The BTR-82A armored personnel carrier is a heavily upgraded version of the BTR-80A. The main missions of the vehicle are transportation of motorized rifle and marine infantry units, their fire support and combat from the machine.

BTR-82A exceeds its predecessors in almost all indicators: increased firepower, survivability, maneuverability, protection of personnel and resource exploitation. Also installed on the machine anti-shielding protection and full air conditioning system.

As practice has shown, a delivery vehicle very quickly turns into a fire support vehicle. Unfortunately, manufacturers are in no hurry to change the layout of the machine. It would be nice to equip the car with two engines. One is in front, the other is behind. The front engine compartment is fenced off with armor plate. In case of undermining, the main blow will fall on him. Kick panels over the engine will provide shock wave care. MechVod remains alive, and the internal space of the APC is not damaged. An APC will be able to leave the danger zone in the rear engine. In addition, it becomes possible to make a hatch for landing from behind, as requested by the MO.
About KAZ the song is old. Anyway, you have to create it for such machines. Everything is much more complicated here and the tank version will not work. You can neutralize the danger by rejecting the flying ammunition, for example, into the ground, or transferring it to a chaotic trajectory. Moreover, such a KAZ will have to fight with ammunition filled with shrapnel. It would be nice to integrate KAZ with the Warrior kit. In case of danger, KAZ will send a signal to the vibration module built into the kit.
