There are reports from Syria that the Syrian government army is being consolidated on the eastern bank of the Euphrates. The success of the Syrian troops with air support by airplanes and attack helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Force was achieved after taking control of the island of Sacre north of the Deir ez-Zor airfield. As a result of a successful operation, Syrian troops were able to create at least one more bridgehead on the river bank, which was previously under the control of ISIS (* terrorist group banned in Russia).
Informational portal AMN reports that air strikes forced igilovtsy to abandon their positions at the Euphrates and flee to the east. At that time, Syrian troops were able to gain a foothold on the left bank, where a few days ago the advanced special forces could break through.
The web continues to discuss effective air strikes against military equipment and the positions of ISIS terrorists (*) on the banks of the Euphrates. On the frames you can see the destruction of the fortified positions of the militants by the airborne forces of the Russian Federation. In fact, several bridgeheads of terrorists by air strikes were dropped into the waters of the Euphrates.
The Syrian army had an operational scope and, most importantly, the time necessary for the development of success on the left bank of the Euphrates. Recall that the occupied positions of the CAA continue to move Kurdish armed groups supported by the United States. However, they also have to face resistance from the retreating igilovtsy, caught up between the Syrian government forces and the Kurds themselves.
Earlier, the Peshmerga command (Kurdish troops) announced that they would not allow the CAA to advance on the territory on the left bank of the Euphrates. Therefore, an open armed conflict between the CAA and the Kurds is brewing if it is not prevented during the round-table talks.
The CAA, with the support of the Russian Aerospace Forces, was entrenched on the eastern bank of the Euphrates. ISIS runs east
