Eternal memory to the Pskov paratroopers

On the night of March 1, near the settlement of Ulus-Kert, at the exit of the Argun gorge, 2000, the paratrooper company 6 of the Guards paratroopers' regiment, 104, the airborne division, took over the blow of the 76 militants.
The paratroopers did not retreat, at the cost of their lives blocked the path of the enemy. 84 guardsman died. For the perfect feat 13 officers, 9 soldiers and sergeants awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation, the rest awarded the Order of Courage. Only six fighters survived.
After the fall of Grozny in early February, 2000, a large group of Chechen militants retreated to the Shatoy district of Chechnya, where February 9 was blocked by federal troops. Then, February 22-29 was followed by a ground battle for Shatoy. The militants managed to break out of the encirclement: the group of Ruslan Gelaev broke through in the north-west direction to the village of Komsomolskoye (Urus-Martan district), and the Khattab group - in the north-east direction through Ulus-Kert (Shatoi district), where the battle took place.

28 February 2000, the commander of the 6 Company of the battalion of lieutenant colonel Evtyukhin, Major Sergei Molodov, was ordered to occupy the dominant height of Ista Kord near Ulus-Kert. However, since Molodov had just arrived at the unit and did not even have time to familiarize himself with the personnel, Evtyukhin decided to personally participate in the operation. 29 February in 12: 30 reconnaissance patrol as part of 12 man entered the battle with a group of about 20 militants and was forced to retreat to the height of 776, where the commander of the company Molodov entered the battle. He was wounded and died later that day, and the command of the company was assumed by the guards lieutenant colonel Mark Evtyukhin.
At five in the morning of March 1, the militants began to attack from several directions at once. Regardless of the losses, they climbed and climbed the slopes. Taking the nearby height of Nameless and seeing how few Russians were left on 776,0, the bandits rushed there. The sapper of the guard wounded in the chest, senior lieutenant Alexander Kolgatin, under the fire of the militants, managed to install two guided mines and put them into action. The explosions laid dozens of criminals writhing in pain on the ground. But the brutal militants again went to the assault. The battalion commander ordered the group of guard senior lieutenant Andrei Panov to stop the militants bursting northward. For a full forty minutes, leading accurate fire, a brave officer with ten paratroopers kept the enemy in his direction. In the south, with his group stood to death Guard Lieutenant Dmitry Kozhemyakin. But there were so many bandits that the paratroopers could not stop them even at the cost of their lives. The surviving small group led by battalion commander Mark Evtyukhin concentrated at the triangular top.
In 6 hours 10 minutes Evtyukhin last went on the air and caused artillery fire on himself ... The scouts led by senior lieutenant Alexei Vorobiev and reconnaissance platoon Lieutenant Dmitry Kozhemyakin fought heroically against the gangsters. The surviving soldier, Aleksey Komarov, said that they even fought hand to hand with the bandits. Hacked with sapper blades, knives, butts. Until the last patron, he covered his subordinates, Senior Sergeant Suponinsky and Private Porshnev, Lieutenant Dmitry Kozhemyakin.

"! Couldn't they have been supported by aviation fire?" - another fairy tale for rabid "hurray-paatsriots" .... which "writer" wrote this nonsense? how are such details known? here is a video of militants from a height ... and on it, for some reason and somehow, the corpses of soldiers in sleeping bags ... that is, they slept at night? Why would the militants "pack" soldiers in sleeping bags and then shoot them? ... where did the unrealistic figure of 2500 come from? a sane person can imagine such a number of people in the mountains? The "writer" keeps militants in general for the abnormal - why would they, with shouts of a chain, go on the attack on the airmen? complete nonsense ... where did their own intelligence look? who RESPONSED for this grand disaster for the Airborne Forces? WHY KILLED SO MANY PEOPLE? no one wants to think about alternative scenarios ... everyone grinds a very greasy and foul-smelling miracle story ...

Even if something is embellished (unlikely) or unclear - it doesn’t matter. The guys fought stubbornly, did not run, did not raise their hands, held on to the last and showed the enemy that the Russians were by no means rams. This feat is akin to Panfilov’s or Brest Fortress. And no fig malice.
By the way, where did the video of the militants from above come from if there was fog and, as a result, non-flying weather? Have you ever shot in fog even with special filters? Do an experiment.

