The Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties (TsPVS) and the Syrian military continue to negotiate with members of the illegal armed groups in Eastern Ghouta about the withdrawal of civilians from the area. Militants are considering withdrawing several dozen residents in exchange for the opportunity to leave the area with their families under security guarantees,said the representative of TsPVS, General Vladimir Zolotukhin.
On Friday, taking advantage of the humanitarian corridor, 13 fighters left East Guta. They are all sent to Idlib.
The Center for Reconciliation of the Warring Parties once again calls upon the leaders of the illegal armed groups to allow the civilians of Eastern Guta to leave the area, as well as to go out on their own. Safety guaranteeadded the general.
The center recalled that at present there are two humanitarian corridors for civilians and militants - in the settlements of Mukhayyam Al-Vafedin and Mlekha. While the radicals continue to block the approaches to them.
