Service castration

The struggle for the observance of the rights of reserve and retired servicemen is escalating. Veterans with increasing activity write to various authorities up to the president of the country, demanding an elementary - the implementation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the previously adopted law "On pension benefits for those serving in the military ..." And what about the State Duma? How do people's deputies care about the rights of their voters?

The State Duma, as it became known to the "MIC", began to move before the summer vacation. The most responsible deputies attempted to abolish the degrading 0,54 coefficient, authorizing weaning of people in shoulder straps for almost half of the deserved retirement pension. A corresponding bill was prepared. However, his fate was deplorable.

Voiceless majority

The draft, which provided for the abolition of the discriminatory coefficient, was introduced by State Duma Deputy VI convocation Vyacheslav Tetekin. But even at the discussion stage, the Government of the Russian Federation and, oddly enough, the State Duma Committee on Defense, headed by Vladimir Shamanov, spoke out. The conclusion, signed by Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko, who heads the government office of the Russian Federation, said: when reducing pensions from 100 to 54 percent, the legislator was guided by the fact that the calculation of military pensions from January 1 of 2012 is based on the new, higher money allowance and this ensures their an increase of 50 – 70 percent. Starting from 1 in January, 2013 has established a mechanism for a phased annual increase in the amount of the money allowance taken into account when calculating pensions. In addition, Prikhodko noted, "the government of the Russian Federation provides for an annual increase in these pensions by two percent above the inflation rate." And the implementation of the bill proposed by the MP Tetekin will require an increase in federal budget expenditures by 500 billion rubles a year.

Probably, Mr. Prikhodko did not serve in the army, because otherwise he would not give such conclusions. In fact, this provision of the law has practically not been working for two years now and everything has been going on to sway it at all. Why then did they even adopt the law “On pension provision for those who did military service ...”, in every possible way advertising deputy care for people in uniform? By the way, almost all the last years, real inflation in the country was more than six percent, and no one took this into account.

I note with regret that the bill to abolish the notorious 0,54 coefficient was proposed to deputies just on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day - the voting in the Duma took place on February 22 of the year 2017. The document was No. 631118-6 and was called “On the recognition of the second part of the second article 43 of the law of the Russian Federation 12 February 1993 of the year No. 4468-1“ On pension provision for persons serving in the military, in the internal affairs bodies, the State Fire Service, drug and psychotropic substances control agencies, institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system, and their families. ” Everything in it is extremely well-founded and weighed. It was a good reason for people's choices in fact, and not in words to take care of the defenders of the Fatherland. Unfortunately, after counting the votes, the draft did not receive a quorum. Supported the proposal of all 19 deputies. Against and abstain - 0. That is, the 431 dumac did not vote at all. Eloquent testimony to how popularly elected representatives are indifferent to the fate of the defenders of the Fatherland.

At this next election, we should think hard not only to pensioners of the Ministry of Defense, but also to all servicemen, along with their family members, representatives of the Russian Guard, FSB, FSO, and other law enforcement agencies. I don’t name the names of the deputies and the factions to which they belong, so that on the eve of the presidential elections we don’t politicize the situation once again. Those interested can find a list of indifferent on the website of the State Duma.

Caste privileged

Service castrationAnd what position did the Duma Defense Committee take? After all, he must stand a mountain for the observance of the rights of servicemen. The conclusion of 9 February 2017, signed by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Krasov ("United Russia") refers to the same motives. The deputy chairman cites an iron, as he believes, argument about the ratio of military to average civilian pension, which has increased in favor of the military by 1,8. And the increase in military pensions proposed by the author of the draft law leads to an even greater gap with civilian ones and not only will not ease social tensions, but will also cause its growth, the deputy argues. In addition, according to Krasov, in modern socio-economic conditions, the possibility of such a sharp increase in federal budget spending on these goals seems at least controversial.

What can I say? Taking care of saving state funds and talking about social justice is good. But a few questions arise.

First, the beaten thesis about the excess of military pensions over the average civil one in 1,8 times looks reproachful of those in power to the people in uniform - we are wholehearted to them, and they grumble. In that case, let me ask you: maybe it's not a big military pension, but a humiliatingly pitiful civil pension? Of course, it is a shame that after working all his life, a simple person today receives mere pennies on which one can not live with dignity. But this is not the military to blame, they did not make the life of our old men almost unbearable, but the ruling elite, that is, the same government officials and lawmakers. And let's not forget - it was a decent retirement pension that has always been a significant argument for someone who, when he was young, chose a military path.