ETERNAL MEMORY TO OUR Fighters BOW TO THE EARTH !!!

In the mountains, at the top, there is one height
Where has the landing company gone to eternity
There, the Mujahideen’s account went for thousands,
But the Russian landing did not leave the heights.

The snow was bloody there, the land screamed
Mountains cried there, asking for mercy.
Seven hundred jackals lay there in the ground,
But our soldiers were able to restrain them.

The attacks rolled one by one
And the sun faded, it seemed at times
On the flank, on the left stalled machine gun,
And the chain of Wahhabis goes and goes.

Signalman in headset shouting a call sign
Come quickly get in touch dear
But the bullet crazy radio operator will kill
And help to the soldiers will not come.

The commander died, then the company commander died
The foreman creeps over the trench bend
From there he calls the attackers,
But the mines will split the splinter belly.

The whole company died in an unequal battle
But the honor was defended, the country and its
May you rest in peace, dear friends
My Motherland is indebted to you.

From the evening of February 29 to the morning of March 1, 2000, fighters of the 6th company of the 104th parachute regiment of the 76th (Pskov) Airborne Division under the command of Lieutenant Colonel Mark Evtyukhin entered into battle with a large illegal armed group near Argun in Chechnya, at the turn Ulus-Kert — Selmentauzen, at an altitude of 776.

The battle lasted from one in the afternoon until five in the morning of the first of March. According to various sources, the number of militants was estimated from 1,5 to 2,5 thousand trunks.

In the battle, 84 troops were killed, including 13 officers. Only six fighters survived. Losses of militants were, according to various estimates, from 370 to 700 people.

By decree of the President of the Russian Federation, 22 paratroopers were presented to the title of Hero of Russia (21 of them posthumously), 69 soldiers and officers of the 6th company were awarded Orders of Courage (63 of them posthumously).

    Chronology

    -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------

Colonel Melentyev, commander of the regiment, ordered the commander of the 6th company, Major Molodov, to occupy the dominant height of Ista-Kord. The company advanced on February 28.

The militants retreated from Shatoy, to the Argun gorge. Since the riverbed was mined, access to the gorge was only through a height of 776.

The company stopped at an altitude of 776, 4,5 scouts were sent to Ista-Kord, 12 kilometers away. At 12.30 the reconnaissance patrol entered into combat contact with a bandit group of about 20 militants. Scouts retreat to a height of 776, the company commander Molodov with a group enters the battle, but then dies from a sniper bullet. The company commander is Mark Evtyukhin.

On February 29, at 16 p.m., the battle began. The battle was only two platoons. Rota, rising to a height, stretched for 3 kilometers. The third platoon simply did not have time to climb to the top, the militants overlaid the height and shot the platoon on the slope, while climbing.

The fight lasted until 3 a.m. on March 1, and continued after a two-hour break.

At 3 a.m. on March 1, a platoon of Alexander Dostalov (15 people) was able to break through to those around him, who, having violated the order, left the defensive lines of the 4th company at a neighboring height and came to the rescue.

At five in the morning, bearing heavy losses, the militants took height.

Captain Viktor Romanov after the death of the battalion commander Mark Evtyukhin caused a fire on himself. The height was covered with artillery fire.

The commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the guard, senior lieutenant Alexei Vorobyov, destroyed the field commander Idris.

Fighters of the 1st company of the battalion sought to help the fighting comrades. But during the crossing of the Abazulgol River, they were ambushed and forced to gain a foothold on the shore. Only in the morning of March 2, the 1st company managed to break through to the positions of the 6th company.

    Survivors

    -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------

After the death of Dostalov, the last officer, senior lieutenant Kozhemyakin, remained alive. He ordered Suponinsky to crawl to the cliff and jump, he picked up the machine in his hands to cover the private. Fulfilling the order of the officer, Alexander Suponinsky and Andrei Porshnev crawled to the cliff and jumped. By the middle of the next day, they arrived at the location of the Russian troops.

