Apparently, the West decided to give Russia the opportunity to act as a guarantor of the peacekeeping mission in the Syrian Arab Republic. Surprisingly enough, the draft Russian resolution on Syria was supported by ardent opponents of Moscow. It is also surprising that even the Syrian opposition themselves asked to give the Russian Federation the opportunity to act as the main regulator of the peacekeeping plan to improve the situation in this Middle Eastern country.
On the one hand, I would like to sincerely rejoice that Russian diplomats have nevertheless achieved their goal, but on the other hand some low sense of expectation of the “setup” wakes up. It seems that Russia was decided to remove from the American road the implementation of "democratic plans" in a slightly different way. In connection with the decision to provide our diplomacy with a carte blanche in the Syrian issue, we can expect that the “surprises” will begin to manifest themselves as soon as the mission of observers in the Arab Republic begins. After all, any failure of the Russian Federation in this field will be in the blink of an eye represented as: “Aha! Here it is your vaunted peacekeeping activities. We told you that the Assad regime is a bloodthirsty tyrant regime. And this means that Assad itself will be reassured only by NATO bombers and American special forces. ”
I don’t want, of course, to suspect our western "partners" of any provocations, but it is worth expecting that in the near future the confrontation between the so-called Syrian opposition and government authorities will only increase in a strange way. And the more it grows, the more chances the West will “snickerfully sneak” towards Russia. I want to believe that all this is nothing more than personal author's conjectures ... But somehow there is no feeling that all this is done exclusively for good purposes. In the end, the West itself taught us to pass every step through the prism of a certain mistrust. In general, it is necessary, as usual, to hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst. So we in Russia have become suspicious, damn, damn ...
What is stopping Estonian political dancers?
A modern Estonian proverb says: "Everything is fine in Estonia, everything is fine in Estonia, and if something is not very good in Estonia, then Russia is to blame for that." Not so long ago, in Tallinn (by the way, “Tallinn” with one “n” Word emphasizes), hearings were held about who today in this world prevents small, but proud Estonia from developing. It would seem that the years of the Soviet "occupation", in which Estonia had the best economic indicators among all the Union Republics, already behind, it would seem, the European Union warms with its loans, it would seem that Nazi criminals can sprinkle the Tallinn roads with sand of history. But, here's a bad luck - there are still forces that prevent the Estonian authorities from moving towards a brighter future even more and more thoroughly. It turned out that there are at least three such external "destructive" forces, and all of them, you understand, are connected with Russia.
The strength of the first is not a lot, a little, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation headed by Sergey Lavrov. The second force is the organization “World without Nazism”, and the third force is the Russian TV journalist Maxim Shevchenko personally, who simply pushes the Estonian authorities and frightens them with the restoration of the USSR with his non-Stalinist propaganda.
But the list of Estonians created a very short. This could be added 13% of the population of Estonia itself (the so-called non-citizens), which by their very existence prevent the already democratic Estonian state from honing democracy even more. This also includes the state of Israel, which now and then protests to Tallinn officials, who support the parades of SS veterans and themselves often take part in these parades. By the way, it will be interesting to look at the Estonian political elites when the European Union orders to live a long time. Probably, we (or our descendants) will witness how Tallinn accuses Brussels of “occupational” actions and imposing the “hated” euro, which simply buried the NAATHAL Estonian currency - the kroon. So, gentlemen, Europeans, you are more careful with this Tallinn. French presidential elections are held this Sunday.