Secondly, Andrei Krasov admits in his conclusion that there is social tension in society due to low wages and pensions. But then what are you doing, gentlemen, to prevent such tension? Are you seriously discussing bills banning sex with prostitutes and excluding drinking scenes from movies?

Thirdly, shouldn't officials and deputies like Prikhodko and Krasova try out simple arithmetic calculations and find out the correlation of their monthly salary with the average pension and salary in the country? Or the incomes of such “effective managers” as stolen millions and the VIM-Avia management who escaped abroad? This is where you can think about social justice and budget savings.

This is not all, there are fourth. The introduction of the reduction factor from 2012, taken into account when calculating the military pension, and the further freezing of indexation for some reason did not apply to the following categories of pensioners and their families (Section 6 Art. 12 FZ No. 309):

judges of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and military courts;

prosecutors (including military prosecutors);

employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (including the military investigating authorities of the RF IC);

federal government civil servants.

What is the reason for such a selective approach? What is the ordinary judge honored deceased in Syria, General Valery Asapov?
That is why Vyacheslav Tetekin and hundreds of thousands of military retirees, persons equated to them rightly believe that applying these restrictions only to them really leads to an increase in social tension, contrary to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Russian legislation.

Of course, I would like to hear the opinion of the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Vladimir Shamanov, on this account. But a seasoned paratrooper carefully keeps silent.

Improper mechanism

Recall once again: real inflation in Russia lately, except for this year, was about seven percent. Thus, even with a two percent increase, the purchasing power of military retirees is reduced by 1 / 20 annually. It turns out, on the one hand, the state recognizes that veterans of military service and law enforcement agencies should receive a pension at the level of the average monetary allowance. On the other hand, he declares that they have no chances for justice before 2035.

Citizens who are subject to the proposed provision for abolition of the provision of the law, carried the necessary for the state and dangerous to their life and health services. The proposed bill could eliminate the existing imbalance in the volume of social protection measures, would restore justice to veterans, reduce the level of social tension, at least in this segment.
In the definition of the Constitutional Court of September 24 2012 No. 1800-0, it was noted that the change in the size of certain monetary payments should be carried out in such a way that the principle of maintaining confidence in the law and the actions of the state is respected. But there is no trust. There is a law that must be implemented, and not to look for loopholes, how to get around it, and excuses for this.

In connection with the numerous appeals of the officer and veteran publics to the legislative and executive authorities, judicial instances, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation 13 of June 2017 of the year presented for discussion at the round table the question of the fulfillment by the state of social guarantees for the payment of pensions to military servicemen, as well as law enforcement officers and their family members (initiated by Anton Tsvetkov, Chairman of the RF Commission for Security and Cooperation with POC). The root of the problem is the discriminatory coefficient 0,54. In 2012, in fact, a tax on military pensions in the amount of 46 percent, which is levied including on veterans and invalids of the Great Patriotic War, which does not fit the standards of morality and morality, was introduced, which is not stipulated by law. The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, verifying the constitutionality of Part Two of Article 43 of the Federal Law No. 4468-1 on the appeal of military pensioners, recognized the so-called reduction coefficient corresponding to the Basic Law only on condition of establishing the appropriate compensation mechanism (definitions 1433-O of 17 July 2012 of the year and No. 1800-O from 24 September 2012 of the year). But the proper mechanism has not worked for five years.

Over the years, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation have suspended from January 1, 2013 on January 1, 2018 of the following pension provision rules for military service personnel (as well as service in the ATS, GPS, drug control agencies, institutions and bodies of the UIS, Rosgvardia), and family members:

indexation of the monetary allowance of military personnel and military pensions in accordance with the rise in prices for consumer goods and services;
the monetary allowance is taken into account when calculating pensions from 1 in January 2012 of the year in the amount of 54 percent and from 1 in January of 2013 th annually increases by two percent to achieve 100 percent of its size (indexation);

Taking into account the level of inflation, the Federal Budget Act indicated the annual increase can be set for the next fiscal year in an amount exceeding two percent.