Tymoshenko, was sent by the commander to the flank of the machine gun crew of the militants, was wounded and stunned by an exploding mine.

Khristolyubov and Komarov were in the third platoon, which did not reach the height, and was destroyed on the slope. In the battle, at a height, did not participate.

Private Evgeni Vladykin, left alone without cartridges, surrendered, he was hit on the head with a butt, and he lost consciousness. When he woke up, he was able to break through to his own.

"The losses of the militants amounted, according to various estimates, from 370 to 700 people" - I will allow myself a small portion of alternative information: according to an interview with Amir Khattab, the losses of the Mujahideen amounted to 25 people killed and about 50 wounded of varying severity (42 of them were shot by the feds themselves surrendered) ... the assault group consisted of 70 fighters ... in total ... the total number of Mujahideen in the detachment was about 1300 people in several columns ... some of the federals died, judging by their wounds, from their own artillery ... Several "leaving" traces were found in the "latrine" of the company of paratroopers ... apparently 6 people who survived, left in "gardens" .... for those who are especially curious: videos of militants from a height are available on the Web ... and also, in addition to 84 paratroopers in this area at the time in question, several more reconnaissance groups were destroyed, which the generals shyly keep silent about ... information for thought ...

84 vs. 700 ... why is there such a difference in the number of losses? Both sides had the same weapons and the same training. The landing force is the elite of the army, but the highlanders also handle weapons no less famously - they have been running around with guns since childhood. The militants, like the landing party, had a solid combat experience. On both sides the fighters were brave, neither the militants nor the paratroopers had any cowards. Why then are they telling us that the losses from the militants are 9 times more?

teach the story of 28 Panfilov’s e-PR, but there is a fact of achievement
Official version: On November 18, 1941, near the village of Strokovo near Volokolamsk, a group of tank destroyers of the 1077th Infantry Regiment of the 316th Infantry Division, commanded by General I. Panfilov, repelled the attack of the enemy motorized infantry battalion. 11 sapper soldiers, led by the company’s junior political instructor A. Pavlov and platoon commander, lieutenant P. First, held their defense line for a long time, which was attacked by 20 tanks with infantry. The sappers fought heroically. Standing to death, they destroyed seven enemy tanks and dozens of fascists, enabling the main forces of the regiment to retreat to a new defensive line. All 11 soldiers died following the command order.

According to historians, the real events of that battle were somewhat different from the official version of the events set forth on the memorial plate of the memorial, but it remains unchanged that the sappers accomplished the feat. In 1941, Panfilov’s division retreated to Moscow, in fact it was a retreat. Three Wehrmacht divisions fought against one 316th Infantry Division - the 35th Infantry, the 2nd and 11th Panzer. The forces were unequal. The headquarters of the 1077th Infantry Regiment, which was located in the village of Strokovo, was to be relocated to a new location in the village of Kutino. The soldiers faced the most important task of detaining enemy troops, giving the opportunity to retreat. Covering the withdrawal, the heroes stood to their death. Among them were sappers in Strokovo. They fought to the end, during the defense, they blew up two enemy tanks on mines. Soldiers wounded in battle were captured and killed. However, a few hours, won at the cost of the lives of 11 sappers, were enough for the headquarters to retreat to Kutino.

Sapper warriors posthumously awarded the Order of Lenin. The mass grave of 11 sappers - panfilovtsev is located in the village of Strokovo.

Russian fighters are taught to fight with a numerically superior number of opponents 2-3 times. It still works. Since childhood, no one has instilled in our guys that after death in battle there will be paradise, this is love for the motherland and fantastic courage, with which you need not only to admire, but also to take an example. This is a feat that cannot be forgotten. They showed the whole world what the Russian soldier is capable of.

Eternal memory to the fallen soldiers who did not spare themselves so that ordinary people lived calmly and peacefully. Russia stood on such people, stands and will stand. We have no right to oblige them.

for some reason, I recalled the words from the song of the Blue Berets: oh, share ...

