Roscosmos completed the assembly of the Soyuz-FG rocket

On March 17, 2018, at the Baikonur cosmodrome, specialists of Roscosmos enterprises completed a general assembly of the Soyuz-FG space rocket. The emergency rescue system was docked to the space head, and the head unit with the Soyuz MS-08 manned transport vehicle (TPC) together with the third stage was docked with the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle package
- the report says.

It is noted that after the assembly of the RKN was completed, a meeting of the technical management of Roskosmos and the State Commission for the flight tests of manned space complexes was held. During the meeting, a decision was made on the readiness of the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle and the Soyuz MC-08 TPC for export to the March 19 launch complex.

The launch of the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MC-08 manned spacecraft is scheduled for March 21 at 20.44 Moscow time from the site No.1 (Gagarinsky Start), RIA reports News

        The Americans flew to Mars, and the Martians covered them with a cap. Well, they got their laser super-duper cutter and began to cut the cap. In three shifts, they cut without breaks and lunch breaks. A week later they crawl out and see that the Martians are sitting around the dome and looking at them. Well, striped Martians are asked
        - Well, how do you like our technology?
        - The technique is of course good, but a month ago the Russians flew in, so with the help of a crowbar and some kind of mother, they broke everything in two hours

        The second launch is scheduled for spring 2018 from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.
        The first flight of the heavy Angara took place on December 23, 2014.
        Roscosmos expects in 2019 to make the "light" "Angara 1.1" and "Angara 1.2", but the heavy version according to the original plan should appear by 2022.

        You are probably too young. And this is probably very good.

        April 5, 1975, 11:04 a.m., Baikonur Cosmodrome, launch complex No. 1. Launch of the Soyuz 11A511 launch vehicle, which was to launch the Soyuz-18A spacecraft into orbit.

        On board the spacecraft was a crew of:

        Vasily Grigoryevich Lazarev, commander of the ship (2nd space flight);
        Oleg Grigoryevich Makarov, flight engineer (2nd space flight).
        When the ship was put into orbit, the onboard systems of the third stage of the launch vehicle failed, and the automation decided to emergency separation of the ship from the carrier. The separation occurred at an altitude of about 150 kilometers above the surface of the Earth.

        The spacecraft descended to Earth along a ballistic trajectory with large overloads reaching 15g. The descent vehicle of the ship landed southwest of the city of Gorno-Altaysk on the side of the mountain. After touching the earth's surface, the descent vehicle rolled down the slope and stopped only after catching on a tree growing on the edge of the abyss.

        Only by miracle did the astronauts survive. They did not fire a parachute, which saved them from death. Astronauts were evacuated from the descent vehicle by helicopter. The duration of the flight of the astronauts was 21 minutes 27 seconds.
