That is why, before the wedding, the groom must obtain the necessary documents from the military registration and enlistment office.

"However, this order is not respected everywhere: in the Kiev military registration and enlistment office about this rule is not even heard," - said the publication.

In turn, the Kiev and Moscow districts of Kharkiv, in turn, confirmed that “in order to apply for marriage registration, a man of military age must have a registered certificate or military ID card with him”.