Again the clouds above the ground frown
    Rain of lead overhead dizzy
Will pull the finger on the trigger
No one's life is worth the price.
We ourselves have chosen our share -
    Talk in a bullet fight
So that he could calmly at home
In the cradle to sleep son.

In that soldier fighting spirit lives,
The honor of Russia sons will not die.
    Those with seats in battle
They will not save their country.

The battle at Height 776 is an episode of the Second Chechen War, during which the 6th company of the 2nd battalion of the 104th parachute regiment of the 76th (Pskov) Airborne Division (Lieutenant Colonel M. N. Evtyukhin) entered into battle with a detachment of Chechen militants led by Khattab, near Argun in Chechnya, at the Ulus-Kert-Selmentauzen line, at height 776

February 28 - the commander of the 104th regiment, Colonel S. Yu. Melentyev, ordered the commander of the 6th company, Major S. G. Molodov, to occupy the dominant heights of Isty-Kord. The company moved out on February 28 and occupied height 776, and 4,5 reconnaissance officers were sent to Mount Isty-Kord, located 12 kilometers away. On February 29 at 12:30, the reconnaissance patrol entered into battle with a group of about 20 militants and was forced to retreat to height 776 , where company commander Molodov entered the battle. He was wounded and died later that day, and Mark Evtyukhin became the company commander. At 16:3, just four hours after the capture of Shatoy by federal forces, the battle began. The battle was fought by only two platoons, since the third platoon, stretched during the ascent to 6 kilometer, was shot by militants on a slope. By the end of the day, the 31th company had lost 33 people killed (1% of the total number of personnel). On March 3, at 15 o’clock in the morning, a group of soldiers led by Major A. V. Dostavalov was able to break through to the encircled people (4 people), who, having violated the order, left the defensive lines of the 1th company at a nearby height and came to the rescue. Soldiers of the 1st company of the 3st battalion sought to rescue their comrades. However, while crossing the Abazulgol River, they were ambushed and were forced to gain a foothold on the bank. Only on the morning of March 1 did the 6st company manage to break through to the positions of the XNUMXth company.

At 05:00, the height was occupied by the forces of ChRI militants. Captain V.V. Romanov, after the death of company commander M.N. Evtyukhin, called fire on himself. The height was covered with artillery fire, but the militants managed to break out of the Argun Gorge. The commander of the guard reconnaissance platoon, Senior Lieutenant A.V. Vorobyov, destroyed the field commander Idris (according to other sources, Idris died only in December 2000)

    Only 6 fighters survived.

From the story of Andrey Porshnev:

It is not clear why no one came to us. Well, okay, the helicopters hadn’t been sent yet: we didn’t have an aircraft spotter, and there was also “green stuff” all around—the helicopters were of little use. But the fourth company was nearby. There was simply no order. That's what the guys from the fourth said. Only the artillery... They probably fired two carloads of shells at the “spirits”... At some point they came at us like a wall. One wave will pass, we will shoot them, half an hour of respite - and another wave... There were a lot of them. They just walked towards us, their eyes bulging, shouting: “Allahu Akbar”... Then, when they retreated after the hand-to-hand fight, they offered us money over the radio so that we would let them through...

As of 2009, there are still many ambiguities in the official version of the story of the death of the 6th company. According to journalist E. Polyanovsky, there were many criminal oddities in the history of this battle. In July 2003, an open appeal from a regional public organization of families of fallen servicemen to President Vladimir Putin was published. In it, the relatives asked a number of questions to the acting. the commander of the OGV, General Gennady Troshev, the Chief of the General Staff, General A.V. Kvashnin and to the command of the Airborne Forces:

    1. Why was the exit of the company delayed by the command for a day?
    2. Why couldn’t the company’s property be dropped off by helicopter?
    3. Why did the company move into an ambush that had been prepared in advance for it?
    4. Why did the company not support the long-range artillery?
    5. Why didn't the company commander be warned about the presence of the main enemy forces on the route? How has information about the movement of the company became known to the militants?
    6. Why the regiment commander demanded to stay and promised help, although the company could be withdrawn at any time, and the company sent to the aid went along the most inconvenient route?
    7. Why did the military leave the field of action for three days to the militants, allowing them to bury their dead and collect the wounded?
    8. Why did the information of the Pskov journalists published five days later take the generals by surprise?

