The billionaire from the FSIN gave 8 years of the colony

87
The former head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation, the court was found guilty of the charges. The sentence against the former head of the Federal Penitentiary Service Alexander Reimer was announced by the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky court of the city of Moscow Elena Averchenko: 8 years imprisonment and 800 thousand rubles of fine.

Other persons involved in the criminal case were also found guilty and got a real time. So, according to RIA News, ex-deputy head of the Federal Penitentiary Service Nikolai Krivolapov was sentenced to 5 years and 8 months in a general regime colony. He will pay a fine of 600 thousand rubles. And the former head of the state center for information technology and communications, Viktor Odersenov, was sentenced to 6 years in prison and fined 700 thousand rubles.

In the final decision of the court, questions may cause, perhaps, the amount of fines. But this is a question no longer to the court, but to the current criminal law, in which the amount of theft of a billion is punished with a fine of several hundred thousand rubles.

However, the sentences are quite sufficient for Reimer and his former comrades-in-arms, who are accused of actually creating a criminal group, to reflect on their actions.

The billionaire from the FSIN gave 8 years of the colony

Recall that Reimer was suspected of creating a criminal group that was engaged in fraud when equipping the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation with so-called electronic bracelets. Bracelets without placing a tender were purchased at a price of more than 100 thousand rubles, although their real value did not exceed 20 thousand. They were actually bought from themselves. The entire "fat" Raymer and accomplices put themselves in his pocket.

The total amount of damage done to the budget is more than 1,2 billion rubles. This is an unprecedented, both in scale and cynicism, scam history FSIN RF. That is why Raymer will spend the next years in the colony.

In my opinion, embezzlers should sit exactly until they compensate all the damage +5 years .... compensate for it within a year, which means it will be released in 6 years, it will compensate for 15 years - it will be released in 20 .... and even better - to the wall ...

8 years, and will be a billionaire again. When will they confiscate property for such "servants of the people"? He and all relatives of his relatives, leave apartments only in Khrushchev, according to the standard, I don’t remember how many squares a person relies on 10-12 .. And there’s an incentive for thieves like that. For that, the whole family has a comfortable life for life, plus children and grandchildren! There are no words!

Where and when did the court make a decision, giving stolen goods ??? Where is it written that the state does not require the return of stolen funds ???

But what about a multiple excess of the fine over the damage? - To the "Calculators" of the fine - according to "arithmetic" - "deuce".

Judging by far from the maximum terms, the thieves made a deal with justice, damages and (remorse?) An excuse for not taking the most severe punishment.

Normally he was weighed. enough to be so bloodthirsty. penalty is too extreme a measure. at his age of 8 years, this is almost a grave.

8 years in prison and a fine of 800 thousand rubles.

In my opinion, the Chinese fight against corruption is much more effective

They have a population of 1,5 billion, an army of unemployed 200 million people ..!
And we have only 140 million, we must protect ...
And actually, what kind of freedom and power of the people is it if it’s impossible to steal badly? Then for what shed blood, sweat and tears in the dashing 90s?

"8 years in prison and a fine of 800 thousand rubles."
Current that I watched the news - they gave the dudes 20 years for growing marijuana at home. I even thought about it, but I was told the truth in childhood about theft.

Interesting: stole THREE BILLIONS, and the fine is 800 thousand. What is it like?! It means that he TODAY can already consider 2999 million and 200 thousand rubles to be washed and legalized and legally (!!!) his own (!!!). After all, no one will judge this ghoul for the second time. It remains only to find out when the amnesty is this month or after all this year? But it is not so much the ridiculous sentence that worries, but the SYSTEM, which makes such sentences and, nevertheless, continues to exist, laughing at common sense.

Che, I also did not understand: he stole 1,2 billion, a fine of 800 thousand? .... After all, it was stated that theft would be punished with “multiple fines” i.e. 1 to 5 !!! So this thief should return 6 billion, but it turns out that he also remains in the broth? But what about 1,2 billion - 800 thousand = 1,1992 billion? "A good increase in retirement!"

There is no way without greed, but the punishment clearly lacks confiscation of property.

The punishment is still not enough execution.

He will pay a fine and will be released in a year and a half. And the stolen is enough to live up to the third generation. Regular people from the system. hi

In your opinion, what the thief stole remains with him? Everyone seized what was proved, do not worry. Another thing is that the real amount of stolen can be much more than what was proved.