As a result of the suspension of the above legal provisions on January 1 2017, the military allowances and military pensions have depreciated by more than 44 percent. The purchasing power of salaries for five years has fallen by more than a third. To return to the situation that was on 1 January 2012, they must now be increased by almost 50 percent.

It is quite natural that for five years now there has been a struggle between the officer and veteran publics for the restoration of justice. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Union of Soviet Officers, the Movement in Support of the Army, the Defense Industry and Military Science take an active part in it. It would seem, which bells should still be beaten in order to hear the government, the State Duma? Or there the enemies of the state have already entrenched themselves, who are just waiting for the protests to spill onto the streets.

And football will die

The participants of the “round table” in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation noted that further preservation of the reduction factor for military pensions would increase social tensions and could lead to mass demonstrations by the officer and veteran community. But you can still fix the situation. It is only necessary to understand that those carrying military service perform constitutionally significant functions, which determine their special legal status, the content and nature of the duties of the state towards them. The need for military personnel to perform assigned tasks under any conditions, including those with significant risks to life and health, as in Syria today, entails the obligation of the legal system to guarantee social protection that is adequate to the special status. Offered:

1. To entrust the deputies of the Communist Party faction in the Committees of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on defense, security and anti-corruption, labor, social policy and veterans' affairs, budget and taxes, civil society development, issues of public and religious associations, the State Duma Commission on consideration of federal budget expenditures to ensure national defense, security and law enforcement, to prepare in a short time and to introduce a bill on the abolition of the discriminatory coefficient 0,54. To create for this working deputies group.

2. To involve in the preparation and discussion of the bill deputies from other factions, the officer and veteran community, especially the Union of Veterans of the Armed Forces, the Committee of War Veterans, the Union of Officers of Russia, the Union of Soviet Officers, DPA, military lawyers, journalists, the media covering this topic.

3. To widely cover the preparation and content of the bill in the party and other available media, social networks.

4. The leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to find an opportunity to publicly state the position of the Communist Party on this issue and the measures taken by the party.

Representatives of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, military lawyers, and other competent specialists took an active part in the round table in the CP of the Russian Federation. There were two video links with the Primorsky Territory and the Voronezh Veterans Organization. In the speeches, people insistently demanded that the coefficient be removed and thereby eliminate wild injustice.

Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs told how they work on this issue, prepare applications, request funds for the articles. But each time they run into misunderstanding and closed doors of the omnipotent Ministry of Finance, where the answer is one: there is no money. Therefore, there is no hope that a meeting in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation will give anything.

“It's amazing, there are money in the state for various kickbacks and huge salaries for mediocre footballers, but there is no decent life for servicemen who have devoted their health and strength to the defense of the state,” says the main military adviser to the chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Igor Belozertsev. “Calls for no money, but you hold on!” Can go on forever. And until the notorious coefficient is removed, the question is not solved. Moreover, by introducing various amendments, the government may indefinitely freeze or delay the work of an already adopted law.

Task No. 1 - to cancel the coefficient that degrades people in uniform. Then they will receive a full, not castrated retirement. Protecting the state from external enemies, creating favorable internal conditions for business, people in epaulets with blood and then earned a decent old age. ”

According to Belozertsev, in the near future it is required:

develop and introduce for consideration a new draft law, taking into account the necessary amendments;

seek an appropriate decision of the Constitutional Court on the issue of the 0,54 ratio, referring it to the legislature’s department if they have not developed a compensation mechanism;

to raise the officer and veteran public (unions, committees, officer assemblies, etc.) to fight for their legitimate rights;
organize the direction of mass lawsuits to the courts with the requirement to return stolen from military retirees, and this is hundreds of thousands of rubles.
People still do not understand that everything has come up against the blank wall of official indifference, and it is no longer possible to pierce it with moans, letters, and complaints.

If a broad protest wave does not rise on the ground, the current anti-army bog in the State Duma will continue to spread stench and rot.

      Now they will start!

      Special status, privileges and something else.

      Salaries and pensions should not be raised gloatingly, not to raise, but to demand an absolutely fair approach to everyone!