Vladimir Putin made a statement at the 76th Airborne Division in Pskov, admitting the Kremlin’s guilt “for gross miscalculations that have to be paid with the lives of Russian soldiers.”

There are assumptions that the passage from the Argun Gorge to Dagestan was bought for the militants from high-ranking federal leaders. “All police checkpoints have been removed from the only road leading to Dagestan.” While “the airborne group had information about the militants at the level of rumors.” The price for the retreat corridor was also mentioned - half a million dollars. According to Vladimir Vorobyov, the father of the deceased senior lieutenant Alexei Vorobyov, “Regimental Commander Melentyev asked for permission to withdraw the company, but the commander of the Eastern Group, General Makarov, did not give permission to retreat.”

Vladimir Svartsevich, military observer, director of the photo service of the Moscow bureau of the AiF, argued that “there was no heroism, an outright betrayal of the guys by specific individuals of our command.”

Contrary to the counterintelligence ban, we managed to talk with a witness to the death of the guys - with the boy who was sent by battalion commander Mark Evtyukhin, who died in that battle, to tell the truth. The material was written overnight; I compiled a complete chronicle of what was happening, hourly and minute by hour. And for the first time he named the real number of deaths in one battle. Everything was true. But the pathetic words that Mark Evtyukhin allegedly said on the radio - “I’m calling fire on myself” - were not true. In fact, he said: “You, you betrayed us!”...

...The fact of the battle at height 776 was hushed up, as was the number of losses...

...In Pskov, opposite the location of the deceased company, i.e. 84 chestnut trees were planted in the place where she lived...

I started looking for more information, and on the website http://desantura.ru I found the following statement from a forum member under the nickname Prado:
    "Greetings to all forum members.
A little about myself... An ordinary conscript soldier, called up in the fall of 98, paratrooper...
An avid hunter since childhood, I consider myself a very observant person.. I want to share with you my opinion and observations regarding the death of the paratrooper brothers..
I haven’t read the topic, I’m new to your forum, consider all coincidences with those who wrote about this as an accident... Don’t judge strictly, this is just my individual opinion, this is not the truth, and is not the court of last resort..
In general, the picture was as follows: ninety paratroopers, stretched out in a line, trudged towards the designated high-rise building, in the vanguard was the intelligence department. At the head of the department, most of the officers, contract soldiers, and demobilizers.. That is, those who walked lightly, the rest (these the young people, who carried all the camp belongings, plus weapons and ammunition) walked at the tail of the column. It was getting dark... The terrain was mountainous, tall-trunked beech, small growth in places. We passed the required high-rise, and for some reason went further... the scouts came across spirits, a short battle, rolled back to the head of the column.. And .. And a halt! They sat down on the ground, some of them lay down, took out food, lit a cigarette, relaxed, took off their shoes, etc. I think the spotters worked, brought the team, otherwise it would have been it couldn’t. They were just waiting for the artillerymen to help, in principle we fought like that, no one raised any troubles. Plus, their own people were catching up little by little. Meanwhile, the spirits bypassed them and shot them with heavy fire from close range, the tail of the column lay down immediately, on the rise, they turned out to be cut off from the main forces, and the guys are young, have no experience. The last to go (probably the heroes of Russia now) were two soldiers, one red-haired, the second longer... they carried a cast iron stove (according to one intelligence officer).. They ran away immediately, they were scared, It seems to me that they couldn’t even put up a fight, otherwise they would have stayed there forever.
I heard the battle, I just came from the post, it was around midnight. It all started together, bursts of small arms did not stop for a second, for about an hour about a hundred guns were raining, with occasional grenade explosions. Then the artel poured out... and silence, we thought everyone was level. ,.but rare shooting continued, then there was a lull..For half an hour, probably..Then again the battle, but not so intense..It seemed to me that they were being watered down by our people. But they only snapped in short bursts and grenades. Then again the artel, then again a battle. But this time it was completely pitiful, uneven. Around six in the morning only the artel was hammering, then everything went quiet... occasionally shots were heard, but single ones. And they were so deaf, point-blank and obviously into the ground...
You're probably wondering where I was? Nearby... An hour and a half on the armor, at most. Our platoon did not sleep, the platoon leader was exhausted, "Well, when are we going to go to the rescue?!" The BMD engines were purring, we were sitting on the armor, fully armed. BUT THERE WERE NO ORDERS, SO WE LISTENED TO SHOOTING ALL NIGHT, IN AN ALL-ROUND DEFENSE, AT OUR HIGH HIGH... It was pitch black...
The first to get through to the Pskov residents in the morning were the valiant reconnaissance officers of the special forces of the Airborne Forces, 45th regiment.. A low bow to you and respect to you guys, how many times this unit took the fight, pulling out its own people, it’s impossible to count.. Real professionals! Yes, it’s nice to look at them, adults.. And we are like that ... the boys were conscripts. But they just looked at the picture and were forced to quietly go back... The picture, according to one officer, was terrible..
I think it was only on the third of March that we found ourselves there, and even then, we came on an excursion, so to speak. It was already empty. I didn’t see the mountains of corpses of the militants; after wandering around the surrounding area, I collected shell casings and found several points of the militants... places where they stabbed and bandaged their wounded. .retreat-approach paths... of course the artel plowed our positions, all the trees were cut, and in the entire area there is not a single intact beech tree...

