Welcome to Thailand ... the MoD of the Kingdom creates a database of tourists

52
Press Thailand distributes messages of the main military department of the country. In the newspaper Bangkok Post says that foreign tourists arriving in the country, will now be entered in a special register of the Ministry of Defense. In addition to tourists, those who came to the kingdom to earn money and also decided to go into business will be included in this register.

The Ministry of Defense of Thailand reported that inclusion in a special register of foreign citizens will improve the situation in countering transnational and cross-border crime, increasing the level of national security of Thailand itself.

Welcome to Thailand ... the MoD of the Kingdom creates a database of tourists

Thus, an electronic filing cabinet will appear in the Thai MO in which all personal data of Russian tourists will also be stored.

Experts note that Thailand could have taken this step with prompts from American partners, who are known to be engaged in blatant hunting for foreign nationals in third countries - for those citizens who allegedly violated US law. Based on this, it can be concluded that the personal data of Russian tourists will also fall into the files of American intelligence agencies for their use at the discretion of the NSA, the CIA and other specialized agencies, not counting the relevant departments of Thailand.

For reference: last year Thailand was visited by about 1,3 million Russian citizens. This suggests that Thailand continues to be for the Russians one of the most popular foreign countries for recreation.

to prohibit trips to tai until the law is repealed or it does not concern our citizens.
since the file cabinet of our military and other employees who go there on vacation, we also do not need.
and Russia’s Tai will not want to lose money.

Well, you can act in a civilized way - start bombing Thailand.
in fact, a ban is the same sanctions - if Thai wants Russian money, then let him do what Vanya wants. not what John wants.

Do not drive the snowstorm. They even go to Pattaya with their children for a family vacation. Only in the city center, Europeans have fun. Guys begin to feel among prostitutes. And Thailand is a beautiful country with good people.

Don’t drive the blizzard yourself. You have no idea what is happening in tae and what kind of people are there. What you saw in the tourist area is just a picture for the fools who then talk on forums about a beautiful country and good people. You will leave 100 meters from the tourist area and get everything that is not in the tour advertisement, it’s good if you leave alive.

if a tourist in Moscow visits only Red Square and the Central Department Store, he will consider that Russia is a small but very rich country.
and by the way, purely tourists in children in Thailand compared to the rest are scanty.

Yes, it is unnecessary to forbid anyone. Those who have brains in their skulls and do not go themselves and who do not have them, let them travel, then there will be a surprise for them when they are taken to the USA in shackles.
Russia is not the USSR, and apart from concerns and protest notes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it does not protect its citizens abroad in any way. Russian citizens are already freely abducted from the border of Russian territory, and in response only concerns.

they are not released not only in tai, but generally abroad.
but besides state secrets there is interest in ordinary servants.
they are also recruited, and then promoted ("help" from the outside).
such mattresses were often made in the 90s.

What for? What is actually happening? Well, the Thais decided to keep separate records of the number of tourists, zrobitschane and businessmen. Flag in their hands. Such records are kept by border services of any state. Well, we decided to save personal data in a special file cabinet of our Moscow Region. The second flag is in their hands. What will they keep there? Name, citizenship, date of birth. What other information can be obtained from the passport? Well, they will exchange this data with someone else. So these processes of exchange occur everywhere. In my opinion, nothing has changed, except that the Thais decided to put things in order in the accounting system, about which they wrote a couple of lines in the local newspaper. Honestly, it is strange that such information attracted the attention of the editorial staff of VO and received an ambiguous "coloring":
it can be concluded that the personal data of Russian tourists will also be transferred to the file cabinets of the American special services for their use at the discretion of the NSA, the CIA and other relevant departments

Although in anticipation of the beginning of the holiday season and the opening of the Crimean bridge, you can find an explanation.
For my military, I believe, is also not worth it. Who is "in the subject" - that is restricted to travel abroad.
It is somehow illogical to close the country due to changes in the procedure for registering foreigners. Such measures should be taken, and immediately, in case of manifestation of hostility of the authorities towards our citizens or their inaction, if someone else will do it. But, I think that Thais do not all polls have an extra chromosome, so they will do everything possible to preserve the tourist flow from Russia.

For those who are in the tank: According to the law, the military, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard, judges, and other special contingents can NOT go anywhere except Crimea and other "friendly" places, but if they are traveling with the written permission of the immediate superior. So, data about our "military" cannot get into this base, but all sorts of "hackers" and other objectionable ones were always at gunpoint. Well, the Thais will get their data, hand over to the Americans what it will change, from the social networks the Americans will receive even more data, and if you need to re-buy them from our banks, hospitals, pension funds, there is always a weak link.

For their own safety, they are obliged to monitor those who come to them. Everything else is lyrics and not their troubles. You don’t want to, they don’t drive you there. And the security forces, having considered all the options, will simply remove Ty from the list of allowed and that’s all. Storm in a glass of water.

To prohibit travel to any country is a futile occupation. It took place during the Union. But the thinking processes of citizens can be stimulated by the ruble. For this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to create a list of countries where abductions and attacks on Russians by state security agencies have been noted. To travel to these countries you will need to pay very decent insurance, in case of legal or medical assistance, if a person is arrested or attempted to be killed. I think that such a list could be led by Great Britain.

Thai ride purely on Thai prostitutes

This is an exaggeration, of course. There are many interesting things in Thailand. Starting from ancient Buddhist temples in the jungle, vegetarian festivals and tropical fruits, continuing with hiking, parks, mineral springs, beautiful ocean beaches and ending with jewelry and silk.
Nevertheless, the problem of prostitution, and in some tourist places obsessive, exists.
As for "to Pattaya with children" - not the best idea, IMHO. Some absolutely “smart” parents walk around the Volkings with their children among the crowd of prostitutes, transvestites and shouted. What is in the head of such people? .. is unknown.