        I was dismissed from the military due to health reasons (disability 2 groups, then 3 “done”). Pension 14257,57 RUR I served in different garrisons and changed my family with 6 places of residence. I lived separately from my family for 1 year and 1,5 years, until I find housing. And how much he changed the "hut" ...
        And you, dear Mordvin3 weak? Did you go on business trips without even saying goodbye to your wife and children? Have you lived for several days in the winter forest, or in a field where you could only warm up on the tank’s transmission? You would have lounged for several months in different hospitals ...
        And why do you, my dear, judge the army, not knowing what it is? "Term" does not matter. You say that everyone chooses his own path. That's right. Why didn’t you choose military service? Now I would receive a great pension, like mine, and save on medicines

            You see, there are no idiots for someone to give their lives for. Therefore, live calmly, work, raise children. And they will guard your peace. And, yes, idiots do not need money, and apartments are not needed. After all, they can live in the field and in the forest. They themselves will live and the family will be taught to survive. And if this idiot dies, protecting my peace, then he does not need anything at all.

As I understand it, in our country everyone (except for special benefits from bureaucrats) has meager pensions that can be compared to spitting from the state and this reflects the general state of the economy in the country. But here I don’t understand why the growth of world GDP is ahead of Russia's GDP growth, despite the fact that we have “the best and irreplaceable leader” ???? Why is Russia a world energy superpower, and gasoline (in terms of liter / salary) is the most expensive ??? I don’t understand how one can yell about "an unprecedented growth in agricultural production" and keep silent that in Russia there are now 19 cows, and in the RSFSR there were 000 ??? You can argue a lot about who will raise the pension, civilian or military, but this is a stupid argument !! All citizens of Russia should have a decent pension !!!!

        Siluanov refused the Defense Ministry to increase salaries for the military
        The Ministry of Finance rejected the proposals of the Ministry of Defense to increase military salaries, deciding to index them only by 4%. Such an increase in allowance is clearly not enough, which follows from the conclusion of the State Duma Committee on Defense on the draft law "On the federal budget for 2018 and for the planning period 2019 and 2020".
        Given the "importance of the tasks performed by the military," you need to look for ways to redistribute money in the budget to index the allowance of military personnel, say members of the Shamanova committee and indicate that this can be done by the second reading of the draft budget in the Duma.
        To the point or out of place, I recall that the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, the hereditary financier Anton Germanovich Siluanov tripled his income in 2016, earning 95,44 million. Among his real estate there are three modest land: 9 thousand square meters, 10 thousand square meters and 22964 square meters. m. About the 253-meter apartment and other things, I'm not talking ...
        At the same time, on the ministerial meetings, Anton Germanich demands absolutely nothing to save on everything and every time he calls not to fatten.

    Not crazy, not fantasy. All the same song in the next variation on the theme - "The Union itself has collapsed, the authorities are fattening, the people are robbed and living worse than the Greeks ..."
    So if you give pensioners a handout, like the Greeks, then they will be happy and shut up?
    Falichev, wipe your eyes. The war is on. The question of the very destruction of Russia and its peoples is ominously facing everyone; do you hope you also do not live on the moon?
    Not a single word was said that the war was lost in 1991, that a trap annually paid not a feeble tribute of more than 100 greens, that the winner dictated his conditions of occupation, set his authority on the ground as usual, established his Law-Constitution and order life for the defeated country and its peoples, including military pensioners, many of whom in fact handed over to the USSR at the mercy of the winners, and now receive what they DESERVED.
    It is not necessary to deal with scribbling in all occupation instances, but to rub their eyes and face the terrible truth in the eye and take the right step by voting for Putin on February 18.02.2018, XNUMX, but not as the president (president of the occupation constitution is not power), but as for the Commander-in-Chief of the RF Armed Forces and the Head of the National Liberation Movement from the occupiers. For which the trap is ready to devour him alive. Those. choose a military force capable of once again liberating Russia and its peoples, now from the Anglo-Saxon yoke and establish a decent life for the people, including the military.
    Ale, Falichev, and others like him ... If the need for this, to the highest degree decisive step is not understood today and this step cannot be taken on February 18.02.2018, 1918, a civil war will not be avoided in 11000, but we will not deal with the Entente , and with NATO, and ammunition will go into business not for three inches, but nuclear and 000 million victims, as then we will not pay off ...