Who is to blame? First of all, these are, of course, the unit commanders who allowed such a mess.. “the tail” had not yet pulled up, but the head was already resting, and firmly and serenely. I think that they didn’t even post sentries. I’m silent about patrols, secrets, reconnaissance of the area, installation of signals, trip wires, mines... They didn’t calculate the routes of the enemy’s expected approach... Trenches! They simply weren’t there, although they started digging, apparently the young people didn’t have the strength, and the old people were sleeping (it’s beneath their dignity to dig trenches), they didn’t control the situation. .
There were no thousands of militants there. I think the forces were equal. But on the side of the militants there was skill, experience, coordination of actions, the factor of surprise... They clearly knew and understood what they were doing and how it should be done.
Only in films do militants go straight ahead, in full growth, but they prefer to sting and run away unnoticed... Moreover, all attacks are either in the evening, or at night, or early in the morning... Here they saw everything perfectly, an experienced eye immediately distinguishes an organized detachment and intelligence tells you what to do. Everyone wants to live... Yes.... I want to say this, but I won’t... We overslept, we just overslept..
I listened to the broadcast... everything in clear text... continuous swearing... In my opinion, those who were at altitude 776 were not delighted with the command. Why didn’t they take the “historian”? Yes, it is heavy.. But water tanks are heavier..
Why didn’t the first company pull the guys out? It’s all nonsense that the river was flooded and they couldn’t cross. And the fact that they fired at them once again is not an excuse.. How many 200 were there in the first company? What about the wounded? Or maybe it would be worth trying? Why?
And the commander who violated the order was able to break through to help with two squads, yes.. with a fight, yes.. with losses, but he did it!
Snipers? I’m like that myself.. Read about them.. don’t believe the publication.. I know their style and work.. There was no need for them, a rifle is not needed in close combat, plus it’s night, dark.
About the survivors... I read a little recently... It seems like two people jumped off a cliff, and fifty militants fired at them, but didn’t hit them... it’s all a lie, and there’s no cliff there.. Hills and trees.. But here’s one the wounded man was crushed by tree branches, and he remained alive, that’s a fact..
The company was “raw”, only the pathos of the young people, I was like that myself, but then I almost shit my pants one day, it went away, I stayed alive.. But I want to say right away.. in the first battle it was as if I was paralyzed, tears were flowing, but nothing could be done I can’t, my hands don’t obey me... it’s shaking everything... But then it faded... and it passed... it disappeared into nowhere, as if it never existed at all..
And then this happened right away.. I think at most half of them offered decent resistance..

