Government forces occupied the Siyasiya bridge and reinforced the blockade of ISIL detachments in the northern part of the city of Deir-ez-Zor. At the same time, the Syrian army special forces detachments of the Tiger Forces occupied the settlements of Balum, Balut, an electrical substation, the Taiba school and other positions in the territory of the city of Al-Mayadin.