    Two crossings, one fire. And this is not a joke at all. How much money a soldier flies for his life in a trite way, for new furniture, household appliances, which, when moving to a new duty station, turn into junk. Wives do not work. for nowhere. etc. If we calculate the material losses and how it is fashionable today to say "lost profits", then a military pension can hardly compensate for all this. And then also retire at 40-45 years old and then what? It’s already hard to get a good job at that age. And in modern times, universal reductions and optimizations even more so.

      All the comments reminded me of one poet-versailler S. Oleinik, who indignantly denounced the early and "large" pensions of the military (if my memory serves me back in the early 70s), and I especially remembered the "poetic" answer of military pensioners who explained all the hardships and deprivations of military service. So to say that restoring justice to us military pensioners is supposedly likely to entail “confusion” among the masses; stupid on the one hand, and criminal on the other; after all, the size of the deputies ’money content doesn’t cause“ confusion. ”The oligarchs’ unjust income and the income of еев lyceum’s’ (all kinds of singers and other “creative elite”). All this is FALSE and EXCUSES with a clear unwillingness to restore JUSTICE guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation!

      You are in vain. It’s possible to get a job (normal), but ... if the specialist is without any extra ambitions (Oh, I’m a colonel, but here I have to work simple, not a boss). Sam left after 7 years in the Far East, still in 97 (without pension), already 49, but work is in progress (I cut from 30, but for me this is the minimum I’m reluctant to go to). And my father-in-law (the one with a pension, with a decent one) found a job (because he left with a cap, and therefore without special complaints).

    Credit? At such interest as now? It’s better to go to the porch right away so as not to suffer. Electrician or driver? Well, imagine, for example, a division commander (brigade) as an electrician. or submarine commander by the driver. Military, they are different. And the point here is not at all to “command”. A person who has received a certain status. A certain significance, not imaginary, but quite concrete, as it does not get out of hand. Why did he have all his service, honestly serve the motherland. to bear all the "hardships and deprivations of military service", to pursue career growth. To achieve some heights, and then, due to the specifics of military service, be retired, with the option to either eke out a rather miserable existence or go to the "electrics". And note that this is not about a man 60 years old. And about 40-45 year olds. A lot of soldiers who are retired long before 60 (civilian) years. And if the state does not provide them with decent employment, or a decent existence in the form of a pension. That is not normal. Do not find? Why, for example, does an officer who has graduated with dignity having served his country and climbed the career ladder, occupying important posts and positions, after retirement should be on the -1 floor of a social elevator? Did he deserve it? And his wife? which could never work anywhere because there is nowhere to work. And his children? Deserve it? a couple of ice ago in Maskvabad they issued an order prohibiting members of the family of a military serviceman from working in a unit subordinate to their spouse. Of course, the guys from the Arbat military district know better. And what should wives do in a military camp then? it turned out that 2/3 must be fired, because one way or another they were subordinate .. Bullshit? rave. And such is the life of the military. You know, I have long generally understood that in matters of pensions the civilian military does not understand. The civilian pension is lower, often very significant, and it seems that you were healthy too, and the military has a military service, which is a "special kind of public service." And throughout the service, most face significant hardships and hardships. I personally agree that civil pensions should be increased, but the military should be increased MORE. Military service is a SPECIAL VIEW. And no civilian can compare with her. And do not forget one important fact. Civil retires at age 60. That is, it is understood that up to 60 it works. What is 60 years old? This is a specific grandfather. He already has grandchildren. Children, as they say attached. And we take the soldier left in reserve at 40. I have already said that many have different reasons. Someone fell under the OSH, someone was tired of rotting in some hole, someone because of their health or family members. Up to 60 generals and even then not all serve. And what is a retired military at 40-45? This is a person who for the most part has a profession that is not very relevant in civil society. And he still raise children. He’s happy to arrange his own, because he has been wandering around the garrisons all his life. And he is forced to start from scratch in essence. And now the employer is finicky. serve him younger. So it turns out the poor fellow retired military as the fifth wheel in the cart. It seems that it can spin like the rest, but it’s just not necessary, because 4 wheels drive a cart completely.
    And about the directors of factories, which went to electricians and drivers. Try-on mona? at least one.
    Well, in general, I have not argued on this topic for a long time. Already argued. Here, as they say, a well-fed horse is not on foot.

