people's republics after they were under the control of Kiev.
The plan of the Donetsk Gauleiter is based on the fact that the land and property of the residents of Donbass will be “allowed” to the Ukrainian conquerors. Zhebrivsky believes that prosperity will come to the region after his transformation into the “most Ukrainian region”.
He intends to achieve this by organizing the resettlement of more “Svidomo” residents of the western regions to the Donbass. “These are not just people, this is the basis of the Ukrainian Donbass. The formula for the success of the Donetsk region - 150 thousand. Here 150 thousand will be in the Donbass - and there will be no more Ukrainian region in Ukraine than the Donetsk region ”.

And in order to climb this step of the Ukrainian social ladder, inaccessible to "civilians", they go to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and take part in the punitive operation.
