Anti-personnel from pistol cartridges did so ... 9mm in the foot ... that's it.

      Not only...

      Well, and finally:

      PMP device

The base of the mine is a pistol barrel without rifling (1) with a cartridge (2) placed in it. The cartridge is fixed in the barrel rigidly, and any reloading and replacement of the cartridge by the design of the mine is not provided. In the upper part of the barrel there is an annular recess (3) for two retaining balls. A sleeve (4) is put on the barrel, having holes for balls in the body, and four slots in the upper part. A sleeve (5) with an annular groove in the middle (6) is inserted into these slots. This sleeve holds the balls in place, providing a tight connection with the sleeve and barrel. Thus, the barrel and the coupling through the sleeve are connected by balls into a single whole. The sleeve is prevented from shifting downward by a spring (7), which rests against the ring (8) on the barrel protrusion with the second end. And finally, all this is inserted into a metal tubular body (9), having in its lower part a striker (10), rigidly fixed to the bottom of the body. For simplicity, we do not show threads on the diagram. The top of the sleeve is closed with a rubber cap (11) and a rubber gasket (12).

Who gave these clowns a weapon in their hands, did they hear anything about safety?