      The average civilian and military pension should be correlated in the same way as the average civilian and military salary and no more. But no less. Pension, of course, should be greater for everyone, but not with our government spending on all sorts of crazy projects. For specific examples, yes, I have them, but what good is it for you to call here specific people whom no one will excuse me. And the factories are different as well as the shelves by the way. And about the difficulties, I'm sorry, but there are difficulties on the citizen. In the army they will feed you a drink and tell you what to do. On a citizen with the difficulties of being, everyone understands himself. Forgive me forcibly no one forces a life path to choose. Again selat and nothing personal.

      Seriously? The employer needs specialists. I wrote (under my pressure) my resume. Invited. "You will make edits in the projects" to his wife 60. The next day, a flurry of calls: "how to make a slope?" “Calculate the short-circuit current?” “Is there a drawing of“ earrings ”?”, The mobile phone glowed. I’m not lying. A week later, a 30-year-old igrun whistled out. A month later another designer left. "I am glad that you work in my company" - the words of my wife. And regarding the submarine commander - an “electrician”, you need to check how he stacks the cable channel, how he joins the corners, how he cleans the “copper”. I, an engineer on automation and telemechanics, were taught very harshly. I know how a chipper is different from a grinder. And the submarine commander is “piece goods,” and he will be able to find a position on a citizen according to status.

      The Russian Guard announced a tender for the purchase of 104 pairs of general epaulettes made of crystal.

      Each pair is estimated at 5,6 thousand rubles. In total, 582 thousand rubles will be spent on the purchase from the federal budget in this way.

All of them must be made of crystal. Each pair should be packed in a gift box “with a mechanism for opening the top cover”, trimmed with burgundy velvet.

      “Crystal epaulets must be completely transparent (with the exception of a star), color elements, abrasions, turbidity, bubbles, inclusions, cracks, chips are not allowed. The material of the product must be completely homogeneous, ”explained in the terms of reference.

    To be honest, now I’m ready to pick up something heavier and go smash all sorts of public places. Here, in France, Italy or in the same Germany periodically do this and there is an order in taking into account the interests of the people. And in our country, the way to somehow reach out even to a regional deputy in the Duma is classified as steeper than military secrets. Something someone there accepts, cancels and they give us only the result, from which it reduces the cheekbones.

    One acquaintance said: “I’ll crawl to Moscow for such a cancer pension and die for Putin with a gun in my hands.” He served in the Far East, in the North. Do you want even more money, the author is a scorpion?

    and what kind of pension does the military have ..

    So they’re also leaving at 45. Let’s then make a normal pension for civilians, but it’s unethical to knock yourself out.
    There are a lot of letters in the article about deputies and other servants of the people. I agree that the servants of the people live for our taxes. I would have canceled cars, security, medicine, would have left my salary, and if you want to go to Merc at your own expense, you want Zaporozhets. If you want to go to the clinic, you want to go to the paid hospital.
    They say there is no money. There is simply money that is not being used rationally. We have half of the country retiring at 45, and they are talking about raising the retirement age

    Civil retires at age 60. That is, it is understood that up to 60 it works. What is 60 years old? This is a specific grandfather. He already has grandchildren. Children, as they say, are attached