I don’t know if my story will end up on the pages of your site.. Or the moderators will delete it, or something else..
I just got a little boiling, I’ve heard so many tales like this that I’m starting to feel nauseous...
I ask you to forgive me everyone whom I touched to the quick with my speeches... I am a simple person, my education is one... "pathetic". And I grew up in the village... I think it is necessary to consider such versions, and not only sing odes of praise, but and draw conclusions from the mistakes of others, so that this does not happen again in the future..
I consider all the stories about politics inappropriate, neither Lentsov, nor Shpak, nor Putin, nor anyone else, prevented the guys from taking the line and gaining a solid foothold... And I ask compassionate people who are far from the war to believe me, no one betrayed or sold... Just so it happened..
I won’t answer any questions, or in private, please don’t bother me..
Rest in peace to all those who died in the war, and eternal memory. I think they would say a lot..”

I know they will minus: I will say one thing that my brother served in the Army at the end of the 2nd Chechen war and he says that it was easy to remove the posts of his battalion, because they (youngsters) fell asleep (washing, cleaning + night) just slept at the post for weeks spent the night at the posts because of the grandfathers!!!!!

Why are they downvoting? Here they are downvoting mainly Putin’s opponents, and people who say that we need to learn a lot from America and Europe, but they don’t. From 96 to 2007 I worked in the St. Petersburg police department. I was on a business trip to the military department for six months, of course I don’t have any feats to my name, it’s just routine, but there I completely lost the illusions about our army and internal troops. Only practically trained officer-contract units were really combat-ready, the conscripts were scary to look at, ragged, hungry, like the rule is, of course, young. In the Airborne Forces, of course, it was better. I didn’t find any Marines, but they said that there were legends about Sputnik, not a single prisoner.

Ark, thank you for your support, last year I talked with a friend whose stories made my hair stand on end!!! It’s a pity that the guys from the special forces and reconnaissance companies of the Airborne Forces are destroyed without blinking an eye, who are sent into battle, and they are remembered only on the anniversary of their death... (a classmate was an airborne soldier, had military awards - it’s a pity for the guy, he didn’t find himself in the peaceful bustle and I think there are quite a few of them around the country)

Listen, I don’t want to smear the snot, but you watched purgatory, the main idea there, in my opinion, is in the words of the captain, whom the bearded men closed their eyes, “We need to fight with you wisely, with a trained army,” that’s all, no more comments.

I’m inclined to agree. And in general, it’s not just the grandfathers. I’m categorically against young animals in the combat zone. For the most part, this is the main component of the loss figures.

    The dead have no shame.
How it was actually, I'm afraid it will never be announced.
I can only say that there was no aviation one by one very for a serious reason: she was all busy ensuring the security of the GDP, which paid a visit to the headquarters of the OGV (S).
And one more thing: if M. Evtyukhov had remained alive, he would have had to be tried. There are reasons too.

It’s not worth it, they are out of powerlessness. The Russian spirit is rising, and this is what the enemies are afraid of.
Sorry, but I can’t help but squeeze in politics and the current situation.
These are the guys who should be our elite. Our "patricians", if you like. Those who have privileges and who can do more than others.
There has always been an elite - in Tsarist Russia it was formed from great warriors and commanders who received noble titles. Under Stalin, they tried to create an elite of Chkalovs, Stakhanovs, queens, etc.
The current elite, who are half-controlled with everything, are, you know, bureaucrats and thieves-oligarchs.

    The machine gun fell silent
    The snow is slowly melting,
    Who is quiet, who lives,
    Who dies from wounds.
    And death roams around,
    The mountains froze in fear,
    Burn out to the end
    In this fiery dust.
    The company goes to heaven
    We build, one after another.
God hasn't been here for a long time,
He is the same for all of us.
    The commander died
    The boys remained
    He broadcast:
    "That's it, goodbye, brothers."
    They left
    Under the lead trills,
    And spring days
    Their eyes were icy.
    The company goes to heaven
    We build, one after another.
God hasn't been here for a long time,
He is the same for all of us.

This is what I don’t understand - if the dying company commander called fire on himself, and the artillery shoveled everything there, then why (judging by the diagram) didn’t it disturb the militants earlier, even in the place where they were concentrated? Or, as always, nothing was known about them, and then the diagram was drawn?
