The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation signed a contract with PJSC United Aircraft Building Corporation (UAC) worth 1,7 billion rubles for the purchase of a passenger plane Tu-204-300 in the Salon version (with a capacity of 55 seats) for the Rosgvardi troops, reports bmpd with reference to the government procurement portal.
Tu-204-300 passenger aircraft (RA-64026 registration number, 1450743364026 serial number), previously operated by Vladivostok-Avia, is stored at Aviastar-SP JSC in Ulyanovsk.
The aircraft must be delivered to the 3553 military unit in Schelkovo-10 (Chkalovsky airfield) by December 1 on 2018.
The aircraft supplied is “intended for use in carrying out the tasks assigned to the National Guard troops by Federal Law No. 03.07.2016-FZ on 226“ On the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation ”, the order description says.
In turn, UAC 22 September posted on the public procurement portal a “notice of purchase from a single supplier (leasing company Ilyushin Finance Co., JSC - IFC) of a long-range civil transport plane Tu-204-300, serial number 1450743364026, and tail number RA- 64026, the price of 1,667 billion rubles (including VAT) with delivery time up to 1 November 2018 of the year ”.
Thus, we are talking about the delivery of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia after the conversion into the “Salon” version of the Tu-204-300 aircraft with the registration number RA-64026, which is the first machine of the long-range modification of the Tu-204-300.
Help bmpd: “The plane was built by Aviastar-SP JSC in Ulyanovsk in 2000 (made the first flight of 8 in July of 2000 of the year), although its formal release date is 6 of June of 2005 of the year (when this type of certification test is completed on this aircraft). From 2005 to 2013, this board, being owned by IFC, was leased by Vladivostok-Avia, and since January 2014 has been stored at Aviastar-SP in Ulyanovsk. In February-March, the 2015 of the year was used for certification tests for compliance with the ETOPS-120 standards for a flight in the event of a failure of one of the engines. ”