    Well, let's make grandfather plow up to 65. You retire at 45

    Sam himself has long been sacked, a veteran of the military base, every month receiving this allowance, which the ghouls, softly sleeping and sweetly guzzling, called a decent pension, I recall all the epithets and expressions ever heard in the barracks and on the battlefield, only they at that moment they were turning at the cash register in the head. What did not expect from his former commander Shamanov, so this one, he was always a competent, very tactful and though strict, but caring commander, was highly respected in our midst. The conversation is not about him, but there is one more discriminatory moment. A person who retired before 2000 does not recalculate the amount of his pension in relation to raising his salary, in violation of all laws. That is, officers who had the hardest fate, Soviet-hardened, who went through all military and interethnic conflicts, which were thrown and then betrayed into the thick of it, for which they had not been paid money for years, faithful to the oath and duty, continued to fulfill their duties to defend the Homeland, preserved honor and traditions the Russian army, who was humiliated and insulted in their country, there were moments that it was embarrassing and even dangerous to leave the unit, fell into service from hunger and fatigue, because they served in the unit during the day, and worked as watchmen or at night a grab to somehow feed their families, to arrange life, the service and life of which took place in a bare field after the withdrawal from groups of troops and republics, where they were left to survive. So these people who did not change their oath and duty in the most difficult time for Once again, countries that have snickered bureaucrats have humiliated and spat in their faces. We have already gone through one defeat and destruction of the Russian Armed Forces, I look with quiet glanders at the tendency to a second approach, only from the other end. And this is when a country is at war, who will protect it the same ghouls-bankers working for a hostile power, who cover their feeders with their bodies, effective managers, traders, lawyers and political scientists, maybe our elite, who has become stupid from easy money, and so on. football players, students of paid universities, trained at parties, I doubt it.

    I had lieutenants who are already pensioners at 27-30, and so what? But nothing, that to 40 from the beyond psychological and physical exertion that no professional athlete could withstand the human body like a 70-year-old, without taking into account the fact that many of my comrades have iron in their bodies from bullets and fragments for up to 100 g. That, even the lieutenant’s decisions, in the literal sense of the word, depends on the lives of 30 people, and in some posts, on the whole of humanity. do not talk about issues in which they know nothing. Military service is not a TV screen and glossy magazines with Hollywood, it is hellish and hard work with the taste of blood and sand in the mouth, on the verge of life and death, even in everyday life. voluntarily renouncing their civil liberties and personal life, for the sake of protecting the homeland and the people (for you this is an empty phrase), these people should be guarded and properly maintained, unless, of course, they want to continue to calmly hamster on the couch, peeing on the post.

    The military cannot protect themselves and their rights ... Something terpil ... How can they defend their homeland with such organizational skills?

    I bring for those not particularly inquisitive with a flawed, unpredictable education, judging by the expressions, with a criminal bias. According to the law, it is forbidden to participate in rallies, strikes and other unauthorized speeches, to join any party and take part in political activities, to conduct mass actions, etc. By signing a contract for military service, a citizen voluntarily renounces civil liberties and trusts himself, including his body and soul, in the government of the state, regulated by charters and instructions. Any deviation from this law - Criminally punishable and lead to deprivation of the status of a military commander. your rights are defended by the court of law and according to the regulations, which was mentioned in the article above, please read it from beginning to end, although I understand that for modern youth this is hard and excessive work that is longer than SMS before writing posts under questions about which you have no idea, and they, in general, do not concern you.

    But didn’t you try not to steal the budget and pump out funds from the country, and not rob it?

      The military is also a people, if you did not know. And protect you from external misfortunes. For some reason, I don’t see a long line of people who want to serve in our armed forces, even for what you think is big money. For a good life, we only want justice. To the working people, to which we relate no complaints. By the way, the service, if anyone does not know this is also a job, and quite heavy. Several of my colleagues passed away at the age of about 40, although they entered the service completely healthy. The main questions we have are those who are sitting in our government, especially the so-called economic bloc. It is they who distribute the public property in such a way that more than half of the funds are deposited in the pockets of hundreds of other new rich people. It is they who decide which laws will be adopted and which are not, who will get the bold piece, and who will be lean. Our parliament does not decide anything, they unanimously vote for what they indicate in the government. Therefore, no laws objectionable to them, such as the law on progressive taxation, will be adopted, no matter how hard some deputies try. Speaking of Shamanov. The news went that his committee insisted on increasing pensions for employees in line with inflation, but the government is against it. "No money, but you hold on" ...

    That's for sure. Ordinary people, as a rule, have no idea "what is such a service." Although often, they frantically claim that they all know.

    Everyone chooses fate. And we should not be measured here, who and what is more. The state to which we are hunchbacked and hunchbacked must and must give us a decent pension.

    To Syria in the trenches of these "people's" deputies. You hope for the Communist Party, it is unlikely that the notorious Voronenkov from there about the other factions and say nothing. The government and its rotten liberal bloc are doing everything to substitute the Supreme before the Army and other power structures. This includes cutting spending on rearmament and social needs of military personnel, etc.
